Some of the transactions were perfectly legitimate, others were legal but done to help people avoid paying tax, and some cases appear to have involved money laundering

More than 600 journalists in 117 countries have been looking through the files so that they can publish news stories about the people involved.

So far, they have revealed secret information about dozens of high-profile people – including world leaders, other public officials and billionaires.

In Topical Talk, we focus on four key skills: speaking, listening, problem-solving and creativity.

Which would be most important for a journalist investigating the Pandora papers?

Remember to focus on this story in particular - the best answers will be related to the Pandora papers, not just being a journalist in general.

I think all skills are important for a journalist.
Creativity: journalistic work is not like any other work that must be characterized by mastery, but a new feature must be added to it, which is "creativity."
Of course, there is a margin that requires innovation and creativity in this work, but on other administrative and organizational levels.
But journalism is an essential component of creativity, and creativity here is not limited to a specific field, but it must be present in all stages of work because routine work in the press, even if it is done perfectly, can put the newspaper to death.
Creativity is a word that means perfecting work to the fullest, and continuous diligent work to develop it and continuously support it with innovative ideas, novelty, modernity and innovation.

The important skill of the journalist is creativity, because when you present an idea in a creative way, it makes the largest number of people interested and look at your ideas and act according to your advice and be creative in denying the appropriate and clear words

Speaking skill, which means that the journalist is proficient in his mother tongue and at least a second language with it, and language skills benefit him from more than one hand, whether in terms of accessing articles, ideas, and media outlets that speak in a language other than his native language, and this of course will make him a modern journalist. On the other hand, he may find job opportunities as a reporter for important international institutions.

After knowing the documents of the peoples’ tragedy and reading ideas and the paths of their files, companies and data, the credit for this is due to the mighty journalistic effort that crosses borders, languages and institutions, “as Pandora’s documents were subjected to a fierce press campaign that revealed leaked secrets with the efforts of journalists, so the journalist is the temporary who blew up the statements in his creative way in the investigation In the case of Bandura, from my point of view, which I see fit, the skill in that investigation is journalistic creativity, because journalistic creativity is one of the most important responsibilities that must be met in writing and drafting press materials, as journalistic creativity seeks to distinguish a journalistic institution from others, and journalistic creativity is not only in the stage of journalistic writing. Rather, it goes beyond to reach all journalistic stages of writing, editing and production, and it must be emphasized that the creative processes in the press seek to provide writers who are able to follow the traditional methods and methods of writing. 1.I think that problem solving is most important for a journalist to investigate pandora papers. Pandora papers are the leak of about 12 million files. By pandora papers the information of money laundering and investing offshore companies of the world's most powerful and richest persons are leaked. When a journalist will start investigating about them with a view to publishing news, he has to face some problems. The powerful and rich people will try to suppress him. Even they may try to kill him so that the information of their unfairness and secrets may not be leaked. The journalists have to solve this problem if he want to investigate the pandora papers and publish news. If he can't solve this problem, he will not able to investigate the pandora papers. This is why, it is important most.
    2. The next skill is listening. While a journalist will investigate the pandora papers, he must need listening skill. He has to listen from the specialists that what their opinions are about this matter. He must listen from the general people about their reaction. And finally he has to listen from the people whose information are leaked because a journalist should not be biased. He shouldn't write only in favour of a party or ideology. Rather, he should express the opinion of all. In this case, listening skill will help the journalist to think about the matter from different points of views. So, listening skill is important in this case.
    3. The next skill is creativity. The journalist when investigate the pandora papers, he will get some information. And the next step is to inform people. He should give people a clear idea. With the help of his creativity, he can present the whole news nicely by using diagrams, cartoons etc. As a result, people can easily understand about the pandora papers. So, creativity is also important.
    4. The fourth quality is speaking. A nice speaker can tell about something very attractively in short but informative words. This is the same for the journalist, after investigating he can publish the news very nicely and shortly. And he can give people a clear idea about the pandora papers with the help of his speaking power.
So, it is also important for the journalist.

