What green skills will be important in the future?

In this topic's Learning Zone we learnt about what green skills are - the knowledge, abilities, and values needed to create a more environmentally-friendly society.

Do you have any suggestions for what flexible green skills will be important for the future of work?

For example, resilience (the ability to deal with setbacks) might be important because the future will involve lots of trying out new ideas to protect the environment, but not all of these ideas will work first time.

Can you think of at least one other green skill and explain why it is important for the future of work and why it's green?

Add your ideas in the comments below and don't forget to give your reasons.

For example:

"One green skill I think will be important for the future of work is...

My reason for choosing this green skill is..."

Challenge: Can you think of three green skills and give your reasons for each?

I think the courage is the most important skill, because in the future might be wars that needed to the corage
The other skill that is very important in the future is the intelligence, because the intelligent person can make benefits techniques to these wars in the future

Yes, courage is very important in a war. But why do you think green skills are involved with a war? Do you think green skills may lead to a war? Or do you think green skills can be the solution to the war? Or perhaps do you mean green skills are a living war(problematic situation) which is needed to be solved with consciousness?

Manufacturing skills for net-zero infrastructure and goods. This is welcome, but we also need to think about the skills required to minimise and manage our resource use. To keep products going for longer, we need higher numbers of people able to repair goods, remanufacture them and also encouraging recycling. Similarly, new types of technology will need a battery of people involved in their upkeep and maintenance. The other area often overlooked is in the natural environment.

Indeed, we need a lot of masterminds to dispose of resources, formulate them, renew them and benefit from their balance so that they can reach sufficiency in resources and work to recycle old resources and benefit from them.

A green skill, such as using a clean environment and sustainable sources, and an optional reason for this skill, because the skill of using a clean environment reduces the spread of diseases and improves the quality of life, and that the cleanliness of the environment in it elevates society and is at the top among different nations and gives people comfort and tranquility

I will tell you that I aspire to study one of the green majors because preserving the environment, preserving the planet and combating pollution is undoubtedly very important.
They are also profitable disciplines because I want to benefit and support my country by all means. The green economy is also experiencing rapid growth today, particularly in the field of clean and renewable energy or environmental engineering design.
The specialty I will study is desertification
Which I believe will be important for the future of work because it is a skill and knowledge that attracts the attention of employers and companies, and also leads to the loss of plant life and biodiversity in it, and leads to the loss of good soil and then the loss of the land's ability to agricultural production and support animal and human life.
And also, from my point of view, it negatively affects the economic situation of the country.
Also, when we pay attention to the problem of desertification, we know that it tears and uproots plants, especially those with shallow roots, thus removing vegetation.
This leads us to focus more on weather factors such as heavy rain winds and torrential rain.

So I tell you that it is very difficult to bring life back to the desert land or complete desertification, so the fertile land before its degradation must be preserved and preserved.
Therefore, I want you to spread environmental awareness among citizens, especially farmers, livestock owners and herders, because it is one of the causes of desertification.
Brother, you are looking for a clean environmental future to preserve future generations. Work on that.

One green skill I consider will be able to plant things so that you can save plants.
Another green skill would be able to plant trees so that we can plant more as more get chopped
    down.
A really good green skill would being able to help stop pollution and stop cutting trees down for things we need, or we will die because there are no trees to provide oxygen.

I think patience could be added to the green skills for many jobs. For example, a person might need to examine things on reality and make new experiments which may succeed or fail. He must be patient to see the results and build on. Nothing can be done overnight. Also, patience sometimes guarantee accurate and precise work. For example, a scientist needs to wait and examine a robot he creates and see if it needs adjusting to be better than the previous robots by solving environment problems

One of the skills that I think will be important in history is solving the problem of electricity.
I tell you, I can find a solution
My reason for the electricity problem is that it has become a source of concern for everyone in Gaza.
My idea is to generate electrical energy by exploiting wind, whose principle of operation is to store kinetic wind energy and convert it into electrical energy.
As the wind passes through the blades, creating a dynamic air force that causes the blades to rotate, the rotation powers the generator,
Wind energy has been used because of its advantages of being local first and renewable second and third, and the most important thing is that it does not produce polluting gases that cause the phenomenon of air pollution in the environment, so it should be used instead of being used. Fuels that pollute the environment and are permeable.

My idea I will do in the future is to overcome the deficit in the electricity sector, through the production of electricity through wind as a clean and renewable energy as an alternative to gasoline-powered electric generators that harm the people of Gaza and their environment.
I can also put these fans along the seashore because it is a center of high air pressure, and I think that generating electricity by wind is one of the most suitable projects for the reality in Gaza, especially because of its seaside view.
It is necessary to search for alternative renewable energy in the future from here. Wanted to promote it nationwide, because here we are talking about the future of our next generations.

communication skills Communication skills are the abilities you use when giving and receiving different types of information. Some examples include communicating thoughts, feelings, or what is happening around you. I think they are important because, they include communication skills, listening, speaking, observation, empathy, and having strong communication skills is important in every industry. And at every professional level.

I think other green skills will be useful in the future is:
First Science skills: competences stemming from bodies of knowledge broad in scope and essential to innovation activities, for example physics and biology. These skills are especially in high demand in each stage of value chains and in the utility sector, which provides basic amenities such as water, sewage services and electricity.
Secondly Operation management skills: know-how related to change in organizational structure required to support green activities and an integrated view of the firm through life-cycle management, lean production and cooperation with external actors, including customers. Such skills are important, for example, for sales engineers, climate change analysts, sustainability specialists, chief sustainability officers and transportation planners.
Finally Monitoring skills: this technical and legal aspects of business activities that are fundamentally different way from the remit of engineering or of science. They refer to skills required to assess the observance of technical criteria and legal standards. Examples are environmental compliance inspectors, nuclear monitoring technicians, emergency management directors and legal assistants.

One green skill I think will be important is energy. We can not rely all the time on technical devices but we always need human sources which needs being energetic active not lazy sitting on chairs and having only written work. For example, planting lands with trees needs effort from human even if there are machines to work.

One of the green skills that I think will be important for the future of work is the invention of a robot that absorbs carbon dioxide and produces oxygen that helps make the environment friendly to humans.

The reason for choosing this green skill is the spread of environmental pollution, and I know that they have found a solution to this problem, but there are countries that suffer from this problem, and also the price must fit the economy of the countries, and this also helps in making our land and our country green.

Can you think of three green skills and give reasons for each?

_ There are countries that suffer from filth. I think that a law must be invented not to throw papers on the lands, and this law exists before, but there are some countries that do not abide by these laws and they must be guided and endowed with this thing so that they do not hate and be stubborn not to do so, so I think that advice is the first thing that must Working with it .

_ The smoke that comes out of factories and cars is what pollutes the environment, so control must be put in place on not using smoke factories and cars, making cars that run on solar energy, and benefiting from natural resources as much as possible, thus helping to make our environment green and human-friendly

Awareness in order to make the environment better and teach children at a young age to keep the environment clean and also conduct seminars to raise awareness and guide parents on the importance of the environment and thus help make our environment clean and human-friendly and create the slogan "Our environment is our friend"

I really support your last point. Children need to learn about the environment from a young age. Hence, mass awareness will be generated. People do not act as they are told in their late ages, they ignore it. But anything that the children learn, they take it from their heart.

Well, I want to ask you some questions. You said that you will invent a robot who will absorb carbon dioxide and convert it to oxygen. But my question is, how? To do so, we need to go through the photosynthesis process. So, why not planting trees in a well-organized way? Don't you think that may prove to be more effective?
And my other two questions are-
      1) How can you make the laws stricter so that nobody violates the law of making the streets and the lands dirty by throwing papers and other sorts of wastes?
      2) You said, the vehicles must use renewable energy such as solar panel so that they do not emit any kind of smoke or other harmful gases. But sadly, cities of some country like mine have barely any sunlight to get. The sky in some places is completely covered by tall- closely spaced buildings, bridges and highways. So, using a hybrid car or solar energy might prove to be a loss project. So, what can we do in this regard?

And finally I may suggest you that, you can come with a robot that is like a smart android AI, which will serve by using carbon dioxide as its 'green fuel'. That may prove effective. What are your thoughts?

You say that you want to make a robot that absorbs carbon dioxide and produces oxygen. I do not support this idea because plants carry out biological processes that require carbon dioxide, such as the process of photosynthesis, and if we do this idea, man will dispense with nature (not planting trees). Does he do photosynthesis? And trees are the ones that work on the ecological balance. When a person leaves them, it becomes an imbalance in the ecological balance because there is nothing alternative that works the work of trees, and there will be no so-called green environment, right? The second skill is laws to reduce filth in countries. I support this skill, but it will not succeed unless we put deterrent consequences that prevent anyone from violating any law because if we put laws without consequences, they will not succeed. Countries that do not abide by these international laws must be punished because they are based on dirt. The third skill, I support you a lot, because the smoke of factories and cars pollutes the environment. You say that factories should be closed. I do not think it is a successful idea because factories are the ones who make food for us, and in my opinion, we should make a device that purifies factory smoke and converts it into fresh air for breathing and puts it on a roof The chimney of factories and thus we have killed two birds with one stone. We do not close the factories, and we help with the technology of factory air. As for cars, we can make them work on clean energy, such as solar energy, by developing them and making them more modern. The fourth skill. We can guide children through interesting and fun stories and also through their favorite programs. Such as action programs and princesses programs by setting up episodes that provide for the preservation of the environment

My reason for choosing this green skill is that I have seen many environmental workers backing down due to teases and bullying from people around. If a person prepares himself, remains confident and defying all odds keeps on working, he or she will be able to establish new ideas in the society that will be helpful for future of work.

The three skills that I consider important green skills are:

Creativity: Future workers must be creative, so that they can understand and assimilate the features of all future things from products, ways of thinking and technology.

Emotional intelligence: Emotional intelligence expresses a person's ability to perceive, control, and express his or her emotions, as well as an understanding of the emotions and feelings of others.

Critical Thinking and Analysis: People with analytical and critical thinking skills can generate innovative solutions and ideas, solve complex problems using logic, and evaluate arguments. The first step in this kind of thinking is information flow analysis.

Active communication could be a powerful green skill because the team needs to communicate to have solutions to the environment problems like pollutions, livestock and many more. To communicate means to make everyone one in charge understand the problem and think creatively about it. A second important skill could be motivation. The workers must be motivated to keep working and keep being effective. For example , making a step forward minimizing carbon is great but must lead to more steps. A third important skill would be a financial skill. A good employee or leader must manage how to use money, how much he needs to buy stuff and materials and for what . And how to get financial support from other sponsors.

l believe that the skill of artificial intelligence is very important, as it is related to the ability to superior thinking and data analysis, more than it relates to a specific form or function. Although AI presents images of high-performance human-like robots taking over the world, it is not intended to replace humans. It aims to significantly enhance human capabilities and contributions. This makes it a very valuable business asset.
Artificial intelligence improves the performance and productivity of institutions by automating processes or tasks that required human power in the past. 1_ *Advanced use of search engines*

I believe the skill of communicating with others, because there is no doubt that the ability to exchange information between people is a basic skill, and this means the ability of individuals to communicate well with each other using the correct tone of voice at the right time , using appropriate body language and contact with their words to successfully deliver their message to the other side.

