I think there must be equality in workplaces because if we have no equality then we have nothing, some workplaces only choose men Because they think his potential is greater, And they don’t trust a woman doing their hard job, and some workplaces only accept women to work with them because men can’t do this job, like: Women's clothing model, of course no one will accept a man to work this job, but some workplaces hire men more than women Although they can give the same result, so my opinion is in these places they must hire 50% men and 50% women, and in this way will be equality in workplaces.

In all jobs both women and men should work in all types of work at the same persentage of women and men because women can give the same results as men gives and maybe better but in works like building beedbmore men on the building side only and women can do alot of things can help in it.

Women can prove themselves in all duty stations, but there are centers that accept a small number of women and a large number of men, because they believe that men have greater and better capabilities than women,
such as: engineer, doctor, chef, accountant, and many other jobs, so they employ men and a few women, and there are also centers that do the opposite, and centers that accept men, and workplaces that only accept women, but my opinion is that in many jobs that men and women can do properly, they should hire 50% women and 50% men, so there is justice, equality and greater chance of finding a job.

I chose (c) not all the time
I believe that not in all practical areas the quotas of men are equal to those of women, just as in some jobs we find that the quotas of women exceed those of men. An example of this is my school. In my school the number of female teachers exceeds the number of male teachers.

I think a job better for women than men is childcare because the women are the ones who have kids so they have mire experience in looking after children than adults.

I see that not in all jobs, woman should be the same number of men. There are jobs that men should should have more than women, and there I work. Women should be more than men. For example, pregnancy, a woman cannot carry heavy things like men and in the field if sewing, despite the ability of A man can sew, but a woman can do this job better

If a woman sews better than a man, it is by virtue of the distribution of work among them, and her mastery of that profession because of her practice of it since childhood. Hani El-Behairy, Zuhair Murad and Coco Chanel, who made the Chanel fashion house, succeeded in a profession we thought was limited to women...

Of course! I think it's a great step towards positive action that helps in solving the problem of discrimination. There is a popular saying "if you upgrade a woman, you upgrade the society", implementation of such quotas in workplaces is like stepping on the acceleration in a car, it will quicken the journey towards gender equality in workplaces. Of course quotas may lead to low involvement and negative attitude among male workers. They may have a mindset of unfairness and may become less supportive towards diversity policies it is as Martin Luther King Jr. once said, "Keep moving forward. No matter how hard it may be, keep moving". Achieving gender equality in the workplace can lead to improved national productivity and economic growth.

I chose not all the time because some jobs have a much higher percentage of men or women working for them. It would be unfair for the gender with a large amount of people applying for a job, because they will have a smaller chance of getting a job just because the smaller amount of people from the other gender have to take up 50% of the employment.

  • British Council.jpg extraordinary_squirrel | Rhemaville Christian Academy | Nigeria

The reason I chose (a) is because I believe there should be an equal number of men and women working because both men and women should have equal opportunities to work at any place of their choice. I know of someone who applied for a job. She had all the qualifications but was not given because she was a woman. The position was
eventually given to a man. If this keeps on happening and more men are employed then there will not be equality among men and women.

I said not all of the time considering the fact that different organisations are owned by different people with different perspectives. If the owner of the organisation prefers male to females or vice versa, the he should have his way. The ratio of males to females does not always have to be equal to make progress, in some places, there can be more females than males while in some other place it could be vice versa.

I said not all the time because I suggest gender quotas should not be implemented blindly. If gender quotas are applied in industries were women are assumed to be discriminated against it may help to magnify the productivity of the organisation, but if they are applied in industries where discrimination against women is not assumed to be a problem, the organisations performance may decline notably. However, in cases were gender quotas are placed, employment should be based on skill and qualification. Women should be treated the same way with men and a particular gender should not be patronised. Payment should be based on role and not the individual.

→ 1 Should workplaces have quotas so that they have to employ 50% men and 50% women? Not all the time because women do not. She must work at night because she has other responsibilities, such as raising children and others, as well as men, because there are family ties, including sitting with family and relatives, etc., but we are not against women and ment who in terms of hiring 50% of women and 50% of men! Some work institutions give men the opportunity to work, while women do not give them the opportunity to work; Because they believe that the potential of men is greater than that of women in some jobs, such as the doctor, the engineer, business departments, and other jobs. Some work institutions give women the opportunity to work, but men do not give them the opportunity; Because men cannot work in this field, such as fashion and fashion. Of course, they will not accept men to work in these fields. Work places should give men and women the same thing, and the number of members should be equal to women!