I have chosen listening. My reasons for this were that by listening, you may hear more than people intend you to hear, it could help you understand how other people felt about the occurence and what their connections with it were and because people may get suspicious if you say something in their conversation.

I also think that the skill of listening is most important because it works to show respect to the person speaking, as listening to him shows how much you want to understand his point of view. Contribute to building strong and good relationships between the speaker and the listener. Gaining deeper information about the topic, as listening attentively motivates the speaker to delve deeper into the topic and provide more and more important information.

    I have chosen problem solving.
Wikipedia says, "The Pandora Papers are 11.9 million leaked documents with 2.9 terabytes of data that the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ) published." Such huge amount of data requires thorough research. A journalist expert in solving problems will go though all this and easily reveal hidden assumptions or blind spots. The most important point here is to distinguish between every small details that can make a difference. Gathering confidential information is only possible when a journalist has the skill to solve problems.

The order of the skills, with proper logical is as below:
Problem solving : This will allow the journalist to get a grasp of ongoing stuff and gather intel which is the principal
    job of a journalist.

Listening : This allows the journalist to learn stuff from his surroundings and know about different people's
perspective. So he's gonna have a wide view over the whole issue. This will be important
because a journalist doesn't speak for himself only.

Speaking : Then comes speaking. After a journalist gathered everything now its time for him to speak
about it, let others know and take part in discussion explaining to others how the issue looks
    from his point of view.

Creativity : This comes last because although creativity is an important skill I think a journalist will do better
with the rest. But a journalist shouldn't fail to present his ideas in an appealing way.

I think the most important skill for a journalist is problem solving. Firstly, lets draw attention to the situation here. Suddenly high profile confidential information of private deals of property and other illegal transactions have just been made public. Now obviously journalists want to get their hands on them for publicity and also for making people aware of what their ideals are actually doing behind their backs. From this whole scenario though we can understand that not every one of these deals is illegitimate. So how do you find out who's guilty and who's not? How to do you look through someone who's trying to frame another? How do you crack through the mystery of finding out who are the masterminds. I feel like I'm making a bit of a big deal about it, but that's the point. You can't tarnish an innocent ,man's identity or his image. Which is why you have to think before publishing or making the public hate these individuals. That's why I believe that journalists need to solve their puzzles and find their culprits before publishing anything anyhow. This is why journalists also need to have a bit of detective skills within themselves. Which is why it is my firm opinion that Problem Solving is the most important quality required in investigating the Pandora papers.

True words, but I think that (listening) for me is the most important thing, because by listening we may hear more than what people intend to hear and it may help us understand the feelings of others about the topic that happened and through it we understand the position if it is true and we have preserved the feelings of the people and through it we publish the site Also, the journalist should not be the cause of death, suicide or anything else.

through creativity is an important factor, I have chosen problem-solving.
My reasons are the Pandora Papers is a controversial case. So to know about the truth the journalist has to find the correct answer to every controversial case related to the Pandora Paper. So to make it possible, one must have the capability to solve problems. Now to solve problems one obviously will have a high level of creativity. So the journalist investigating the Pandora Papers must have the ability to solve problems because creativity falls under problem-solving.

    1. Problem-solving: It is the most factor for investigating any case since there will be various problems in that specific case.

    2. Creativity: It is the second important factor after problem-solving because problem-solving and creativity are interrelated. One who does not have creativity cannot solve any kind of problem.

    3. Listening: Then comes listening before speaking because a good speaker must be a good listener to help his/her clients in case of any investigation.

    4. Speaking: Lastly comes is the speaking ability. After hearing from your client with the best patience then and then
a good speaker can charm the client to get the best outcomes.

So this is the sequence of most important to least.

The skill he chose is listening

Listening is a process in which the listener gives special attention to the other party. Listening is a skill and an art, as it depends on complex mental processes; Due to the necessity of the synergy of both thinking and hearing with each other, and it is known that this skill plays an essential role in the learning process. In the past, it was the one through which culture and different sciences are transmitted from one generation to the next. In this article, we will talk about the skill of listening in detail.