There is self-development, and this skill includes many personal and psychological aspects of the employee, starting from his ability to work hard and ending with the need to establish successful professional relationships with friends.

    Also, I think it's a skill
Public speaking, where the ambitious employee must be fluent in speaking in front of large groups in front of people and improve the presentation of what he wants to present, and this is one of the skills that push its owner to the top

Positive behavior of the person, meaning that within each person in society there should be a responsibility towards the environment, because this pushes him to preserve it and leads to the second quality that must be met, which is education about the environment and the problems in it such as desertification and global warming, and understanding it well in order to lead him to the last characteristic, which is the positive behavior of the individual to try to find solutions to these problems, but also to maintain them by increasing the planting of trees and relying on natural energy sources such as the sun and wind as an alternative to fuel
In this way, we have created a valid, safe and secure environment in order to carry out our work in health and safety,,,, Let us hand in hand to achieve this

I think that one of the most important green skills at work is time management because it helps the individual to work faster and with less effort and also achieve work goals and reach the individual to the best result.
    Also, teamwork is very important
On achieving goals, shortening distances, saving time and overcoming obstacles, one hand does not clap and one hand does not accomplish. When individuals work collectively, they are better able to achieve their goals. Teamwork is a means of exchanging experiences and knowledge between individuals, and thus achieves the greatest benefit for all of them.
Communication is one of the most important skills at work because it is an essential tool in achieving productivity and maintaining strong working relationships at all levels of the organization. Employers who invest time and energy in offering clear lines of communication will quickly build trust among employees, resulting in an increase in productivity, productivity, and overall morale.

If you empathize with others and can get along well with your co-workers, then you probably have a high level of emotional intelligence.
3- Decision-making skill: In the future world of jobs, the process of human decision-making will become more and more complex. At a time when robotics and big data science can process a huge amount of information and provide results and statistics that are impossible for humans to access, it remains for the human being to make the decision, taking into account the consequences and effects that may affect other aspects of the work or may affect the rest of the work. people in place. Analytical and Critical Thinking: The demand for these skills will undoubtedly increase, and there will be a great need for people with strong analytical thinking to deal with both machine and human in the work environment.

I think that we should think about the future, so everyone who will work in the future should be honest and honest in their work. There are 3 important green skills.

    1. Justice: The worker must be fair in his work, that is, not fall short of anything in his work... The reason for my choice of justice is: that justice is important in our lives in the present and the future, as it is the basis for building relationships and work.

    2. Honesty: the worker must be honest in his work, not lie or cheat people, and do his work fairly so that people get closer to him more and more... A reason for choosing honesty is: that honesty is the opposite of lying, people hate lying because it destroys relationships, but honesty improves relationships and maintains them.

    3. Capacity: the worker must be able to do his work so that he does not destroy the work if he is not able to do it and so that he does not endanger people, for example, if he is a doctor, he must be able to do his work so as not to endanger people... It is very important at work because it helps us to do something, but if we are not able to do the thing, it will be a great danger to work and society.

    "A positive attitude lead to
    positive outcome."

    2. The second green skill I think will be important for the future of work is values. my reason for choosing this green skills that values assist the workforce to recognize issues of green growth, to interpret environmental prescription and to increase energy and resource organization to enable the processes involved in greening the economy.

    3. The second green skill I think will be important for the future of work is knowledge.

2:Second green skill I think will be important for the future of work is knowledge.
My reason for choosing this green skill because Knowledge is a fluid mix of experience, related information and expert insight that offers a structure for evaluating and integrating new experiences and information. It initiates and is applied in the mind of a knower.
Knowledge is like glue that sticks information as well as learning together. When we have prior knowledge about a issue, we understand it better. It plays an important role in life especially in the school. If they don’t have related knowledge, they face difficulties in understanding the text.
    ''Knowledge has power.It control
    access to opportunity and
    advancement''

3:Second green skill I think will be important for the future of work is values.
My reason for choosing this green skill because Values are basic and fundamental beliefs that guide or motivate attitudes or actions. They help us to determine what is important to us. ... Values in a narrow sense is that which is good, desirable, or worthwhile. Values are the motive behind purposeful action. They are the ends to which we act and come in many forms.
    Values are lighthouses,they are
    signals giving us direction,meaning
    and purposes.

The three green skills which I think will be important for the future of work are –
    1. Waste monitoring
    2. Impact assessment
    3. Risk management
Now at first comes the waste monitoring. My reason for choosing this green skill ‘waste monitoring’ is waste monitoring reduces liability, cost and environmental impact through identifying and providing alternative solutions based on our current waste profile. This increases diversion, as well, and helps us managing proper disposal and logistics.

Then comes the impact management. My reason for choosing this green skill is the reduction of costs in a business environment. If you have a specific product which we sell but 50% of them are damaged in transit then we’re going to want to do an impact assessment and figure out how to keep the items safe in transit. This will reduce the amount of damages and the amount of funds we have to spend sending replacement for free. This will reduce our costs and could dramatically improve our profit. This also increases the reputation of our business.

Finally I have chosen the green skill ‘risk management’. I think this green skill ‘risk management’ is important because by implementing a risk management plan and considering the various potential risks or events before they occur, an organization can save money and protect their future. This is because a robust risk management plan will help a company establish procedures to avoid potential threats, minimize their impact should they occur and cope with the results. This also creates a safe and secure work environment for all staff and customers and increases the stability of business operations while also decreasing legal liability.

One green skill I think will be important for the future of work is inspiration.
My reason for choosing this green skill is, all the people of the world will face the epiphany of the earth's state at present and how everyone can change the current situation with their collective efforts rather than individual initiatives. Only then will more ideas come out through the brainstorming of so many people and promote the chance of finding a quicker and smarter solution.

Planning (making arranged steps) because it provides full knowledge of the available resources and things and how to exploit them, as it is one of the most important things that must be possessed because it helps in identifying goals and risks and preparing for them.
Research (reconnaissance, exploration) as it opens and exposes the mind to facts and new information that it was not known or aware of except when it explored and researched. And it is considered very important because it will help and improve the image of the work or the thing to be done and planned.
Time management (exploitation of time) as it helps in producing work and the task in a faster, better and more efficient time. It is also very important because it improves the ability to work more effectively when time is tight and helps to know priorities.

Accept change In the future, individuals need to be more agile, and I do not mean here the agility of the body, but rather the mind. As the rapid change in the future work environment requires a flexible mindset and a high ability to adapt to changes. One of the most important green skills is the ability to see change as an opportunity for growth and innovation rather than a burden and a nightmare. Another skill is Analytical and Critical Thinking People with analytical and critical thinking skills can devise innovative solutions and ideas, solve complex problems using logic, and evaluate arguments. The first step in this kind of thinking is to analyze the flow of information from various sources based on logic rather than emotion. And then identify the negatives and positives of the situation to reach the best possible solution.

Conservation might just be the perfect value needed to create a more environmentally-friendly society. The word itself defines to restrain from wasting any resources and this value can help a person in future in many ways possible. Not only would this benefit the environment but also this will make the person conscious about every resource for the upcoming years. Awareness will be created within a person and thus a person can prosper in life. Conservation would be a nice green skill to inherit if someone is determined to serve the environment as well as cope up with the rest of the world.

One green skill I think will be significant in near future is 'recycling'.

“Our future economy will thrive on reusing, repairing, refurbishing, remaking and repurposing – this transformation will create new kinds of creative and purposeful jobs.” This new ‘circular economy’ includes both conventional recycling, which reuses raw materials, and more creative careers in ‘upcycling’, such as sustainable fashion and furniture designers who make new products from rubbish and other waste. The ILO predicts that this move away from the old consumer model of “extract, make, use and dispose” towards a greater emphasis on “recycling, reuse and repair” will create around 6 million jobs worldwide.

That's why I choose recycling to get back our evergreen abode EARTH.

I think that the following is very important green skills.
    1.HONEES.

I think honesty is a very green and important skill. If you want to work in the future or are already working now, you must be honestBecause if a person is honest, society and the environment are protected from the disease that is called theft, because nowadays everyone is stealing and it is widespread in an unnatural way. That is why I want to clean the environment with honesty, because if everyone does not steal, the environment will be clean. This is an opinion about the green skill
    2.WORK LOVE.
Also, I think that love of work is the most important green task, because if he loves his work, he will improve and master it, and he will make a great effort in it, and if he loves it, he will work to improve it.It will make it clean for the environment and also for the love of work to come from the heart and actions not just words.
    3.CLRANLINESS.
If there is cleanliness, this will be helpful to the environment, because if people see it clean, everyone will work like it and imitate it in everything until its cleanliness, and thus you have helped the environment.

The green skills that I think will be important for the future of work are:
    1. Self - Accountability: Management and monitoring of non -renewable resources like water, gas, electricity, fuel etc. to a personal level can make the world more greener. Whereas installing monitoring technologies in using gas, water and home appliances is a better innovative way to go green.
    2. Will power and Enthusiasm: Enthusiasm in having a greener will cause inception to newer innovations, technologies and scientific approach. When innovating, one may face miscellaneous obstruction or failures but self -determination will make a way out.
    3. Cultural change: Change in economic and social culture like use of bio-degradable packaging in shops, introducing green jobs incentives, sharing and recycling, green infrastructures, composting etc. will promote more green skills to the future generation through one basic skill. It will rather work as an overall game changer in going green from personal to international degree.

From my view of thinking, "sustainability" will be momentous for the future of work. Hypothetically there could be far important skills, but sustainability is a must before all if we want to make things turn real and not only in official papers. Sustainability is the skill I would choose because this is the most logical decision. Only working on thinkings in such a way that won't hurt the future is the best way to ensure a green society and a clean future. There is no surety of when things might turn worse. So the best way to make sure nothing goes wrong, sustainability is really essential. Everyone will conserve and use things within the capacity and thus ensuring a green future.

Emotional Intelligence might also be a game-changer skill especially when you are to represent the situation in an important conference that will decide a significant decision for the future. Creating bond amongst people is possible by this quality and thus helping in group work finally to a betterment of the future of the world.

Perseverance is another green skill that will be really beneficial for the future generation to achieve excellence. Failure will be a really common and natural step in our staircase towards a bright future. Every great being breaks down in this significant process. The future and current generation also will have to work hard despite a number of failures. And thus inventions will be invented that can change the world like a magical world. Who doesn't dream?!

Well, that's a tricky question. Relevancy is relative actually. Depends on different situations and perspectives.