I chose yes, I will always choose yes, women have the right to choose the job they like, they do not have to restrict themselves to a job because it is only for young people, if we see women in some areas of life are creative, but the lights are on men, if professions employ 50% women will see creativity Because of the sophistication and deliberation of women in some things, am I not right?
I want to show you some of the women who also made history to prove that women deserve 1) Ada Lovelace, the daughter of the poet Lord Byron, was a mathematician and the first computer programmer in history before the advent of modern computers.
    2) Marie Curie, a Polish-born physicist and chemist who later acquired French citizenship. She is the first woman to receive a Nobel Prize.
    3) Rosalind Franklin, British-born biophysicist and radiographic expert.
    4) Queen Victoria: She ruled Britain for 63 years and died in 1901. The period in which she later ruled the country was called the "Victorian Era". During her reign, Britain witnessed a great leap in all fields
    5) Cleopatra: She is not only known for her extreme beauty, but also for her influence and power in ruling. She lived between 69-30 BC. She shared the rule with one of her brothers and was always in conflict with him. Stories say that she committed suicide.
I say just open up opportunities for people, and they will create a new era free of discrimination and full of achievements.

Well my answer is no and this is not because I feel quotas at workplaces are bad even though it is a way to promote equality. I feel it may just be another way of showing the female gender pity which is really annoying. Why cant men and women be given an opportunity to compete for their percentage of quotas rather than been given a particular percentage because most times in big companies you find women most times as secretary, clerks and other posts that have a lot of workloads and men are most times the managers or their bosses so indirectly sometimes the percentage quota given may not be suitable compared to what they do. Am not against policies that try to promote equality but rather as they promote equality they should not indirectly portray females as weak and give unnecessary pity.

As quoted form US legal.com, "A quota system, in the employment context, is a hiring system that gives preference to protected group members. Quota systems are designed to correct adverse impact, resulting from employment practices that appear neutral but have a discriminatory effect on a protected group." The quota system does have the ability to solve the issue of discriminatory employment and probably put females on the same level as males in the many corporate organizations that exist but this seems to be only a short term plan to me.
This because there is a long list of countries where there is intense discrimination against women and this is going to serve as a limiting factor to the proposed quota system. To explain my point let me cite an example: In an organization with space for 100 employees, a quota of 50 spaces is supposed to be given to females but in a country where educating a female is very difficult due to discriminatory practices, only about 20 to 35 of the posts in the organization can be filled due to limited educational qualifications of females in that country. This then forces the organization to temporarily or sometimes permanently abandon the quota system because of the urgent need for qualified personnel which at that point only males can fill in.
For the quota system to be effective, the education of the female child in all the countries of the world should be fought for with "blood and iron" (figuratively speaking) in order to give females a fair fighting chance for employment chance.

I feel it's a brilliant idea because quotas in workplaces is one possible solution to discrimination and can be seen as taking a step towards affirmative action. Quotas are metrics that companies and organizations establish to increase the number of underrepresented and marginalized groups in order to create a more diverse workforce.
In Nigeria, most career are specialized because individuals feel that some specific careers can only be done by a particular gender. For instance it has been stereotyped that Nursing, Fashion designing, Cooking and Hair dressing are jobs that should be done by women. And it has been stereotyped that been a president is only meant for male gender. Most people believe that women are weak and fragile and because of that they feel that women can't becomes leaders to rule a specific organization or association.
It is also a case study that in most organizations men are employed the highest because individuals feel that men are more hardworking women but I believe that by employing equal number of men and women, no gender will feel discriminated and the rate of work value will be high.

I chose the last option which says "not all of time " because there are some jobs which men excel over women such as:
1_Security and police where we find that most of those who works in this field men so whoever works in this job must combine physical and mental strength
    2_Extinguhing a fire :
When a fire breaks out, have you thought about calling a firewoman? The answer must be no. What we had in mind must have been a fireman as this job requires a combination of mind , courage and physical strength
    3_Building and construction:
The nature of this profession requires great physical activity which we do not expect women to compete with men in
Since there are professions in which men beat women there are professions in which women beat men:
1_Nursing:in my country the percentage of femal nurses 60% of total number and the percentage of male nurses is 40%. Perhaps this is because of women's patience and strong feelings
2_Media : if we open the news channels we will find that many media professionals are women
3_ Cosmetology:It is normal when entering a beauty salon for women we will find that most of workers are women because cosmetic was originally created for women
And there are jobs in which the property of men and women is approximately equal such as advertising accounts managers and creative director where the proportion of women is 50.96% and for men is 49.04%