Obstacles to listening skill Distraction and inability to focus as a result of surrounding conditions and noise. Boredom. Lack of patience and stamina. Lack of mental activity and dullness. Rush to listen to the side that the person wants, and leave the other aspects of the conversation

The skill of listening Hearing: It is the well-known sense of hearing that a person possesses, and the organ responsible for it is the ear. Hearing: It is intended to limit the ear’s reception of sound vibrations without giving it attention or realizing thought in the audible material, and it is a purely physiological process where its success depends on the safety of the ear and its ability to pick up the different vibrations, which is an innate thing that exists in humans that does not require learning or training. Listening: a process in which the listener pays special attention to all the sounds the ear receives, and it is an art that requires strong abilities as a result of the necessity of working the mind to understand the meaning of these sounds. Listening: It is the highest degree of listening that is characterized by strong attention and intense focus, or what is known as attentive listening, as stated in the Almighty’s saying: (And when the Qur’an is recited, then listen to it and listen, so that you may receive mercy and be merciful) [Al-Tarifa: 20] In everything a person hears, and these stages are successive, starting with receiving vibrations and ending with exaggeration in listening, contemplation and contemplation of the audible meanings.

The most important skill for journalists are: creativity, mastery, and good diction which are important for a journalist in many respects, including: creativity and
knowledge of writing and publishing, proficiency in writing and speaking, good diction. Additionally, not being afraid to stand in front of millions of people and being creative in speaking and not hearing the failed ignorant people. There are many skills that they possess, including: training and continuous development, skill at work, the ability to write, mastering the profession, education, presenting ideas creatively and others. A Palestinian journalist writes with his blood before he writes with his pen to earn a living. The state should provide all the tools they need from the press. The journalist should show himself in order to encourage and support others Journalism is not an easy job. Only strong people who are not afraid and do not get tired will enter it. I also think that everyone agrees with me on this phrase (the press is very important). Journalists work hard for us and for their livelihood.

I think that listening should be distinguished by the journalist, and in this matter because it includes the factor of confidentiality, the journalist must listen and learn from the experiences of those who preceded him and have a sense of privacy and curiosity to be able to reveal the files

I also think that speaking comes in the second place, the journalist’s voice must be conveyed and he talks to the audience so that they know what is happening around them and talks to them through a broadcast on the social media or a press interview or making an article and talking about the details of the topic

As for the third place, I think that the journalist should find that the solution to the problem comes in this rank, because if the journalist understands the problem and knows what it is, he knows what to do about the problem.

As for creativity and proficiency, it ranks fourth and last because the problem of Pandora's papers does not want creativity and deviation from the topic, but it may be important in other topics. As for Pandora's papers, it wants to listen and benefit from the points of view.

I think each and every one of the presented skill is important for a journalist to achieve but they have an order or a serial from the most important to an important sector.
At first A journalist should be a great listener because with out a clear command it would be a chaos in the department of the journalists and with out a clear perception the journalists will have no idea to present or any sort news to uncover so listening should a one.
The next important skill of a journalist should be problem solving, Perceptions is the stairs of the building but problem solving skills are the railings of the stairs. Good problem solvers can gain trust of the people around them thus people can be assured of the news presented by the journalist.
After that Comes creativity, even though a journalist may have good perception and better trust but people still might have the issue of nit picking so the best way to magnify one's news in a greater height is through creativity. It is such an aspect through which a journalist will bring twists to the news that will gain peoples attention.
And then comes speaking, a good speaker will inspire but a great speaker shall create a spark in each and everyone's heart as now a days people often neglect the original news presented through various creative journalist so the spark will create a passion and that passion will lead a person to forcefully take the fresh and original news presented through the journalist.