Sustainability is a term that is applicable to adult people mainly. Though we students want to contribute here, we can't do much. The decisions are to be taken by the powerful group of adults. But still, we can take small measures.

Emotional Intelligence is the skill that we have to start to grow up starting now as a student. As time passes by, we can gain more and more experience and improve this skill. This skill will not only help create a green future but also achieve a great personal achievement.

Perseverance is also a skill we must have as a student. We will have to break and rebuilt ourselves numerous times as a student. "Failure can't stop us"- this should be our mind setup. Just perseverance and sustainability might take us to a whole new level one day.

The green skill that I think will be important for work in the future is creativity.
It is like a all in one green skill. Other skills like listening, speaking, problem solving all requires creativity. So while doing any job if creativity is cultivated in the workers, than any problem or issue that may arise while protecting the environment can be solved without a hitch. If we talk about a company that produces various commodities, there are many jobs where creativity is the most urgent qualification above all. The office workers have to look after the general paper work of the company. With creativity they have the scope to prepare any documents that will easily attract investors to their company. The production planner has the duty to plan the whole function of production of the company which will be profitable and environment friendly. If he has creativity, doing effective plans to produce and sell more environment friendly commodities and bring huge profit is like a child's play to him. In the future only creative thinking will bring proper and perfect functioning in workplaces.

Before talking about what green skills will be causing positive impact in future , at first let us know what green skills are. According to United Nations Industrial Development Organization, the knowledge, abilities, beliefs, and attitudes required to live in, develop, and promote a sustainable and resource-efficient society are known as green skills. In a word, the abilities that are needed to trample in a modern world with a vision of achieving a prosperous future where sustainable modes of lifestyles are guaranteed are called the green skills. If I am asked which green skill would be more efficient for the upcoming future, I'd surely pick up, ''Having the ability to attain proper knowledge in technological prospect in attaining a nature-friendly environment" As we all know our nature and the green environment is on the verge of getting outlawed by technological invasion. In near future, it won't take long where trees will be set up in museum and artificial oxygen supply will be there in every corners. SO to avoid such painful scenarios, our teenagers should start developing green skills among themselves. And the skill that I've mentioned is very much logical and comprehensive as my reasons stand the point of ,"Saving the Nature". Already we are experiencing technological bounties where urbanization and industrialization is causing gradual impacts on the nature and its surroundings. So for the resource-efficiency future, the world leaders should take initiatives to raise the young souls so that they can acquire the correct and peerless knowledge to deal the technological prospect where both modernization and saving of nature can occur at the same time. The future of nature is in our hands, so why waste the opportunity when we can make ourselves a bearer of advanced knowledge in a mechanical world with the motto of rescuing the nature.

The skill I can think about is 'persistence'. This skill is very important in case of plans which fail. A plan may not work on the very first try. But, we should not give up. The story of Thomas Edison and how he invented the light bulb trying a thousand times is known to all. So, instead of giving up, we will have to try again and again. And, if we try harder, then each of the fails will discover something new which will help us find out a more reliable idea. And if we keep working like this, then maybe we will be able to invent something wonderful which will successfully work to protect the environment.
Another useful skill is 'optimism'. This is very important to be positive while doing something new. If you are trying something which no one tried before and if you lose hope after failing once, then there will be no improvement. We should always have hope for a good result and we should have the mentality to learn new things instead of being depressed. Optimism gradually gives birth to 'Self-confidence'.
Now, self-confidence is another important skill to grow. Someone is experimenting or trying to invent something new, and he is already doubtful about it. So, if he fails in his first attempt, then he will have no doubt that his theories were mistakes and he is useless. But if he had self-confidence, then even after failing, again and again, he will try to solve the problems of his theories and eventually come up with something new to save the environment and else.

I think that manegment skills are very important skill in every field of life because if a person is a good maneger he solve the every extreme cases of his life. Conservation skills are also very important because if you are a good speaker you can easily understand your concepts to other and everyone like to talk with you so conversation skills is also very important.
Technical skills, knowledge, values and attitudes needed in the workforce to develop and support sustainable social, economic and environmental outcomes in business, industry and the community.

Green skills are those abilities expected to adjust cycles, administrations and items to environmental change and the natural guidelines and prerequisites identified with it.
Green skill that I think will be important for the future of work is:
    1. Eco-builder: The structure business stays a significant reason for contamination: as per the UN, development represents 38% of worldwide CO2 discharges. Notwithstanding, there is a strong establishment for hopefulness. The expanding utilization of normal and harmless to the ecosystem materials and current strategies for development (MMC) supported by new enactment could, as indicated by the UN's Environment Program, lessen discharges from green structures by as much as 84 gigatons of CO2 by 2050. While inside the structures of tomorrow, brilliant innovation will assist individuals with utilizing hotness, light and different assets all the more productively. Building the greener homes and workplaces of things to come (and retrofitting old ones to satisfy current guidelines) is an enormous endeavor requiring many expert jobs. The ILO predicts that there will be 6.5 million jobs in sustainable construction by 2030, making it the second-highest development area behind efficient power energy.

There are 3 important green skills
    1: personal skills
Soft skills are the basic life skills we need to help maintain a healthy body and mind. These skills include many of those on the World Health Organization's list (such as resilience, self-control, and self-awareness), and also include skills such as how to recognize, manage and deal with emotions.
Reasons: It is an effective way to prevent it and dramatically improve our quality of life and take advantage of the energy wasted in anger and turn it into positive things.
    2: time management skill
Good time management allows you to achieve more in a shorter time scale, which leads to more free time, so knowing how to work well under pressure and being able to focus and stay organized can reduce stress levels and keep you on track.
    Reasons: Set priorities wisely
    Take regular breaks
    Planning for the future
    Set goals correctly.
    3: Apology skill
There are a number of people who do not know how to apologize sincerely for the mistakes they commit, so the skill of sincerely apologizing is one of the most important life skills that a person needs throughout his life, because all humans make mistakes and are in constant need to apologize for their actions that may cause harm to others.
    Reason: act quickly
    Apologize in person
    Explain what happened
Explain how to avoid this problem in the future
    apology
    make compensation
The skill of refusing in a decent way

I think that one of the green skills needed to create a more environmentally friendly society is cleanliness, creativity and optimism. Why should the hygiene skill be because if our principle before starting any cleaning work, we will be working, but without producing any dirt that harms the environment. I believe that creativity is also important because the creativity skill contains all the green skills and we need them in order to innovate and invent the lifestyle in order to create a society that is more environmentally friendly and at the same time more creative. And I chose optimism because when we are optimistic that we will make anything, this thing will be achieved with the best and fastest results. We must be optimistic so that we can create a more environmentally friendly society quickly and to the fullest.

One green skill I think will be important for the future of work is "Adaptation".
There are some reasons for choosing this skill. In future the world will be changed. And the people of the future will have to face different situations. There will be some problems like over temperature , the disasters will be more strong, the countries near to the seas will be submerged . And the industries will suffer from lack of raw materials. The people will suffer from many diseases, the population will be very huge. The future of work will be changed and people have to need some extra qualities in that situation. Among them , adaptation is the most important quality. Because the situation will be very tough and if they can't adapt with this situation the situation will be bad in this sector.
There will be competition in job sector. Over all, with out adaptation, they will not be able to survive in the changed and competitive future world. In fine, we can say that "Adaptation" is the green skill which is very important in the future of work.

One green skill I think will be important for the future of work is to be able to listen what people tell to us and find out their need which they want.

My reason for choosing this green skill is mainly because this skill is very important for making the world. Because, if we see around us, we observe that, most of the people are self centered and lacks the mindset of helping other people in their daily life. But if any person has the skill of listening others, he can easily make the world a very better place and save from the incerceration of the harmful effect of the climate change.

"One green skill I think will be important for the future of work is technological based skills.

My reason for choosing this green skill is the world is changing very fast. Now most of the work is being done by computers and other communicational technologies. That so happening we should keep ourselves updated so that we can adapt with future world. AND the best way is to be expert in information and communicational skills because starting from this era the demand of freelancer and programmer is increasing in huge number. So the country with more technological resources will be more developed in the future. Keeping this in mind the most beneficial skill at present is technological based skills.

Challenge: Can you think of three green skills and give your reasons for each?
    1. Management system : It is a way of policies, processes used by an organization to in aim to fulfill the tasks required to complete its objectives. It tries to fulfill its objectives by any means necessary focusing on the performance management.

    2. Recruitment: It is a set to designed to fulfill recruiting process including tracking and finding workers in a way to get benefits and beneficial help managing job postings , applicants and customer relationship management support to keep its customers engaged.

    3. Employment Trends: Male workers are now dominating in most professions in comparison to female workers
especially in physical labor. But on the other hand female workers are working on the technical and clear
professions. So at present both sides are gradually developing compared to previous era.

The skill of exploiting learning skills.. that is, when we have an opportunity to learn a skill, we have to exploit it.. For example, Jack and Paul had an opportunity to learn a skill and they have enough time after work to learn this skill.. this skill will develop them functionally and will highlight their distinction.. Jack forgot the subject of skill, while Paul thought about it well and decided to learn the skill, and after 3 months, Paul managed to master the skill and got a promotion or a new job, and Jack stayed the same..

With this skill, we ensure that those who have the capabilities are promoted to positions they deserve and thus develop the performance of this job.

    'Unsecured savings'
    "increase in capital expenditures"
    Unequal or incomplete competition

The reason for choosing this green skill is to save electricity and solve its separate crisis most of the time and to provide it in a much cheaper and cleaner way

And I want to provide a solution to the problem of climate change and environmental degradation because it affects the livelihoods of individuals and communities around the world... and the solution is to provide a strong infrastructure by providing high-ventilation underground tunnels that ensure that products are not damaged from climate change

One of the green skills that will be important for the future of work is adaptability (being able to rapidly learn new skills and behaviors in response to changing circumstances). That's because unexpected shifts will be always around the corner, whether in personal life or in business. Also, adaptability in the face of uncertainty, is important because it allows us to see the possibilities in unanticipated change. As a result, sustained works will be accomplished.