I believe that this matter is relative because if you want to hire four people and three men and three women turn up, if some of the men are better suited and better qualified I see no reason not to hire them but if you are not hiring them because of their gender then tat is wrong, a completely unfair carriage of justice. A 50/50 hiring technique is- on paper- a very good idea but would not work in all situations. However, I am all for complete equality in pay for both women and men as well as the topic we are discussing now, women should always have the same chances as men, who have denied women and girls this for many centuries. You can never decide with one vote (really) how this will effect the daily lives of the people who interact with these laws so you often can't decide in a definitive way.

I do think that finding a law that preserves women's right is a great idea, but still we need to change the way people think. I mean to change the stereootyping bias. So, serious steps needs to be taken beside the law of women employnent. For example a law for equal salaries, nomination promotion, and retirement. All possible ways can be done to achieve the equality. In my country when there is a job vacancy, employers make two lists, one for men and the other for women. This unluckily sometimes causes bias, beacuse some women are more qualified than men but as a result of considering the need of men for some vacancies they neglect the women's list justifying that with," this job need a high number of men than women
As I said before this consequecly leads to unequality and deprive the women from thier right. Instead, they can make just one list for both sexes to overcome such problem.

I think that it is not all the time to be in the same number of 50% of men and 50% of the evening, or that women have more skill than men or men more than women, because every job has a person who specializes in it or has an idea of what he does, for example the sewing profession Embroidery at the present time. This profession is occupied by women, because they have more skill in this than men. Secondly, the profession of driving. Of course, in all peoples, men are the ones who do drivers because he has a profession more than women or women through which her body is exposed to danger. Everyone has their own profession to be professional in it..but the doctorate profession is employed by women and men..50% of men and 50% of women..but the engineering profession has more workforce than women..equivalent to 80% of men and 30% of women.. This is according to the profession of each person. The profession of art. This is a skill that a frying pan does not possess, about 80% of the world's total. Men 40% and women 40%.

I have a special opinion, being a female, I call on all societies with the voice of a woman on equality, but before that we must talk about the work that men and women do. Integration should be based on respect and appreciation and not on oppression and violence, so there must be equality in our society, as there is 50% of the work done by men, so society is not complete without women. Therefore, equality should be not only in Western societies or Arab societies only, but should include all societies of the world

  • British Council.jpg lovely_cloudberry | Shouka Prep Girls School | Occupied Palestinian Territory

    For me
It is better to do equality, as you say, it means 50% for men and 50% for women from work because there are things that a man cannot do. Except for women and sewing, I know that men also can sew, but it is better for women to do that because they know what a person needs and she will make clothes for them and they can be wonderful and that will increase profits. Women may be able to do many things and will suggest new things and others, and you know that most schools The percentage of women is higher than that of men, due to their great experience and the convenience of female students.
As for women, I know that they are not able to do things like men, for example: carrying weights, building and other works But when a woman is in a profession, she can show all her effort to work in order to reach her goal, and a man is also capable of doing more things than a woman and vice versa.
It is better if it is fair between them. 50% for men and 50% for women of work in the best suitable location for each.
If there is no justice the situation will not continue but will become more difficult, so it is better to have equality so that we do not differentiate between them and they are happy.

Since women and men are able to do any task or profession they apply for, why do we not make equality between them fair, each of them bears the responsibility of the task that they are entrusted with, and urging women are able to highlight all their efforts to achieve what they want, and men too, so why not make equality between them just and each of them advance to the task chosen by him, and the equality rate between them is equal to 50% for men and 50% for women from the task he has chosen; For this reason, it affirms that equality between them is supposed to be fair. For example: If men and women were not able to assume this responsibility and provide the best at work while they are perfect at this task, they would not have chosen this task to be in it, they would not have agreed to assume all this responsibility.