Here is an additional challenge you set for us and I, and after accepting the challenge, my curiosity as a student drove me in this interesting competition that increases my information and builds my ideas, which I had never sought to understand such page skills that affected the documents of Pandora Papers. I sought with utmost effort to study, read and understand journalism and its role In revealing these papers, I read a lot and learned a lot and was amazed by a lot, but after my surprise I realized that creativity is the first and most important skill required by journalistic work, as many journalists maintain the luster and luster of this skill that distinguishes the journalist from others and the journalist where he writes innovates and that creativity has reached the possession of talent Experience, knowledge, knowledge, diverse culture, deep contemplation, thinking, quick wit and intelligence, and this is what many journalists have in their job creativity in revealing Pandora’s papers.” The speech and the manner of speaking express the extent of the newspapers’ eloquence and literary brilliance in speaking and journalistic tact. The path to success and the knowledge of choosing the right words in the right place 'where in the Pandora Papers reveal the data and talking to the peoples and the media in an appropriate way that seeks to reach that information simply to all social classes easily, ease and easier understanding third 'the skill of listening as the journalist has the listening that It is a flexible skill, and since it is one of the skills that receives great attention, with this skill you can be able to divert your attention to the person the journalist is interviewing. Gaining deeper information about the topic, since listening attentively motivates the speaker to delve deeper into the topic and provide more and more important information. And here in the Pandora case, the corrupt were listened to and their point of view was not acceptable to them for their perpetration of tax corruption. The problem-solving skill is a skill that seeks the ability to find effective solutions to the various problems that confront us in practical or private life. The appropriate time that ensures that losses are avoided or minimized as much as possible. This includes several steps to be followed, namely, defining and identifying the problem, searching for alternative solutions, evaluating the selection of appropriate solutions to solve the problem, applying the appropriate solution on the ground, obtaining feedback and responding to it in an appropriate manner. In the Pandora documents, confidential documents and data were revealed To those countries and the corrupt and present them to the world because there are outputs to this problem and to develop solutions that satisfy both parties. So many seek to find solutions, but in vain to reach a final solution that eliminates those documents, and everyone who whispers to himself to do those actions and hold him accountable by inflicting the maximum penalties if we do not come with final solutions that eliminate the problem from its roots...

1_I think the most important skill is problem solving .since we deal with a powerful people, person who has a solution for each problem he faces that will make everyone look forward for him .in these cases we need solution to avoid making chaos so to limit such things we need a good problem solver.
2_speaking .this skill is really important because the power of the word is over any weapon or strategy .so an honest speaker who doesn't fear people like the high authorities need a good mouth to face them.
3_creativity . means being smart and find new and unpredictable things . to think out of the box because the crimes of laundering money and others need someone who can put himself in the criminal shoes and put all the possibilities for how he can hide all his dirty work.
4_listening . I agree its an important skill because a good listener can understand and realize things others may pass them without giving any attention. Yet if were only listening without doing anything then you are useless . so I thing most important thing is to have courage and fear nothing because they are not more than criminals.

I have chose problem solving skill because Pandora papers worth investigating and so in the investigation, problems like pressure from high profile people to remove their unholy deeds record, will come obviously. Problem solving skill is needed for a journalist so that he or she can solve the obstacle that would come in the path of revealing the truth. If a journalist doesn't have the skill of problem solving, he or she has to stuck on a problem that will come in this path full of obstacles and become the hand puppet of the bad politicians.
Extra challenge: the order, from most important to least, is given below
    1. Problem solving
    2. Creativity
    3. Listening
    4. Speaking
For the above reasons, I have kept problem solving in the set of 'most important '. Creativity and listening skills are important to help finding a way of solving a problem and to know better about a problem. So there in the middle. I have kept speaking skill in the set of least important because for speaking about irregularities and the problems a journalist need foundation or proof against them that can be gained by problem solving, creativity and listening. A journalist cannot use his speaking skill until he has proof. so I think this skill comes at the last.