How, then, can we prepare ourselves for the jobs of the future, if we do not know exactly what skills are needed then? What experiences do today's students need to succeed tomorrow? In today's article, I present to you 10 essential skills that you must possess to ensure future career success. 1- Creativity: Future workers must be creative, so that they can understand and assimilate the features of all future things from products, ways of thinking and technology. Where robots cannot compete with humans in creativity, and no one will satisfy the future labor market's need for innovative ways of thinking except the creativity of humans. 2- Emotional intelligence (EQ) Emotional intelligence expresses a person's ability to perceive, control, and express his or her emotions, as well as an understanding of the emotions and feelings of others. If you empathize with others and can get along well with your co-workers, then you probably have a high level of emotional intelligence. Despite all the development, the machine has not been able and will not be able to replace the human ability to communicate with fellow human beings, and thus the demand for emotional intelligence skills will be high in the future. 3- Analytical and Critical Thinking People with analytical and critical thinking skills can devise innovative solutions and ideas, solve complex problems using logic, and evaluate arguments. The first step in this kind of thinking is to analyze the flow of information from various sources based on logic rather than emotion. And then identify the negatives and positives of the situation to reach the best possible solution. The demand for these skills will undoubtedly increase, and there will be a great need for people with strong analytical thinking to deal with both machine and human in the work environment. 4- Active learning skills and a growth mindset Every person in the future work environment needs to learn and grow. People with a growth mindset realize that their abilities and intelligence are constantly evolving and improving. They are fully aware that their efforts in acquiring new skills will bring them greater and greater achievements. So you will find them willing to take on challenges, learn from their mistakes, and constantly search for new knowledge. 5- Decision-making skills In the future world of jobs, the process of human decision-making will become more and more complex. At a time when robotics and big data science can process a huge amount of information and provide results and statistics that are impossible for humans to access, it remains for the human being to make the decision, taking into account the consequences and effects that may affect other aspects of the work or may affect the rest of the work. people in place. Eventually technology will take over much of the business, leaving people with the advantage to make the greatest decisions. 6- Communication skills with others Undoubtedly, the ability to exchange information between people is an essential and vital skill in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. This means the ability of individuals to communicate effectively with each other, using the correct tone of voice at the right time and using the appropriate body language consistent with their speech, to successfully convey their message to the other party. 7- Leadership skills The most important qualities associated with leadership are the ability of a person to be an inspiration to others, and to help them do their best. These skills are essential to the future workforce. Although the ideal corporate system may not be common today, the future holds a drastic change. More people will gain leadership roles and will work with large project teams to solve problems and develop innovative solutions. 8- Pluralism and cultural intelligence With the openness witnessed by the world and the work environment in the present, and what will be witnessed in the future as well, it is necessary to possess the necessary skills to understand and respect, and even work with others regardless of all differences, whether they are ethnic, cultural, linguistic, gender, political or religious or otherwise. The ability to adapt to people who have a different view of the world than us is a key factor, not only to improve people's communication with each other, but also to make the company's products and services more inclusive and successful. 9- Accepting change In the future, individuals need to be more agile, and we do not mean here the agility of the body, but rather the mind. As the rapid change in the future work environment requires possessing a flexible mindset and a high ability to adapt to changes. One of the most important skills of the Fourth Industrial Revolution is the ability to see change as an opportunity for growth and innovation rather than a burden and a nightmare. 10- Technological skills No one denies that the fourth industrial revolution that we are witnessing in the present and in the future, is led by technological inventions such as artificial intelligence, big data science, virtual reality and Blockchain and others, which means that humans in the future must enjoy a level of acceptance and adaptation with technology. Employees everywhere will be required to access data and decide how to deal with it, which requires having some technical skills and, most importantly, understanding the potential impact of new technologies on their businesses, jobs, and lives in general. From the above, we find that the time has come for all of us to start learning and acquiring new skills that make us more valuable people in the future business world, especially after the world today needs new skills every 6 years, while in the past it required new skills every 30 years. ! What is the first skill you will seek to develop from the above? What do you think are the other skills that the different job sectors may need in the future? I think that honesty is the most important green skill. Whatever else there may be, without honesty they will be of no use. Even if there may be resources or connectivity they will be used for the wrong if there is no honesty. As a result the environment will be harmed. So I think that honesty is the most important green skill.

One green skill I think will be important for the future of work is creativity.

In a report, World Economic Forum says, “With the avalanche of new products, new technologies, and new ways of working, workers are going to have to become more creative in order to benefit from these changes.”

With automation forecasted to eliminate many repetitive jobs, humans will move up the value chain and carry out more thoughtful, creative work. Companies looking to grow must tap into creative energy. It will become essential to driving business forward. Creative problem-solving will enable teams to generate innovation in the workplace in a multitude of ways—whether it’s finding new approaches to problems inherent to the business, developing new products or services to fill a hole in the market, or improving upon existing processes. Creativity will enable employees to devise ways to address their customers’ biggest challenges—while cutting costs and automating repetitive tasks.

Among the sea of required green skills for the future, I think keeping the true interaction between human beings is the most important.
It is obvious that technology is helping us to keep our environment clean but is also the reason of the ecological damage. The more years are passing we are being more dependent on the technological devices. If it goes in the same manner we will not even care if one of our neighbors dies. Our bondage is going to be totally broken. At that point we wouldn’t think about the welfare of mankind rather we would only bother about the technology. As a result the environment may face a huge diversity resulting in the fall of mankind.
But if we can strongly build up our human relationships, It can help us a lot in our future development. That’s why I think that the most important green skill for he future would be building strong the human relationships.

I think IT skills are best for our future as everything nowadays are being digitalized. To cope with this modern world, we need to be expert in IT sector .

Again, chemical recycling, carbon capture and storage, and materials handling and transition management, as well as communications and behavioural change skills are also important in this regard and greener world.

One green skill I think will be important for the future of work is curiosity. My reason for choosing this green skill is that curiosity can make people think about a problem like climate changes and find a solution theory about this. so I think curiosity is the key to solve a problem. If people are not curious about the work they won't do it. I think, to do a work first and foremost you have to be curious.
    Challenge:three green skills are :
    1. Hard working: If people work hard and stick to it, despite all the failures, they can do any job easily and can solve problems about environment and climate change.
    2. Confidence: If people are not confidence enough to do a work, they will become nervous and fail every time .
    3. Think positive: If people don't think positive they will remain in depression. They cannot do work properly because they are afraid of failure.

I think, among the three skills hard working is the most important one because despite having confidence and positive thoughts, a person can not succeed without working hard. Positive thoughts and confidence, these two skills helps to develop the skill of working hard which is directly involved with all works.

    1. One of the green skills that I think will be important for the future of work is environmental health sciences.

The reason for choosing this green skill is to research and reflect on finding the cause of contemporary diseases, and deduce their treatments.

    2. One of the green skills that I think will be important for the future of work is food science.

The reason for choosing this green skill is for food science graduates to contribute to creating and promoting safety standards, as well as expanding our understanding of what a balanced diet means and improving the methods used in food production and consumption.

3- One of the green skills that I think will be important for the future of work is engineering sciences.

The reason for choosing this green skill is because this specialization will work to reduce environmental pollution and search for appropriate solutions to reduce pollution of all kinds with the help of contemporary technology.

I believe creativity will be important for the future. Creativity allows people to think of new ideas to help the environment and can help people invent new inventions that can help our Earth. Another skill that can help is resilience, people need this personal skill because they may not be able to get it right every time and resilience will allow them to try again and again until they get it right. Science is one of the most important skills- science helps people understand whats damaging the Earth and can help them find out the answer.

All these three skills used together would be really powerful and give humanity the best possible chance of protecting our planet.

I think creativity is a important green skill because you might need to think of new ideas for things. For example fire fighters would use water to put out a fire then we were losing a lot of water. People might need to think of a new idea for them to use instead of water because if we were losing water there would be a negative impact on the environment. Creativity is a good skills to have for the future as it is all about solving problems in ways other people havent thought f. People will need to be creative with the materials they use, how things are designed, how they are made, how they are used and what to do about any waste products.

A important green skill is Science because we can find liquids that are safer to use as gas, another thing is that we can make more electric cars and we can make new technology. This can impact and stop climate change because we stop using carbon dioxide. We can also use biology to find safe fluids . Our understanding of physics can help us use natural resources to make clean energy for cars, homes and factories. The third science, chemistry, will help develop new substances such as fertilisers which can grow more crops without damaging the environment.

Another important skill is Creativity because if we can be creative we can be multi-tasking and doing multiple things. This skill is also important because we can solve problems. Problem solving will be vital as it is the basis for most green jobs - how we can live in a healthier and more environmentally friendly way. Included in creativity could be courage - this would take creativity into pioneering (being brave and innovative) and passion which would enable people to have resilience to keep trying even when things don't go well.

The final skill is Maths because you would need to estimate the impact you can make on our home. This will be necessary for being able to measure what will happen and why it will happen.

I believe that science and maths will be important because if you need to make substances or some type of material in the future you can use maths to get the correct amount of that material and with science you can create new technology that helps the environment. Without these skills people will not be precise enough to enable things to be reproduced, which would slow manufacturing.

Also, with science you could create new vehicles that help the environment instead of them destroying it. Science is very useful to have because you can do a lot with science such as you can create new fuels for factories, cars, power stations and lights. In addition to this, jobs like fire fighters are effecting the environment but we can change this by taking out fires with wind power instead of wasting water.

2.I think science will be important for the future of jobs because it can make new inventions, new tech and new materials to help our planet.
3.Finally, I think having resilience will be important for the future of jobs because it might not work the first time but you don't give up and try again, it's for our planet.

One green skill I think will be important for the future of work is adaptability(the quality of being able to adjust to new conditions) .
My reason for choosing this green skill is the rapid change in our lifestyle might come and most of the people don't want to turn towards green society because they don't want to come out from their comfort zone. Adaptability will be useful for such. Our capability to adapt to a green lifestyle will be very helpful for slowing down climate crisis and making our mother Earth a sustainable one.

I believe that understanding would be a skill of great importance in the future, because-
    1. Critical: For any kind of job you need to have a clear understanding of the problem and what is required from the solution.
    2. People's support: Understanding others' problems and them would help a person to get the help of many. This support is going to be important in the future if one wishes to have leadership of any kind.
    3. POV: Perspectives can differ a lot, but if one keeps on ignoring others' thoughts, they gotta be ousted by others. Understanding is that one green skill required to not let such disaster happen.

As per my opinion the skill to work in a team that is to cooperate with different people from different background is a really important skill. Cause it's the environment, the mother earth, OUR mother earth we are talking about. To be blunt when we're to work for the environment, it's all about the ordinary people; it's bout US. Even working as a professional is gonna include a lot and lot of work and interaction with the mass people; raising awareness and what not. Team work is what really allows diversity when searching for solution of a problem, allows great feedbacks, productivity and workplace synergy.

I think, that era is going to be dull, like the last pages of the diary of a regular old man... Therefore entertainers, who can pull off a persona that gives others pleasure, despite their one boredom, would be regarded with great respect.

    3) Survival skills:
We know that the climate is moving towards the worse end gradually. Therefore ,to survive in an adverse climate, having practical survival skills won't be too bad of a skill set to have. Even if there's no apocalypse, wouldn't it be a cool skill to have?