In our Palestinian society we face racial discrimination at a rate of approximately 15%, but our societies wanted appreciation The woman made her work in high ranks such as the Council of the Ministry and the Council of the Educational and Social Provincial Council. Women also contributed to achieving social, political and cultural images of Palestine. Although Palestine suffers from a delay in industries and a delay in invention, it ruled and equalized between women and men, for example, we Arabs in our impressions that the adult woman She is not exposed in front of a doctor to examine her, so the woman was able to achieve the position of doctor for this woman is able to do the impossible and is able to achieve herself through our religion.

I suggest that companies should have a quota system of 50% women - 50% men in place. This is because as a people we should practice gender equality and break all forms of women biases. If this happens, women will not be faced with discrimination based on their gender as seen in the survey carried out in an organisation where women startup projects yielded more profits than men chaired or manned projects, it is interesting to note that women are better at investing then men. A global index proved that 500 companies with more female boardroom representation outperformed those in the lowest quartile. It is evident enough that the sweeping fear of women failing to hit the mark in top roles is unfounded.

Companies should have gender based quotas to avoid gender biases and social pressure. Most times women have to go through series of oppression from their male counterparts to get the recognition they deserved. Quotas can fix this underlying issues of gender inequality and biases. When we have equal number of women and men, no one will feel inferior to the other and less competent in delivering on their roles as people tend to look at them more favourably.

Quotas should be scrapped out of our systems because everyone deserves an opportunity based on merit and not gender. Quotas in our systems has led to a great deal of individuals losing out on their opportunities. Most times a vacancy for a job opportunity tagged gender specific, because they want a balance in the ratio of male to female workers in the organisation, hence the jobs are given out based on gender and not merit. Employers who imposed quotas may now seem unattractive to male job applicant, thus leading to negative job attitudes among the male workers. The quota they think is going to bring equality is now breeds inequality and corruption.

Gender quota system should not be applicable all the time. In every industry and company where both men and women work, it is right for them to be rated based on competence, efficiency, expertise , result oriented and not only on gender. Some times people might interpret quotas as an infringement of justice, potential stigma, as it might hurt one's ability to contribute in board discussion as what is perceived as a gain for one group is often perceived as a loss for another group leading one of the groups to perceive the quota system as unfair hence reducing support for diverse initiatives.

  • British Council.jpg resourceful_strategy | Bomas Academy | Nigeria
    07 Mar 2022

Most businesses have a common thought that quotas may fail and they might not get qualified people to do a particular job, but this is not always correct because quotas are a form of affirmation in action of equal opportunity measured and designed to address a change in the participation of women in areas of society where they are underrepresented which include the educational sector and political sectors. Women are largely underrepresented globally, so quotas are the best option for women because I think we can get pretty good workers who are high achievers.

At times companies should have quota systems, in this way all genders will be treated equally without discrimination but quotas should not be placed in positions of authority rather it should be based on merit. When this is done the company can move on smoothly without any challenge of being biased or favouring one gender over another. This will be a fair choice for everyone.

I think that in many workplaces there is no equality between men and women. For their belief that women cannot work like men or (that women do not have qualifications like men such as: physical strength...) but that there must be gender equality, so that the world will be fine, because women are able to do anything. There are some jobs that accept only men, and if women are accepted, they are treated as a minority over men. There must be gender equality at work, because everyone can do the impossible.

Of course yes, this is true. There should be equality between men and women in the workplace. Women have the right not to be restricted to a certain job, but some jobs may be more suitable for men, for example: policeman / firefighting / bus driving / mechanic. There are professions in which women are superior to men that men cannot do, such as: beauty salon / baby sitter / gynecologist .... Despite these abilities, women are still immune to discrimination, so the number of men and women in the workplace must be equal. Some jobs such as: administration / medicine / education / internal engineering.

Discrimination between the two genders ,men and women , is a global issue which varies from one society to another .ln most cases , women adapt with this social reality and go with it .This bad way of life passes on from one generation to another .Therefore , women ,themselves , should learn their children to respect each other regardless to their genders .So , to get rid of bias , we had better start building the concept of equallity between man and woman in our children minds and observind their behaviours.

But in the other hand, every job have to have equal chances to both men and women, so the chance of employment for women is %50 and %50 for men, too. Even if not all of them get employed.

In my opinion, it is not necessary that the number of women and men in the workplace should be equal...
Because this for me depends on the extent of experience available to the person, whether men or women..
It is possible that the experiences of men in this work are greater than the experiences of women and vice versa...
It is not correct to give a position to a person who does not deserve it and does not have sufficient experience for this job while another person applies for this job with sufficient experience and is rejected only on the pretext of sex. This is a great injustice to both parties...
That is, for me, this thing has nothing to do with discrimination between men and women or the bias of men against women.