In this situation, I choose PROBLEM SLOVING as the most important skill…

According to the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists, “The trove of more than 11.9 million confidential files shows how Presidents, Prime ministers, Royals, elected officials — and some of their family members and closest associates — stash assets in a covert financial system with the help of firms who establish companies in secrecy jurisdictions,” which is now popular as ‘THE PANDORA PAPERS’. Now investigating such an amount of 6,406,119 documents will be very tricky. And without any doubt, it will have puzzles and labyrinths. And to get closer to the culprits, A JOURNALIST MUST SOLVE THOSE UNSOLVABLE PUZZLES AND LABYRINTHS. Which is why, at the very beginning, a journalist must have immeasurable PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS.

Later on, I choose LISTENING as the second Most important skill for solving the Pandora Papers Investigation. Because in my opinion, such big investigation needs a massive amount of analysis which is refined by the LISTENING SKILL. Moreover, listening skill also helps in judging many PERSPECTIVES which is A MUST in solving The Pandora paper investigation for a journalist. Because, more perspectives create more windows of opportunities and ways to get closer to the solution of the case.

After that, I CHOOSE CREATIVITY AS THE THIRD MOST IMPORTANT SKILL FOR A JOURNALIST TO HAVE IN THIS SITUATION. Because I strongly believe that no matter what massive amount of information, data, analysis or perspectives a journalist gathers, if he/she doesn't have creativity, THEN HE/SHE CANNOT REACH THE ROOT OF THE INVESTIGATRION OF THE CASE. CREATIVITY IS THE KEY TO OPEN THE DOORS OF ALL THE OTHER SKILLS. WITHOUT CREATIVITY, THE OTHER SKILLS ARE LITERALLY OF NO USE. As creativity enhances all the other skills, creativity is obviously necessary for a journalist to have.

And, at last, I CHOOSE SPEAKING.
Let's say a journalist has solved the entire PANDORA PAPER MYSTERY by using all the other skills he possesses. But, at the end of the day, if he doesn't have speaking skills, HE WILL SURELY FAIL! No matter how much one investigated, worked or achieved, if one doesn't have the ability to present something nicely so that he can grasp everyone's attention and interest, all of those hard works and investigation results are of no use. so this is also an important skill for a journalist to have.
AT LAST, THE MIXTURE OF ALL OF THESE 4 SKILLS IS NECESSARY FOR A JOURNALIST TO HAVE IN SOLVING THE BIGGEST SCAM IN THE HISTORY; THE PANDORA PAPERS.

    I have chosen 'Problem solving'.

My reasons are the journalists' responsibility for this incident should be analysing the situation and conveying the fact to the mass people. So, if the journalists can't analyse properly and have and show judgement and perspectives and facts as accurate as possible, they will fail to fulfill their responsibility and may even lose their reputation and status.

According to my opinion, the skills are put in an order from most important to least:

    1. Listening: Without knowing and learning about any situations, it is not possible to advance further or to reach any decisions.

    2. Problem-solving: After learning about the situation or incident ,it is important to analyse every information and having accurate perspective and judgement about the situation.

    3. Creativity: A creative person can easily catch the attention of the mass people with their creativity and thus can have people attached to himself and thus make people acknowledge the situation. So, I think after problem solving, creativity is needed.

    4. Speaking: The last thing is to convey the message properly for which Speaking skill is needed the most. Speaking gives fulfillment to the other skills.

In my opinion, the skill a journalist must have to investigate the Pandora papers is 'Problem-solving'. The problem solvers can relate the information, find out links between them and predict what is going on. For the cases like Pandora papers, a journalist has to work as a detective. To solve a problem, it has to be identified, analyzed, and described. Then one should approach to seek for the roots. And, these similar steps are very important in investigating the Pandora papers. First, the problems caused because of avoiding tax have to be identified. Then, these have to be analyzed to find their roots. Then it can be described broadly so that more possible causes can come out.

Second, I will choose 'Creativity'. Creativity isn't only needed to invent things. But, it has the same importance in case of investigation. Creativity mostly works on hypotheses. As a result, creative people can think in an exceptional way that no other does. For this reason, creativity can come up with theories and results that would have never come in normal investigations. So, if the ideas from a creative journalist are analyzed, something amazing can be discovered.