1.I think that agriculture science is very important because Agriculture plays a critical role in the entire life of a given economy. Agriculture is the backbone of the economic system of a given country. In addition to providing food and raw material, agriculture also provides employment opportunities to a very large percentage of the population. The broad objectives of agricultural science are to improve crop production to benefit farmers, consumers, and increasingly to reduce potential environmental impacts. There are many universities in the world for agriculture the no. 4th universities is UAF.
2 The comunication skills are also very important because if you have conmunication skills you can easily understand your concepts and information to others .In contrast bad comunication skills lead you to difficulty.
    3. The genetic engineering is also very important becauseThe techniques employed in genetic engineering have led to the production of medically important products, including human insulin, human growth hormone, and hepatitis B vaccine, as well as to the development of genetically modified organisms such as disease-resistant plants.Crops have been developed that aid food security by increasing yield, nutritional value and tolerance to environmental stresses.

Challenge:I think the important green skills that we need is:-
    Firstly,creativity:-
Because In order to realize the benefits of new products, technologies and working mechanisms,
And its role in preserving the environment and achieving sustainability, which is something in which humans outperform robots if there is a promising future in the industrial and mechanical revolution.

As it is an indispensable need, as future jobs will force its workers to be able to think of new ways to keep pace with the rapid changes in the environment, and any emergency that occurs can threaten human life on earth.

Secondly ,Continuous learning and an evolution mindset: Because the environment-friendly future professions require people with the desire for continuous learning and growth as one of the factors contributing to the development of their skills to reach sustainability and the ability to find solutions quickly and thus result in the completion of work with high efficiency, through a series of challenges and benefit from errors, knowledge and previous problems

    Finally ,Adapting to changes:-
Because changes will be very rapid in the environment
In the future, workers will have to adapt well to any change that occurs, and consider any change as an opportunity for growth and innovation for sustainability and zero emissions.

Green skills are the knowledge, abilities, values and attitudes needed to live in, develop and support a sustainable and resource-efficient society. I think the green skills which are going to be most important are as follows,

    1. Architectural and planning skills: This skill can help the buildings being more energy efficient, with fewer resources used to construct and operate them. With skillful Architects and planners these buildings would comply with environmental regulations and client demands for green spaces.

    2. Environmental justice skills: Workers in this field would operate at the intersection of human rights and environmental rights where They will gain legal, social and historical awareness to ensure humanity. And never repeat the mistakes of the past which led to racial and social injustice and poor environmental and social health.

3.Agriculture skills: As farming and food supply is becoming more sustainable, there’ll be a growing number of green jobs in different areas such as organic farming, urban farming and precision agriculture. This fact is helping to use data to measure and improve farming efficiency.

Green Majors are those fields of knowledge in universities and scientific institutes that are related to environmental sciences, and focus on studying critical environmental problems and trying to find effective solutions to them, such as: pollution problems. Global Warming. depletion of natural resources. desertification. ocean problems. In addition to addressing these problems, the concept of green disciplines expands to include technological disciplines related to renewable energy sources, or that aim to achieve greater sustainability for the planet as a whole. Preserving the environment, sustaining the planet, and combating pollution are undoubtedly very important, but you may be wondering what other reasons and tangible benefits accrue to you personally when choosing a green major as your college path. Well, here are some compelling reasons why you might choose one of these majors as your college path! 1- Functional diversity Green majors are no longer limited to environmental sciences only, in fact this concept has expanded to include various functional fields, from architecture to food industry and processing. This will give you a wide range of career paths from which you can choose the one that suits your passion and find that it brings you the satisfaction and prosperity you are looking for. 2- Employer-focused skills and knowledge Green majors, or environmental majors, enable students to develop a basic understanding of various sustainability practices and environmental issues, in addition to specialized knowledge in a specific field (the chosen major). Thus, graduates of these majors acquire distinctive skills that they can apply and benefit from in various work environments. They understand the relationship between different businesses and the environment, are familiar with environmental systems and environmental policies, and can assess and solve sustainability problems. These are all distinct skills that are in high demand day by day and are increasingly sought by employers. 3- Multiple educational options for accessing a job There is no single educational path to green careers. Students and professionals can access any environmental job in different ways, either through a college degree, on-the-job training, vocational or technical training, or even through sponsored programs Non-profit community organizations. You can choose your method of obtaining an education in one of the green disciplines according to your preferences and capabilities. 4- Profitable jobs The green economy is witnessing rapid growth today, especially in the field of clean and renewable energy or environmental engineering design. This has led to the emergence of many lucrative, high-income jobs. If you are looking for a job that has a bright future, and guarantees you a great income and continuous prospects for development and growth, then the green majors will undoubtedly achieve this goal for you as it is one of the most important specializations for the future.

One green skill that I think will be important in the future is skill information technology.
My reason for choosing this green skill is the gradual progressive dependency of human beings over computer oriented technologies , robotics, automated algorithms and the effective outcomes they have rewarded till date.
By virtue of information technology, we are now capable of , starting from weather forecasting , inventing genetically modified crops , supervising our earth from above ( satellite) , driving cars without drivers ( artificial satellite ) …. And what not ?
To speak of if it is green or not and its impact on environment, it is totally green and more importantly it protects the environment. By this time we are aware of the carbon capture plant that has been constructed in Iceland and with huge possibilities ahead , it can successfully capture carbon from environment. in near future , we will have to keep our environment alive for us to live in a over populated world with higher energy demand and skill in information technology shall serve us with this purpose.

One Green Skill I can think that will be important for the future is sustainability.
People around the world are creating technologies building various infrastructures on our dear mother Earth. People are very aware of their creations and they so obsessed over it they even have alternatives for that previous one but they are not aware that we have only one earth and there is no alternative of our Earth and so to the prime ambition for each and every workers around the world should be the proper care taking of our Mother Earth by being aware that excessive obsession over technology is harming and snatching away our precious land. People can start to sustain and maintain a level a border or a limit which cannot be under any circumstances be broken. By following such limits mother earth can be saved and also people can be aware of such tyranny.

One green skill I think will be important for the future of work is unwavering resolve.
My reason for choosing this skill is, perseverance is such a quality that can be used in all fields. If people can keep trying again and again to change the environment to the good. At present, the problems that are arising in the environment of the world, they are a burning question. Different people are choosing different sides for achieving their own objectives. So, those who are working for the better future of the world, they need this determination to achieve the ultimate goal. There will be barriers and obstacles, where developed countries will think about their own profit. They will use their power to suppress our activities. And here our persistence will help to overcome the barriers.
Therefore, this green skill is something that is a necessity for the improvement of the climatic condition of the world.

one useful green skill for the future I think will be risk management.
in our daily life' we face many risks. But we can not overcome their threats and face many serious problems. many times we can not even make decisions what we will do. It is to be noticed that if we face our risk and overcome that, our life will become much easier. That's why risk management is a general skill which we need to prepare for the future.

    1. One of the green skill I think will be important for the environment is power of comprhending difficult situations.
The reason for choosing this skill is a persons true ability can be cmprehended in a difficult situation, how he/she manages the situation and co-operates with their peers.Being able to solve complex problems from the begining will incite the abiity to contribute in solving greater problems like solving environment problems.
    Challange: Three green skills are
1.Thirst for evolution: the inner drive force inside a person to evolve will lead oneself into creating an sustainable environment. Because thirst for growth will make a person work with highest level of efficiency and achieve desired result in any work
2.Analytical thinking ability: Being logical over being emotional in any situation and solving different problems through observation, calculation and consultation will let a person achieve profitablr result in any situation including solving environmental problems.
3.Ambition: Being ambitious will help a person set a strong goal and stick to it until the very end.If we aim for the stars we may end up reaching the moon.So we have to aim sky high and work to our hearts content so that we can reach for what we dream of

I think ENTERPRISE APPROACHES could be an effective green skill for the future of work.
    What does it genuinely mean?
A method so that it will affect the plannings and adjusts with the initiatives of an organisation affecting its overall performance.
It's going to identify all the tactics, strategies or plans those could be helpful for taking any step in the future, and additionally it will pick out the problems prevailing within the running projects in the organization and way to solve those.
Aren't those well worthy skill for the future work?
Ofcourse, because these will boost up the speed, for an organization startup,to find new ways and suggestions for creating attraction from the clients.
Question can be arrised that what will show up if I do not consider it?
Well, we see only 78.5% of small companies live on their first 12 months and the most common reason small agencies fail is that the market simply doesn’t need their products or services.

So its so much important to identify what exactly the clients need most, what would be benifficial for gaining more profits, and what these all need? nothing but a great enterprise approach.

One green skill I think will be important for the future of work is vertical farming.
My reason for choosing this green skill is that vertical farming can be used to produce food in the most extreme conditions. A website named puregreensaz said, "A 2017 survey of indoor farms, found that vertical farms produced 5.45 pounds of lettuce per square foot on average.Meanwhile, field farms produced only 0.69 pounds of lettuce." This alone is enough to prove my point. If we are thoughtful about this, we can apply it to solve a handful of problems. Personally i believe it can play a principal role in our fight against climate change.

One green skill that I think will be important for the future of work is to be charismatic.

My reason for choosing this green skill is a charismatic person can easily make mass people do and acknowledge something which will drastically make most of the jobs green. A charismatic person also plays the role of a leader among the people, so if he does something about the environment the mass people will also put their spirits on making the environment green and will automatically make them choose green jobs.

Three green skills I would suggest would be

    1. Honesty: if a person does anything without honest intention and the result goes awry, the trust
and morale of the other people will also stoop down and people will become discouraged to work for the environment.

    2. Responsibility: without being responsible, any work can not be done properly and in a good manner which can easily make the whole grade of the work down.

    3. Determination: without being determined, people can not overcome the hardships and obstacles that will be in front of them and will not be able to progress and the work will stop middle ways.

One green skill I think will important for the future and the climate is 'Being a self dependent local farmer' specially in agroforestry.
My reasons for choosing this are :
Agroforestry specially in local integrates trees and crops in an intentionally designed system. In an agroforestry farming, every plant is selected for a particular purpose: species are selected so that plants will not compete but collaborate. This diversity of crops and trees allows the area to be productive all year long, so that small farmers can earn income in all seasons and their economic problems will be resolved.

Agroforestry farming is an important tool for climate change. Researchers found that agroforestry produces adaptation benefits for local climate, including reducing the impact of extreme weather events (drought, heatwaves, cold waves, heavy rain and floods), improving soil and water availability, attracting pollinators and improving biodiversity.

My another reason for choosing this skill that we all are focusing on Science/Technologies but one important issue we all are forgetting is our root. Imagine if there is self dependency for food in every family in the world how would it become. How the climate would be if every person in the world live like a farmer : No gas or petrol waste, more usage of renewable resources, increasing of forestation etc.

In my opinion, the skill of farsightedness is a very urgent one to have an environment friendly world. Being in a middle income country, I have observed people too much concerned about the short term rewards . Mostly they are seen indulged in the economic activities even if it is by polluting the environment. The urbanization is totally unplanned just to save some money. But day by day, these unplanned urbanization is not only causing trouble to human beings but also becoming a threat to the extinct of natural resources. For example, in my country, the capital was just by the side of a beautiful river, but now the condition of that river is dead most. Many more situations could be brought but the core point of all these is , I think, lack of farsightedness. Unfortunately, some of the leaders of our society are also too much blind to just look 20 years ahead.
Another skill is " capacity to embrace the new" and that is why we all are very much prone to stay in our comfort zone. Despite having the options for moving into the renewable sources of fuels , we are still stuck in the uses of coal and other carbon generating fossil fuels.

