“A problem we cannot deny is the fact that we are all going to need health care at some point or another. This is why we should all be concerned about the shortage of doctors. However, I know that different countries have different problems and that some of the things that I discovered in our discussions It was really surprising to me.” bright_wallaby said

The largest countries in the world suffer from these problems, such as the United Kingdom, but the main question here is why? Doctors are not paid as much as they are tired and what they need, and others suffer from poverty and the cost of education, so finding a highly qualified doctor is difficult, so it is difficult to find enough time to treat patients.

In the student center, when we were asked, some said money, but I do not agree, as there are many students who study medicine and then travel to better and richer places, and so not all money is spent by the receiving country, but the solution is cooperation between countries , and giving doctors to other countries for money like soccer players Other than that, countries must work to provide comfort for students in medicine and increase their training instead of reducing them, and otherwise add more doctors in hospitals to shorten working hours and increase money in salaries.

  • I liked your point of view and your vision of the subject on the grounds that it is something important that everyone should know, but this caught my attention: "The largest countries in the world suffer from these problems, such as the United Kingdom, but the main question here is why?"
I have presented very convincing reasons, but I want to say that physical and verbal attacks also have a role, as 3,500 attacks on doctors were recorded in Algeria in 2016, and also many doctors have resigned due to the lack of medical safety, and other than that the expectation of the resignation of a huge number of doctors in the next 5 years, due to the enormous pressure on doctors and the anxiety they are exposed to, so the government must take quick action