Third, 'Listening'. Listening is important because rumors and fake news (so-called) are sometimes important to investigate. Sometimes the news that minor television channels, internet blogs, and newspapers publish about the higher-ups of the government body or billionaire businessmen is easily denied and no one even thinks about to think about those. But if these are analyzed thoroughly, then some of these can be found true. But, for that, a journalist must hear the voices of people.

Lastly, 'Speaking'. This is also an important skill to have for a journalist. If a journalist can't speak out after investigating the Pandora papers, then there is no point in wasting this much time to expose the misdeeds. A journalist must have the courage to reveal the truth he has discovered so that not another person falls into this trap. But, I am keeping this skill at last because this type of investigation is usually conducted by a strong organization of the journalist (mostly ICIJ). So, a single journalist's voice isn't necessary. And, these organizations have a strong base, reliable support, and security. So, speaking ability is not a must in this case.

I have chosen the skill Speaking.
    My reasons are as follows
Firstly, speaking helps an individual to express himself properly. That point also includes the fact that they are able to establish their position firmly on a point.
Secondly, the good speakers are able to engage people in discussions where everyone can learn on any topic constructively including they themselves also learn.
Thirdly, being a good speaker also implies being a good listener because a good speaker will be able to ask questions which do not indicate criticism rather the questions help to get educated.
Fourthly, speaking is the skill which flourishes the other skills like problem solving , creativity ,negotiation etc. Suppose a person have a good grasp and solution to a problem but how will he bring it up ? Definitely it is through his communicative skills i.e. Speaking . Besides to negotiate it is really important to be a good speaker because we all are negotiators in our day to day life.
So I think the most important skill for the journalists is Speaking.

I think the most important skill for a journalist investigating the Pandora Papers is creativity.

If it is only some documents related to the illegal transactions and some other such corrupted activities, even a kid nowadays could leak them. But what makes a difference is how the leaked information is presented to the people and how the gravity of the matter is felt by them. If the information is presented in a creative and catchy way, people are moved more by it, and as a result, there is a better response and effective counter-measures taken. So creativity is the most important in my opinion.

I have chosen the speaking skill as the most important one out of the four for the journalists investigating the Pandora papers to have. My reasoning is this that many cases are filed against influential people for their wrongdoings all over the world but they never manage to bring any fruit as all these cases are overshadowed by the power of the strong. For the journalists to bring justice this time they need to be very vocal everywhere and try to garner public attention. The strong find it very easy to overshadow cases that people have less knowledge about. And not everyone reads articles and newspapers these days. So if the journalists come forward and raise their voice against this case mentioning the depth and seriousness of it in a tough voice, then more people will come to support the cause.
This is why I think that the speaking skill would be the most important for the journalists investigating Pandora Papers.

The most important skill I have chosen for the journalists is creativity. Being creative or having a creative mind is close to having a super power. A person's creativity helps him/her to think differently, act differently and behave differently. They can be innovative and unique in their own way in any field. Pandora papers is a huge news and surely affects many big personalities such as politicians, leaders, businessmen, influencers etc. To fight against these powerful people, the journalists require creativity. They need to think of unique ways to reach people with this news, escape enemy clutches and also to grasp more of these secret. By using creative ways, works will be fruitful and problems can be avoided too.

The 2nd most important skill would be problem solving. As a journalist, problem is ensured. Because, journalists tread on dangerous path. They go undercover, sneak in to red zones full of secrets and go against high personalities to uncover news. So, the skill of problem solving can help them a lot to get out of pinches. But, as this skill covers a narrower field than creativity, it comes 2nd.

The 3rd most important skill is speaking. Speaking can help a journalist to reach the people more clearly. The more interesting a news is, the harder it is to believe. Making people believe will become easier with this skill. Also, to take out information during interviews, this skill may come in handy. So, this skill also comes quite handy.