The green skill that I think is necessary is communication skills . Because a good communicator can express all his ideas properly besides listening to the problems and solutions of other peoples . suppose a person has a lot of skills but he lacks the aspect of communicating . Then he will surely lag behind and he will not be able to deliver good solutions as well as his viewpoints even if they are of top quality . The skill communication brings out everything that is present in a person like leadership , courage , curiosity , convincing capabilities etc . In a way communication skills paves the road for other skills to flourish . A good communicator is at the same time a good speaker and a listener . Suppose a problem has been arisen regarding the case of waste disposal . A person will take note of it and through his communication skills he will convey it people. So some people have heard the problem from him and they will discuss the same problem with other people and in this way a large community of people will come forward to address the problem and ultimately a good solution will also be found regarding the problem .

    1. The first green skill I want to talk about is technological expertise. This is because in the future we need to drastically reduce our use of paper and this will force a transition to digital devices for our day to day use. If we are able to grasp this skill before the transition happens, we will be able to get through this transition more easily and quickly and also help others around us to get through it.
    2. Next one that I want to highlight is persuasion. This is because in the future, many people will not understand the situation of climate change and would be reluctant to do any sort of work towards development. That is why we need to have the power of persuasion to make them understand the condition of the planet and encourage them to work.
    3. The last skill is compassion. In the future the conditions will be very bad. And as such, we will need to feel the pain of others and come forward to aid them in any way possible that is why compassion is also a necessary skill for the future.

Three green skills I think will be important for the future of work are:

First skill is Consciousness. With this, human being will be aware that what behave we should do or not to do with the environment. And, will be able to detect the points where they need to take steps.

Second skill is Creativity. Using creativity, there will develop the new ways of finding solutions. As an example, recently we have got a new idea that solar panel can be set over river water instead of land. Here, we can save our land area and at the same time we can produce electricity using a renewable energy. This types of concept comes with the creativity skill.

Third skill is leadership. For the future, it would about to impossible to save the environment and nature without leadership skill. A leader can bring a revolutionary change. To wake up people to save the nature, there need environmental renaissance. The climate movements like Fridays for Future is not possible, if the young leadership don't come forward.

One green skill I think will be important for the future is waste management.

As far my opinion goes, waste management is important because it helps in maintaining the cleanliness of the whole world. It needs to be practiced because the entire population’s health and protection depend on it. Another reason is that this is a good way to execute waste recycling management – through recycling; wastes will be reduced and can lessen the need for landfilling. Aside from that, recycling can also decrease the cost production and it can help in keeping natural resources.
And of course, if we practice waste management, we will be able to conserve the natural beauty of our planet earth. There are times when landscapes are ruined because of the carelessness of humans – hence, once we become responsible with all our wastes and know how to manage it, we can help in preserving our nature’s beauty today and allow the future generation to see it still. Inadequate sanitation will lead to big problems as time passes by, that’s why it’s imperative to practice waste management as early as now so that we will be able to prevent drastic damage that the world might have in the future.

My point is , waste management-
    1.Improves Human Health
    2.Preserves The Environment
    3.Protects Animals And Marine Life
    4.Lowers Production Costs
    5.Prevents disasters and calamities
    6.Beautifies the nature

Here are some other green skills that i think are very much important

    LEADERSHIP:
Leadership serves several functions crucial to the success of an organization or a country. One of the most important functions of a leader is to provide a vision to the people. The leader explains the vision and what members of the organization must do to achieve it. While people may have various talents and capabilities, it is leadership that harnesses individual efforts towards the collective goal. By inspiring and motivating teams and coordinating personal actions for the advancement of a common goal, leaders help their companies achieve excellence. Again Leadership is intuitively recognized as an important factor for motivating a change in human behavior toward more sustainable practice. So, to prosper in every regards, leadership is very much necessary.

    TECHNOLOGICAL SKILLS:
In my opinion, having technological skills will boost up the progress of the world. Research into new methods of generating power and electricity is abundant; with technology we can hope to find cleaner, renewable sources of energy to replace the finite supply of fossil fuels and reduce global warming and climate change. New methods such as wind turbines, solar power and hydro-electric power are under scrutiny and are constantly subject to trails to improve the efficiency of existing systems. Every day, new research is being conducted to improve the systems involved in the modern world. New systems of removing waste and improving the efficiency of the distribution of electricity, for example, may benefit many people in the future by cutting emissions and improving efficiency.

    PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS:
Solving problems means making choices. Typically, effective problem-solving skills result in “happier, more confident, and more independent” individuals. It also helps any individual to make right decisions for any environmental, political or social problems. It paves the way of possibility to solve the problems the world is facing right now.

Here I tried to mention different green skills from different aspects which I think are important for us.

One green skill I think will be important for the future is Food Safety Management.

Reason : The food safety management skill is very important for the future because of some common calamities which can make food shortage in the upcoming future. As we know deforestation, change of weather, rising of sea level, lack of nutrients in the soil etc. are causing a great trouble to the agricultural sector. The cultivating lands are immensely minimizing in number due to over population. Scientists are developing many new technologies on agriculture technology but the amount of effort is not being parallel tp our upcoming problems. If it continues like this, the world will be in no time to face a huge disaster of hunger. So we need proper educational and practical training on food safety management so that we can be more developed on this sector. And with special planning and skillful human resources from this sector, we would be able to ensure the food safety management in the future and hope for a whole new hunger free world.

One green skill I think will be important for the future of work is green energy skills

My reason for choosing this green skill is the that the demand for green skills is especially severe in the energy industry. It is estimated that by 2050, 400,000 new employees could be needed, "more than half of which have roles that do not currently exist," said by Steve Holiday, president of the Energy Institute.
Individuals seeking to enter these professions in the areas of clean energy and sustainability have a natural aptitude to understand communication skills, a positive interest in green energy, and changing technologies related to energy and environmental systems. Must be shown. For those who want to pursue a leadership role, energy leaders need to be able to manage geographically diverse teams, coordinate complex technical projects, and identify and execute new ideas.

Challenge: Can you think of three green skills and give your reasons for each?
    1. Solar Project Manager – Solar Energy is growing and as a project manager, is involved in coordinating the development and construction of large-scale photovoltaic projects across the public and private sectors. This is a complex and rewarding role with end-to-end project management.

    2. Sustainability Professional – More work is being done to make existing buildings more energy efficient, resilient and sustainable. Many companies implement key sustainability strategies as part of their organization's goals. As a result, there is a growing demand for consultants, energy managers and professionals who are responsible for achieving these goals and increasing the energy efficiency of homes and businesses.

    3. An Inquiring Mind - The green energy sector is a constantly evolving sector, so a natural curiosity about how things work is very beneficial. The ability to explore concepts that may seem unattainable at first is also of interest to green energy employers. As a senior member of the team, leaders should actively encourage staff to explore, discover, and try new systems and processes to see what works and what doesn't. The green energy sector is full of potential, so inquisitiveness and the ability to set an example are absolutely essential.

One green skill I think will be important for the future of work is communication skills. Strong communication skills are required to make real change, establish networks and build relationships with colleagues and clients. It is also very important as it assists you in educating others in the most environmentally friendly ways to go about things. Good communication skills are essential to allow others and yourself to understand information more accurately and quickly and obviously it is more easy to make a person understand about something than writing.

Secondly, the most important green skill is patience. It is the ability to endure difficult circumstances. My reason for choosing this skill is.....If things are not going the way you want them to, instead of getting frustrated, you must learn to be patient. You need to see things and situations in a positive light to make your life happier. And to get that positivity, you need to be patient.

Green skills play a very essential part to solve the climate change crisis and to make this world a better place. Many skills and ideas can be put to make this more creative, productive and effective.

For example, to establish the term 'Green skills ' in the minds of the general people, at first, we need to buy their trust. For instance, it needs to be promising that the renewable energy are more profitable and useful. Why people rely on non-renewable energy even though they know the aftermath? Well, because they do find it very cheap and available than that of the renewable ones. For this, we should increase the cost price of the non-renewable energy and reduce the cost price of the renewable energy. Policies should be established for the communities to pay extra charge for the use of non-renewable energy who can easily afford renewable energy. The authorities of the state must promote and increase more the availability of renewable energy and resources. In this way, we can bring our trust in many different ways which ultimately will evolve as environmental friendly results.

Then, we also need to shape and innovate our cultural and social customs. What is the source of all pollution in this world? Who are responsible for pollution and climate change? Well, only we humans are. So, if we change ourselves, the world could change. We need to be more 'choosy' in what we are using.
For example, there are different types of milk. One is our welly common known dairy milk, the others are plant based such as almond, oat and soy milk. The all milks have proven to be more or less healthy for a balanced diet. But recent researches suggest that plant based milk, specially oat and soy milk are better for the planet. Anything better for the planet is better for us. In a same glass of milk, you need to occupy 4 square kilometres of land for farming purposes, whereas ¼square kilometres of land when it is oat based. Also, we need to spend 120 litres of water for getting a glass of dairy milk, where the most of the water goes behind overall farming process, cow rearing and for growing grass for the cow. But for the same amount of soy or oat milk, we need to use 5/10 litres of water only. On top of that, dairy milk results to have a greater amount of land, which causes more deforestation, habitat destruction and harmful emissions. But plant based milks prove to be more healthy since they do not need to harm the nature that much in their cultivation process.
Again, our traditional practices can make us more aware of the climate change. Institutions such as schools, temples, churches and mosques can make us better aware of the situation. Because we always like to listen to what we are part of.
Also, the entire world can have a common day where all the countries of the world will be competing for a humane cause. All the citizens of all the countries will assemble to plant trees. The country who has planted more trees per its population will be awarded on record. This initiative may promote to a united global movement. Imagine, how many plants will be planted in a single day even only half of the people of the globe participate?

Finally, we need to cultivate more researches and bring them to application for our elevation and welfare.
The human knowledge is very limited. The more we know, the more we thrive, the better we learn to use green skills. For example, in a recent study, it is estimated that around 50-80% oxygen of the world are coming from the Oceans. The majority of it comes from the oceanic plankton- drifting plants, algae an some bacteria that can photosynthesize. Researches and scientists can study and learn more from here and come with bright ideas about how can we reverse the climate change. More mass awareness will be seen as we comprehend more about our world and its surroundings.

If we pay attention and get assembled, we can always believe to get our dream world. Even our smallest actions can save us from a lot of danger. 'Because every action has its reaction'.