    - I did a simple interview about it with my friends and family, and here are some of their opinions:-

    Opinion: -
Person (1) / “It would be nice to see a woman more open to the world, I think this would be more fair to her and enhance her character.”

    Answer: -
Person (2)/ “I think this idea is very cool because a woman will be able to realize her ambitions. Getting the work done arrives with precision and technique even if the work is not finished quickly by the woman.”

    Opinion: -
Person (3) / “As a man, I am very happy because my wife works and helps me with household expenses and she is happy.. So I am the winner in both cases. I support women’s work and freedom.”

    Answer: -
Person (4) / “I believe that a woman should stay to raise the children and keep the house.”

    Reply: -
Person (5) / “Women should work outside the house and not forget some men who are not working (staying at home)… What do we understand from this???
I think that men can work outside and stay at home...and women can work at home and abroad..Imagine if only men work outside and what if his wife gets sick? And he had to work at home, imagine if only the woman worked at home, what if her husband fell ill????? Who will provide for the needs of the house???
And here we return to human nature.... We do not feel the blessing except when we lose it or fall into a dilemma.... Then what is left for us???

This issue is undoubtedly a very big thing that deserves a "global agreement"...!

_Woman: Of course, and is it something strange??!
_ Journalist: No, but I was a little surprised...Can you tell me something quick about your profession as a "woman"??!
_Woman: Of course... Well, in fact, the company I work for is 70% of them men and 30% of them are women!
Therefore, even if there are not many women, I am proud of my work and that I am an independent woman. I have a wonderful and prestigious job, and if you come to do a quick statistic, you will find that my work as a woman is much better than that of a man..! I don't mean that they force me to, of course they can't, but I mean that we women, the way we work is much better than the way men work..!
Journalist: But I would like to ask a curious question!
(Is the salary you receive equal to that of a man??!)
    Woman: Of course..!
And if they tried to give me a salary less than the salary of the man, I would file a lawsuit because there is nothing that distinguishes the man from me to receive more reward than me..!
_ Journalist: Well, your words are wonderful, frankly.
Can you send a message to the community??!
_ Woman: My message to society is (Do not make the woman hate herself because of you, do not make her tied because of her body, before you prevent the woman from doing something, stop the man!!
As long as this work in which the woman works is honorable and the woman, when she goes out to him and practices it, is committed to the values and morals, and this work is commensurate with the nature and capabilities of the woman, and does not result in a failure in other duties entrusted to the woman towards her husband and her family, leave her to do what she likes with the job that she loves and which she had aspired to since childhood.

Equality between men and women is important in all walks of life, and it's the right thing
In most jobs, we should equalize males and females at 50% of each gender. This achieves equality. Women have the right to work and live like men. It is not half of society, but the whole society. If you want to upgrade society, upgrade women.

They will think that their country distinguishes between males and females in the field of work. The idea of employing the same number of both sexes, male and female first, gives us an incentive to get money from our labor and not By stealing, this will reduce the rate of theft in society and will reduce the number of unemployed people, especially in the female category, and thus women will have a decent life without insults in order to obtain a suitable job.

I choose to have equal shares between men and women; Because this will help break the prejudice of either sex, as women have a beautiful and different point of view from men, it will make the work better and progress more quickly; Because there are creative and innovative minds and ideas,
Love and friendships will spread in the society until it becomes a successful and impartial society.

In countries that don't respect women's rights, for a women, it's difficult to get a job. Becoming a doctor, for example, is very difficult, and you can say it's impossible. As for becoming a head of state this is impossible. She can go to buy household suppkies, but this is also difficult, to make her voice heard, this is possible, but it's very difficult, these days there are institutions to protect and support woman.
As for the man, all the thinds mentioned are very easy for him to do. He is "a man".
In developed countries that respect women's rights, all of the above things are easy to happin to both, men and women, but they remain mors difficult for woman.