Last but not the least, listening. Listening is such a skill that can help a journalist to know about stories. Like in press conferences and interviews, this skill might help to catch some things that the person might be trying to hide. Also, listening will help to increase the value of the news. Journalists can use this to make their news more informative

Technical and digital progress and development in many fields, the most important of which is journalism, and because of the impossibility of the press giving up journalists or using automation and algorithms in periodic reports of what is happening on the ground, it has become necessary for the journalist to enhance his skills and abilities in creating reports so that they reach a larger audience and achieve their goals.

By looking at 10 sources interested in journalism and its future, here are the key skills for a successful journalist's future:

1 Creating video and audio stories: The video and audio add more depth and more convincing, especially when using appropriate formats and equipment for the story presented. Not only can the smartphone be relied upon, but the quality of the final clip reflects the extent of the effort expended to produce it. The editing and coordination process contributes to a deeper understanding of the story and its communication to the audience.

2 Mobile journalism: A smartphone can be a useful tool for news gathering, storytelling, photo and film capture, audio recording and editing using a mobile phone, with the advantage of low production cost.

3 Social media news gathering: Global newspapers have started to use Facebook and Twitter as one of their sources of information, and the journalist needs a high ability to obtain reliable information from social media and verify photos and videos online, in addition to To communicate with eyewitnesses professionally.

4 Basic coding: Knowledge of the basics of programming languages such as HTML and other CSS contributes to creating infographics that are completely different from those created using old standards, and also makes the story clearer by developing new interactive story ideas.

5 Statistics and data: The majority of data stories occupy the front page of newspapers, and creating such stories requires several overlapping skills, the most important of which are: collecting and storing information electronically, interpreting and making a story from it, and organizing huge data tables into slides to display them clearly.

6 Data visualization: It works to communicate the story effectively and publish the facts of the story in a way that plain text cannot do, with the possibility of using free and flexible tools for creating infographics.

7 Programming: It gives the journalist the ability to present stories, prepare reports, and create visual and interactive visualizations using multimedia. His skills in HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript and ActionScript3 will contribute to raising the level of electronic journalism.

8 Open-minded Experimenter: Accepting new trends, adapting to them, and being willing to take on new experiences without hesitation. Alfred Hermida, assistant professor at the Graduate School of Journalism at the University of British Columbia, pointed out that “the challenge facing new journalists is the intellectual transition from Control and content to openness and communication with the masses.

9 Interpretation and analysis of data “Data Journalism”: The high ability in data analysis reveals hidden stories that did not appear when reading the data superficially and enhances journalistic objectivity, and the open data movement contributes to this by making huge information available to the public.

10 Telling stories through multimedia “Multimedia Storyteller”: The number of watching and publishing videos, audio and photos has increased continuously in recent times, which made news companies specialize journalists to create stories using multimedia

In today's world characterized by high technology, high speed and also high levels of stress and tension, communication has become one of the most important skills that must be possessed to achieve success. Although we are aware of this fact, we nevertheless do not devote enough time to listening to others. Or listening to what they say, ignoring the importance of this skill and its role in building relationships and improving the quality of communication between people. In today's article, we will learn about effective listening skills and the most important tips that you can follow to enhance this skill. What are effective listening skills? Active listening in English is a flexible skill, like critical thinking skills or problem-solving skills, and it is considered a skill that is of great interest to employers in various fields. Active listening means being able to shift your attention to the person who is talking to you, rather than focusing on what's going on in your head. You make a real effort not just to hear what the other person has to say, but to get the full message that the party Wants

Has anyone ever asked you if you are a good listener? You might have answered that you are, but be careful, just being silent when someone is talking doesn't necessarily mean you're a good listener. In fact, research from Southern Maine University shows that most people overestimate their listening skills. Here are 4 signs that you are not a good listener: Interrupt the speaker: This is like interrupting your speaker on the pretext that you fully understand what he is saying, or because you have heard this talk before, or for any other reason. Obsessing over the course of the dialogue: If your friend is talking about a book he has read, for example, then you suddenly enter the line to talk about a book you have read and dwell on your talk, leaving the other party without finishing his words. Use of the phone: Nothing is worse than to grab your phone and start checking your messages and accounts on various social media while someone is talking to you. (Unfortunately, it is a phenomenon that is increasing in prevalence nowadays, and has become a habit for many). Thinking about the answer: by this we mean to think about an answer or response to what someone says during his speech. If you do any of the above, you probably don't have strong listening skills, and you should work on developing them. How can you do that? Also Read: Anger Management Skills

"Problem Solving" skill would be the most important skill for a journalist investigating the Pandora papers.