We do not expect a plant to grow without being watered. So, how easily we can be 'choosy' varies on the presence or absence of the following fundamental factors:-
        1)Availability of options
If you do not have any options, how will you choose? In my example, I stated that plant based milk are more environmental friendly than that of the dairy milk. But many people do not have a choice. So, we and the state have the responsibility to accommodate us with the required demand. The choice will be given, the decision will be ours. Wider the range of options, the more the chances there are to achieve the best decision.
        2)Proper guidance
We also need proper sources which will make us aware of the best resources. Media plays an important role here. Television programmes can be very helpful to help us learn what is the best thing for us, and we can also participate in such discussions. Active projects may be arranged for leading us to the right path. If you do not know, then how are you going to choose the which is the best?
        3)Attractive promotion
Besides the promoters, promotion is also an important factor. It should be the thing that pulls our attention. Markets should show that environmental friendly products are the most beneficial. They are cheap, effective and are without harm. Special dealings and offers should be given so more people are attracted towards such products. For instance, "if you buy these to boxes of neem paste, you will get one box free".
        4)'You Are The Winner'
This should be the slogan. Because ultimately we need to show-nature is benefitted, you are benefitted, everyone is benefitted. This can shape our decisions a lot to the right and perhaps the best ones.
State and other authorities have the responsibility to ensure such factors. If we can ensure them all, being 'choosy' will be very easy.

for the future are Emotional Intelligence: Emotional intelligence is: intelligence that a person can control and understand people. If you empathize with people, you definitely have a very high emotional intelligence. The skill of communicating with people: If you have the ability to speak, then you can exchange information. This skill is important as humans and animals can communicate with each other, such as: the whale speaks singing and they hear its voice from a distance of 100 kilometers. And it can help preserve biodiversity when sympathy for animals increases, so animal killing decreases, and sympathy for plants decreases, and trees are cut down. Technology skills: Inventions that facilitate business increase. These skills are the most important skills that we have to think about in the future.

What is meant by green majors? Green majors or the Green Majors in English are those fields of knowledge in universities and scientific institutes that are related to environmental sciences, and focus on studying critical environmental problems and trying to find effective solutions to them, such as: pollution problems. Global Warming. depletion of natural resources. desertification. ocean problems. In addition to addressing these problems, the concept of green disciplines expands to include technological disciplines related to renewable energy sources, or that aim to achieve greater sustainability for the planet as a whole. Read also: What are the majors of the future and how do I choose my major? Why should I consider studying a green major? Preserving the environment, sustaining the planet, and combating pollution are undoubtedly very important, but you may be wondering what other reasons and tangible benefits will accrue to you personally when choosing a green major as your college path. Why green skills are important for the future of work: : ... Because it transforms labor markets and companies into a low-carbon economy yet provides suitable job opportunities for all: Green skills have functions as a private business that contributes to a more sustainable world: As the jobs that exist in any sector; Ex: agriculture and industry. These functions contribute to enhancing environmental quality: however, they help reduce the environmental impact of different sectors by improving energy and water efficiency.

    1) I think good communication is most important skill, because if we can talk in a good manner and express our ideas and thoughts to others in easy way so that everyone can easily understand that . Thus it will give us a better place in society.
2)The other skill that is important is honesty, because many times we see people talking good about us infront and will talk bad about us to others in our back. That also create lots of misunderstanding between people. So if the person is honest then there will be no misunderstanding between them and they can live a happy and peaceful life.
3)And the last skill that is important is confidance, because there are many people who take their step back in the time of difficulty or sometimes pressure from others but if they have self confidence then they can work hard and create new ideas that will be helpful for us in future.

Green jobs seek to elevate their skills so that they are superior to their goals. I see that among the most important skills are those with talents and creative ideas, and those with multiple skills and specializations, instead of being limited to one specialty. They also need ambitious people to build the future and consider themselves the energy and motivation that the specialist brings to achieve his goals. In addition, you need a career passion for its development and the ability to continue and succeed and prove its worth in the midst of the huge amount of other job

The role of individuals in preserving the environment is represented in many actions and behaviors, including the following:

Continuing education and increased knowledge regarding the importance of preserving the environment and the value of natural resources, as well as helping others to do so.
intensification of tree planting; Because it produces food and oxygen, it also helps to save energy and purify the air in addition to its role in combating and regulating climate change.
Catch and choose sustainable fish and seafood - those that are caught and raised - rather than other types of fish.
Avoid dumping household chemicals into water bodies and waterways.
Preserving water resources and rationing their use, to reduce runoff from rainwater and wastewater that ends up in the oceans.
Commitment to a set of home methods and methods to protect the environment that can protect and preserve the environment, including the following:
Only use the washing machine when it is full of clothes; This has the effect of saving 3,785 liters of water per month.
Avoid watering at noon, especially when the weather is hot and dry.
Rationalizing the use of plastic or paper bags, and using recyclable cloth bags instead.
Replacing old lamps with energy-saving lamps (in English: LED lamp) because of their energy consumption, in addition to their longer life span.
Reducing the bathing period, by which a person can save approximately 568 liters of water per month.
not activating the drying option used in the dishwasher; This significantly saves energy.
Collecting rainwater and storing it in special barrels for use in the process of irrigating plants.
Dispose of toxic materials containing elemental mercury in designated areas determined by the state, because of their impact on the environment and others.
Adjust the refrigerator settings to have a temperature between 2 or 3 degrees Celsius, and set the freezer section to have a temperature of -15 as a maximum.
buy used furniture instead of new; Because of its effect in reducing the amount of felled trees.
Close openings and doors of homes, especially in unused rooms, to maintain a constant temperature in them.
Wrap the water heater with an insulated blanket, so that the tank does not lose heat.

    What are green jobs?

A green job is any job or private business that contributes to a more sustainable world. They are the jobs, in any economic sector such as agriculture, industry, services and administration, that contribute to preserving, restoring and enhancing the quality of the environment.

These functions contribute to reducing the environmental impact of various projects and economic sectors, by improving the efficiency of energy, raw materials and water, by reducing the carbon-dependent economy, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, reducing or avoiding all forms of material waste and pollution, and protecting or recovering ecosystems and biodiversity, as well as support the process of adaptation to the effects of climate change.

The concept of green jobs encapsulates the transformation of economies, places, labor markets, and companies into a more sustainable, low-carbon economy, with decent work opportunities for all.

    Some examples of green jobs
    1. Urban City Farm

Agricultural production rises in rural areas, and once the crops grow, they have to be transported by land or sea to different parts of the country, which increases in cost exponentially, with the cost of both transportation and fuel increasing. It also causes more pollutants to be released into the environment. But instead of spending all that money, urban farmers can now grow entire gardens on the roofs of tall buildings.

It also helps protect the environment by reducing the use of pesticides, fossil fuels and other resources, in addition to the fact that green roofs of buildings can improve the urban environment, by managing rainwater, improving air quality, as well as providing places for recreation.

    2. Engineer clean energy cars

One of the main sources of air pollution is carbon emissions from cars, and various means of transportation. Engineers around the world over the past few years have been trying to come up with clean cars, which would be environmentally friendly. Given the dire need for this type of vehicle, the need for clean energy vehicle engineers is increasing.

    3. Water quality technician

Water pollution is already a serious issue, and governments and various NGOs are beginning to pay attention to this urgent issue. That is why water quality technician services have become so vital and necessary all over the world.

    4. Naturalists

At a time when the countries of the world are trying to move towards sustainable lifestyles and greener economies, it is necessary to have people trained in monitoring and analyzing the effects we are having on the world around us, and on the natural resources on which we all depend in our lives.

    5. Solar cell technician

Solar energy is one of the best and most available types of clean energy, so harnessing this energy may save a lot of money and preserve the environment, and hence the demand for a solar cell technician job.

    6. Wind Energy Technician

Reliance on wind energy has begun as a renewable source of energy to produce electricity, and this sector will grow significantly in the near future. That's why the wind energy technician job is growing fast. The importance of green jobs
The green job economy is on the rise right now, and if helping to solve climate change alone isn't enough, here are some examples of why the transition to green jobs is important:

    1. Of course, the main benefit of green jobs is that they support the transition from using fossil fuels to using clean energy, and preserving our environmental resources. 2/ Building a green economy means building the local economy; Since resources such as solar energy cannot be shipped abroad, they will need local labour. In conclusion, green jobs will contribute to a safe and clean future, and perhaps it is time to start looking for those jobs, but the most important thing is to acquire new skills, to do them.

I really support your last point. Children need to get acquainted with the environment from a young age. Thus mass awareness will be created. People do not act as they are told in their later years, they ignore it but whatever children learn they take it from their heart..... But I have a question:/ How can you tighten the laws No one breaks the law of making streets and land polluted by throwing litter and other kinds of papers? ....../ I said solar panels should be used that do not emit smoke and gases. But some cities, they hardly get any sunlight. And the sky in some places is completely covered with buildings and bridges, so what can we do in this regard?٠♡

To do something positive in a world of destruction, negativity, and indifference to the most dangerous elements of life... Due to the nature of food and the rapid and continuous change of the environment, we seek to be with it, not against it, and to preserve its resources and their sustainability. Personally, I am seeking a skill that I think many will agree with and encourage me with, which is environmental health sciences. 'It is one of the public health disciplines that focuses mainly on studying how the environment affects human health and the diseases that may affect it.. This skill is taught on bachelor's and master's degrees and in This specialization has many subjects attached to the specialization, which are the basics of chemistry, toxicology, microbiology and environmental sciences. This skill provides in the future a lot of bright career prospects in various sectors that pursue environmental goals with distinction. In this skill, I will be able to acquire scientific and environmental knowledge and skills that qualify me to work In the future, in line with the development of environmental risks and problems, knowing the environmental problem that affects human health and the environment, determining the size of the problem and working on it. To prevent or reduce its occurrence and treat it in an environmentally safe manner that serves the environment and society, in addition to developing scientific environmental skills for the purpose of conducting environmental research and obtaining certificates in the future. Through my environmental health sciences skills, I will be able to identify and implement effective solutions to the environmental challenges we face. Present, future, and finally, “Our green skill will not leave us alone.”

The polluted environment causes many diseases for humans, animals and plants, and leaves serious effects on the various elements of the environment, which means great pressure on the natural elements in the environment and their inability to deal with the large volume of pollutants, causing their accumulation in water, air and soil, and the reflection of their negative effects on life. Natural nature in general, and the duty to preserve the cleanliness of the environment is an individual and societal duty, for which everyone bears the responsibility without exception. different species and exploit them instead of dumping them into the environment.

Neighborhood cleanliness is everyone’s responsibility, not just an individual’s responsibility. Therefore, all efforts must be combined, starting with the single family, which must urge its members to preserve the environment in the house, the neighborhood, and the entire city, because the pollution that occurs affects everyone, and affects all elements in the environment, Islam also urged the preservation of the environment and not to harm any of its elements, whether inanimate or living creatures, as it is a right for everyone and for future generations, and they should not be deprived of this right and infringement on the quality of natural life, especially since the environment needs long years sometimes to recover. Therefore, the cleanliness of the environment in Islam is one of the priorities that the Islamic religion has been keen to raise awareness of.