This same idea became a debate between three groups of different understanding.
Group1;They were like "we are against the 50/50 talk on men and women in workplaces".
Group 2;" why are you guys so selfish ,we are one people and we all have the right to participate in all activities that will take place in school, Church, hospitals and even at workplaces ".
Group 1;" give one tangible reason why there must be 50/50 percentage of workers of men and women."
Group 3;"without the help of your mother, how would only your father Carter for you.And to fill in more , "how would the country be ruled with small votes from men due to the population of men to women."
"How would a food be prepared when there are only foodstuffs but no cooker"?
Group1:" do you think this point will draw down our idea ,hell no! You are suppose yo know that God who created the earth accordingly created man before a woman. This means that in everything man is the leader and not a woman .Women are born to serve and not to be served".To put our last but not least women are soft not weak and so they have to do small jobs for men to take the bulk ones.
Group2;"you have said a lot but still everything must be done equally not scattered in God ways things are done orderly like darkness was given light which is day activity time and light as darkness which is night a time for resting .And an expression states that "what a man can do ,a woman do it even better".
It concluded that the 50/50 need of women and men workplaces because there might be something that a woman will know but a man does not it will him exhibit a new and correct idea or news same goes a woman.
    Thank you.

women are still tired of the hard work they do in a daily basis . The woman takes care of the house as it is the mother who takes the responsibility to raise generations . She's a wife who is responsible for the management of the home and economy .In other words , woman has a major role in our society . She has the role of a mother, a sister, a daughter and a house wife. These tasks by women shouldn't be underestimated in all societies. And so her right is to be as equally employed as men and get the same salaries. There should be no difference in appirtunities of work, vacancies or payment because of gender. Women should be respected in all careers because she proves that she can do all types if careers. I wonder why some people say women do not suit certain jobs like being a driver, mechanic, airplane capten, fisher, soldier, astronant and so many other jobs. Can you tell me what prevents woman from taking place in such jobs! Body, shape, or nature, actually all these justifications are not convincing me at all. And we should all call from women's equality in this feild exactly. It can bes said that the success of generations is depending on how much women can do their duties. No one can deny that behind every great man is a great woman who sacrifice, fight, and struggle for a better life!

Gender inequality (male, female) We know that there is a clear distinction between the sexes, what impact on the psychology of both Discrimination is widespread in inequality and fairness whether it is for women or men and rather women! Why is she always the one who oppresses why is she the one who should compromise for others Why is she oppressed Why is she not allowed to do simple things she prefers Is this what is called justice?!! When will equality and justice be achieved? Is it achieved when women enjoy the same opportunities that are available to men and enjoy all rights and give them responsibilities and value? Societies, customs, and traditions differ from one country to another. I think that this is what makes women a weak position in society Therefore, whoever puts an obstacle or does not care that she can work, use property or get a job, that strong, persevering womanShe is the one who carries half of society, she is the educator of generations, she is a mother!! Did you know that almost women in more than 15 countries still need the approval of their husbands for work or any other activity! Is this what we call justice?!! We really need to change our thinking, especially the men who think their place is the kitchen!! This is a huge mistake! Women have stolen rights and are prevented by this complex thinking So we had to raise our value ourselves and help hand in hand to raise it more and more. And I ask men to respect their wives, their daughters, their mothers, because they are women and the beauties of your life. Appreciate the woman, praise her Try to change the wrong thinking and logic To be a society where justice prevails in reality, not justice that tells only cheering rallies! We want to see that justice in the homes!!

I think that there should be equality because if you were to employ people in a job, you wouldn't want to have 90% men and only 10% women. It is just not very fair that men have more qualifications and rights than women do. Everybody should be treated equally and fairly so that there will not be any bias. If there are 50% men and 50% women, everybody would have equal rights and be good at things like others are. To add on, even if women might not have the majority number in the workplace, they might be excellent at their job and maybe even be better than the men.
This is the reason why I picked 50% men and 50% women.

It is a good idea. There should be equality between men and women in terms of the number of working hours and salaries. It is possible that a woman is more skilled in her work than a man, but there are some jobs that exceed a woman’s physical ability and she cannot do them because it will affect her negatively, such as blacksmithing, carpentry and construction work.

I think workplaces should have quotas so they have to employ 50% men and 50% women because they think men are greater in more things but really woman and men have the same amount of hard work.It is just not very fair if men get more credit when woman actually do the exact amount of work men do

He suggested that equality be fair between men and women, that is, that each of them have a role in life, in order for each of them to achieve the goal that he sought.
If equality between them is not fair, who will bear the responsibility, who will carry out these actions, and who will pay for the children; The father may be sick or dead, so this matter will leave all the responsibilities, work and care of the children on the mother only because the father is not with them and vice versa, circumstances change from time to time. The work is done by both the father and the mother.
I would like to suggest a question to you:
The absence of a father in the family, who will bear the responsibility for the children, who will take care of the children alone, who will grow his children, and who will meet the needs of the children and the home; Of course, the mother will do all of these, because the father is not in the family.
    Here comes my question.
How will the mother meet all these demands??
I will say how: Mother will fulfill all these Claims by way of equality between men and women. It is not a shame for the mother to do the work and take responsibility instead of her husband; But the work is for the woman, all of which does not cause shame or shame, for example opening a shop. The percentage of women who work in shops is small, but it is not a shame to work to meet the demands of the home. It is not a shame for a woman to work to meet the needs of her children as well. This will be a mercy for the children because there is no father, and they will not feel that they are orphans or miss their father.
As the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said, “He is not one of us who does not have mercy on our young and respects the great.” That is, he (he is not one of us) is not on our path and is not among the people of our Sunnah, so he is not characterized by its attributes.
Therefore, it is not a shame for a woman to work and be merciful to her children, as God and His Messenger have commanded us.
So, equality between men and women must be just and it is better to be just as soon as possible.

Although gender equality is important and women should be looked at the same as men, there are some jobs that women or men do better physically, mentally, and scientifically. For example, being a midwife seems like a job most women should do. This is because they can relate better with new mothers and pregnant women may feel more comfortable being coached by someone who had experience or just someone who can better relate with them. Then again, jobs like construction workers or business people should be done by both genders.

Well, then it all comes down to opinion. Someone may agree that men can be midwives and others may disagree. I personally have certain views; if I were to be pregnant I would like a female midwife, for personal reasons. However, I don't think that the job of a midwife can only be done by women. Of course there are men like Dilan out there, but then again there are not. That's the funny thing, it's hard to come to one agreement when there ate so many views. Let's mot forget about the main reason for this conversation: are their certain jobs only men or women can do?

Despite efforts to improve gender equality in the workplace, women still earn considerably less than their male colleagues and remain under represented at senior level. Yet improving workplace equality also has it's benefits for employers. Here are some ways to improve gender equality in the workplace
    1) Make a longer shortlist when recruiting.
Gender inequality can be inherent in informal recruitment processes, particularly in male- dominated industries. To address this recruiters should make their informal shortlist longer, suggest researchers writing in the Harvard Business Review.
    2) Remove the gender pay gap
The gender pay gap measure the difference in average earning between male and female employees. Employers can promote gender equality in the workplace by being transparent about wages to ensure women aren't receiving less than men in equivalent roles. Pay bracket can encourage female applicant and employees to negotiate their wages by giving an indication of reasonable expectation for a particular role.
    3) Use skills- based assessment.
Employers are encouraged to use the skills based assessment and structured interview when recruiting to reduce the risk of unfair bias.
    4) Have women mentor men
Mentoring in the workplace can prove invaluable in helping an employee progress their career. The benefits of Junior business women having mentor to help break the barriers they face as well documented. But specifically having women mentor man benefits both parties and societies as a whole

I think that it depends on the job. Take football for example, there is women's football whick is %100 women and men's football 100% men. But apart from things like that I think that the employer should try to be as fair as possible. Of course this is only my opinion but this is how I view it.

Gender equality in the workplace also indicates that legal discrimination is a general obstacle to women's employment. Restrictive laws can impede women's ability to access institutions, own or use property, build credit, or get a job. Women in 15 countries still need their husbands' approval to work

Yes workplaces should have quotas that they have to employ 50% men and 50% women
Because discrimination and inequality between males and females are widespread in the workplace, and I chose yes because just as a man has the right to work and show his creativity, a woman also has the right to work and show her creativity at work, and because the idea that men and women complement each other’s work and that women can be better than men, sincere and loving more for her work

There must be equality in work between males and females, because when there is no equality, goals cannot be achieved and reached
There are many workplaces that accept males more than females, such as the police accept males because they believe that they are able to work more than females, and another example is the position of the ministry.
Also, working in a beauty salon, everyone thinks that it is only for females, and that if any male works in a salon, they think that it is a mockery and start making fun of them.
And I believe that males and females have every right to what they choose to work with

    For example:

When a woman progresses to become an astronaut, the woman is rejected, because this job is dangerous , and this job for just male.but Shouldn't everyone choose the job they love?

Shouldn't he be free to choose a job?