In fact, a polluted environment is an environment that causes innumerable diseases, as it leads to the occurrence of allergic diseases, especially asthma and lung diseases, and eating contaminated fruits of girls causes bacterial diseases, while drinking water contaminated with parasites or microorganisms resulting from mixing drinking water with wastewater causes Severe diseases that may sometimes lead to death, and water pollution can cause heavy metals such as mercury and lead to be deposited in fish, and thus enter the human body after eating, and this causes serious dangers, and the best of all is to preserve the environment from pollution.

One of the most important ways to keep the environment clean and reduce pollutants is to use renewable or alternative energy sources, which are clean sources that do not cause any environmental pollutants, most notably: solar energy that uses sunlight to generate electricity, heat water and much more. , hydro energy that is used to generate electricity, and wind energy that is also used to generate electricity, and the environment must also be preserved by enhancing its natural resources such as increasing the number of trees in the forest

The global interest in environmental affairs has increased during the past fifty years, and specifically during the past ten years, as the media has always contributed to focusing on highlighting issues related to the environment, specifically climate change, which helped to transfer interest in the environment to various areas affected by environmental problems [1].

As a result, many questions related to the environment emerged, the most important of which is the question about the importance of taking care of the environment, and its impact on all aspects of life, and the answer to that is that a healthy environment does not mean a healthy life for all living organisms only, but is a necessity for the survival of all living things. Life,[2] a healthy environment, means an environment characterized by clean air, safe food sources, clean drinking water, and clean surroundings.[3]

Unfortunately, human efforts have not kept pace with the accelerating rates of air pollutants emission daily to reduce air pollution, especially in large cities. According to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), air pollution increases the incidence of heart and respiratory diseases, and increases Of the early death rate, there is some troubling evidence that the air inside buildings and homes is 5 times more polluted than the air outside, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) indicates that Attention to other types of pollution, such as water pollution, which may increase the risks of digestive diseases and neurological disorders, and hence the need for solutions to maintain a clean environment free of pollutants has become an urgent need.[2]

Do we have a dream to make the earth better for living? Do we want to contribute to reducing carbon emissions and stopping the widening of the ozone hole??? There are a lot of green jobs that we seek to employ to work for the benefit of the environment and to preserve its resources. These green jobs are considered the biggest supporter of the green economy, and it is a way to achieve development in its various dimensions, but its embodiment is not an easy thing, especially in developing countries that are still floundering in their economic programs and internal problems, unemployment problems. Sustainable development (the longer we wait, the more difficult and costly it becomes to address the environmental challenges we face) The path towards a green economy is a challenge for developing countries. There are fears that the green economy is just new conditions that impede these countries’ march towards development. It is important to ensure that these countries can Taking advantage of the available opportunities. From my personal point of view, I see the participation of all parts of the world, its countries and societies in building a green economy in the context of sustainable development and the eradication of poverty. It is a collective endeavour, and it concerns each of us. And obstacles that would make the transition from a traditional economy to a green economy difficult and risky, but it remains The question is what are the challenges we face in transitioning to a green economy??? The concept of green economy refers to economic activity and growth that aims to achieve sustainable development, taking into account the reduction of environmental risks and the scarcity of environmental resources. Here, I clearly see the great importance of green jobs after they reach a green economy. Studies indicate that green investments tend to be more heavily employed in the short and medium term, so let us strive to improve our green jobs to build green economies that build us a green environment and live in a green, comfortable, comfortable and risk-free world..

One green skill I think will be important for the future is development of genetically modified(GM) crops.

I chose this skill because a few decades from now change of climate is gonna drastically alter our soil, air and water constituents. The normal plants being vulnerable to climate adversities will yield a lot less which might skyrocket our current world hunger. Modified plants will not only be invulnerable to climate adversities but also increase our yearly yield solving our problems. un.org says, "854 million people worldwide are undernourished. Genetically modified crops possessing genes from different species, could possibly relieve global food shortages. "

If it is appropriate to ask a child on the street what he wants when he grows up, it is not so far fetched to get a response like a biologist, or even a zookeeper. Although it may seem a childish hope, frankly, jobs in the green industry/sustainability degree or “green careers,” are becoming more and more popular. Also, the top green energy scores allow students to follow this one.

However, keeping the environment safe and clean has become a growing concern in recent times. In response to this, schools, homes, and businesses have begun implementing green practices.

This practice extends to the world of jobs, also due to the high demand for "green collar" jobs and gaining more respect.

It can be hard to believe because many like to believe that green jobs are alternatives to low-paying life, rather than stable jobs that can provide for a family.

Firstly green skills are those skills needed to adapt processes, services and products to climate change and the environmental regulations and requirements related to it. They include the knowledge, abilities, values and attitudes needed to live in, develop and support a sustainable and resource-efficient society.

The transition to a green economy requires a workforce with the right skills. This includes not only skills in the low carbon and environmental goods and services sector, but also those needed to help all businesses use natural resources efficiently and sustainably and to be resilient to climate change. As explained above green skills are the knowledge, abilities, values and attitudes needed to live in, develop and support a sustainable and resource-efficient society. ... Sustainable Development Goal 12 includes the target of achieving the sustainable management and efficient use of natural resources by 2030.The skills in my opinion are important for building a green economy and too green jobs are:
    1. cognitive competencies (for example, environmental awareness and a willingness to learn about sustainable development, systems and risk analysis, skills to assess, interpret and understand both the need for change and the measures required, innovation skills to identify opportunities and create new strategies to respond to green challenges;)

    2. interpersonal competencies (for example, coordination, management and business skills to facilitate holistic and interdisciplinary approaches that encompass economic, social and ecological objectives, communication and negotiation skills for discussion of conflicting interests in complex contexts, marketing skills to promote greener products and services)

    3. intrapersonal competencies (adaptability and transferable skills that help workers learn and apply new technologies and processes required to green their jobs, entrepreneurial skills to capture opportunities presented by low-carbon technologies)

Maintaining and practicing the green skills can lead us to a better and greener world where we could expect development like:

Science skills: The green economy of the future will be heavily reliant on workers with a strong science background. Key roles will include environmental scientists, biologists, hydrologists and biochemists. People in these jobs will monitor, manage and protect natural resources including land and valuable water supplies.

Architectural and planning skills: Buildings will become more energy efficient, with fewer resources used to construct and operate them. Architects and planners will design these buildings to comply with environmental regulations and client demands for green spaces.

Green engineering and tech skills: Today’s young people will be tomorrow’s green engineers, helping to design and maintain solar panels, wind turbines, low emissions vehicles and other green economy technology.

Agriculture skills: As farming and food supply becomes more sustainable, there’ll be a growing number of green jobs in areas such as organic farming, urban farming and precision agriculture. This involves using data to measure and improve farming efficiency.

Environmental justice skills: Workers in this field will operate at the intersection of human rights and environmental rights. They will gain legal, social and historical awareness to ensure humanity does not repeat the mistakes of the past which led to racial and social injustice and poor environmental and social health.

Systems skills: The green economy will need workers who can design, operate and monitor a wide range of systems. They’ll need to assess systems against performance indicators and find ways to optimize and improve system operations. They’ll need skills in macroeconomics to build sustainability into long-term infrastructure projects.

    # The importance of green economy & green jobs is increasing due to the rapid climate change and ever-increasing pollution levels.
    # International Labour Organization (ILO) launched the ‘Green Jobs initiative‘ in 2009 to promote the creation of green jobs worldwide to establish environment-friendly economies throughout the world.

What is meant by a Green job:

#Green jobs are the paid employment opportunities that aim towards preserving and restoring environmental quality.
Examples of green jobs are – environmental scientist, jobs in solar, wind and other clean energy industries, organic farming, green buildings construction etc.
    # Green jobs are the key to sustainable development and to reduce the ecological footprint.
#Some green jobs are created to minimize the negative impact of the projects on the environment. For example, companies hire environmental engineers to assist them in avoiding environmental damage while implementing their projects.

Benefits of creating plenty of Green Jobs:

    # Many people have the will to make the environment better. But until a few years ago working on preserving and restoring the environment is more of like charity and is affordable only by a few. But now, with the proliferation of green jobs, anyone with the necessary skills can get a paid job to improve environmental quality. This will help in the reversal of climate change and as a result, the earth will become a better place for future generations.
#Green jobs will promote sustainable development.
#Air, water and land pollution will be reduced.
    #Decarbonises the world’s economy.
#Improving the efficiency of raw materials by reducing the wastage in the production process.
    # Greenhouse gas emissions will be reduced.
    #Waste minimisation.
#In the long-term, companies that avoid damage to the environment will incur fewer expenses.
    # Companies that have green jobs will gain the trust of the public, which results in an increase in their brand value.

There is a need to promote and create lots of green jobs to make the world a better place for future generations. It will also put pressure on the businesses to be responsible to the environment.

Three green skills important for future are - 1. Multitasking 2. consciousness 3. Management quality . In future , multitasking can be a wonderful skill which can bring a radical change in every area. Lots of work can be done in a blink of an eye . The second most important thing is consciousness. I think everyone must be conscious about the pros and cons of their activities as every bad impact is done by them. Then the third one will be management quality. Time management , resource management , waste management are very significant for improvement in future . If people can entirely take care of these things , many things will have positive change. Proper utilization of resources and balanced management of this things may create roads to minimize present impediments and also best solution of some difficult problems.

In my opinion the green skill that might be fruitful in the future is mainly Technology related skills.

Technical skills: Difficult skills encompassing competences involved with the design, construction and assessment of technology usually mastered by engineers and technicians. This know-how is needed for eco-buildings, renewable energy design etc.

    Some other skills might be:

Science skills: Competences stemming from bodies of knowledge broad in scope and essential to innovation activities, for example physics and biology. These skills are especially in high demand in each stage of value chains and in the utility sector, which provides basic amenities such as water, sewage services and electricity.

Operation management skills: know-how related to change in organizational structure required to support green activities and an integrated view of the firm through life-cycle management, lean production and cooperation with external actors, including customers. Such skills are important, for example, for sales engineers, climate change analysts, sustainability specialists, chief sustainability officers and transportation planners.

One green skill I think will be important for the future of work is Engineering and technical skills.

My reason for choosing this green skill is hard skills, including competencies related to design, construction, and technology evaluation are generally dominated by engineers and technicians. This knowledge is required for energy saving research and development (R&D) projects, renewable energy design, and green building.

And in this sector the country which has gained the highest success is Denmark. With high education quality and a good amount of human resource they developed green technologies faster than any other country which has resulted drastically. They reduced their carbon emission by 40% just by the implementation of green technologies.

Thus, I think that engineering and technical skills is one of the most important green skills which should be developed by each and every country to reduce carbon emissions as fast as possible.