"Problem-solving" is such a skill that is essential in every sphere of our life. It is equally important for a journalist too. But, it is the most important skill for an investigative journalist.

"Investigative journalism is a form of journalism in which reporters deeply investigate a single topic of interest, such as serious crimes, political corruption, or corporate wrongdoing. An investigative journalist may spend months or years researching and preparing a report." Source: Wikipedia

Problem Solving is a very important skill in any type of investigation. Investigators compile pieces of information they gather. Then, they get involved in solving a case or attempt to understand an occurrence further. So, it is very important for these investigators to determine ways to connect a series of events and progress toward the conclusion by solving the case. They need to be very skilled and professional in problem-solving for this.

Investigative Journalists sometimes need to work on people from the government and many high profile people just like the one during Pandora Papers Investigation. So they encounter many challenges on the way like life threats, political pressure, protection of sources, censorship, etc. It's important that they have problem-solving skills to overcome any difficulties or challenges on their way. They should be quick to identify the problems and find solutions.

True and beautiful words, but I think that listening comes before solving problems because through listening, problems are solved
And also the topic is understood so that there are no crimes and death
It also helps to take the information more accurately, and write the important ones. When giving them attention in their proposed ideas, showing the person's understanding, listening reflects curiosity, and shows interest in events and others. Good listening helps in speaking in front of an audience, as it contributes to understanding how people negotiate and how information is presented, which leads to gaining the ability to analyze good and bad ways of speaking.

    I chose to speaking

A journalist who can easily mingle with people of all ages
Their layers have a better chance of obtaining information. As the conversation is sounds, words and sentences that complement sentences that form a text of letters, words and sentences, interspersed with long and short pauses and a message that carries news or stories that arouse different feelings and explain several meanings that are understood through the vocal tone or tone issued by the journalist. It depicts an entire scene.

Additionally, speaking is an indispensable gem. Through speaking, the journalist can communicate opinions and research on a specific issue or fact that bears his fatigue, misery and feelings that he wants to communicate.
Thus, he can communicate his point of view, the truth, and his news to the largest number of segments of society of all ages.

On the other hand, the journalist should keep professional ethics in mind, as his technical skills and academic certificates in front of the public will not satisfy him who lacks integrity and credibility, and strays from independence and objectivity in revealing the truth and delivering the correct news to the people.
A journalist who can easily mingle with people of all ages. Their layers have a better chance of obtaining information.

The skill I have chosen is listening. The reason that I chose this skill is because to represent a combined paper like Pandora paper or Panama paper the journalists need to work together by listening to each other’s research. Being a good listener is extremely important in the case of journalist as it helps to understand people’s emotional state and solve complicated cases collectively like conducting interviews, find sources, and pull together all the information needed to write a well-rounded news story. The Pandora Papers are 11.9 million leaked documents with 2.9 terabytes of data that the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ) published beginning on 3 October 2021. Here the journalist obviously listened to each other when presenting the whole bunch of leaked information perfectly. On the other side of the coin to fetch and collect the data journalists had to take interview with the locals, officials and respected involved people to listen to their perspectives and opinions. Thus listening skills would be most important for a journalist investigating the Pandora papers.

I have picked up the skill "PROBLEM SOLVING". Journalism is like a math. One problem is there . What I need is just to figure out the problem , solve that, make a plan and do accordingly. So if I am a "GENIUS IN PEOBLEM SOLVING" it is easier for me to figure out the way to UNVEIL the news. If I know the proper way to cross the path I can reach to the destination easily.

I would like to put the skills in following order.

at first ''PROBLEM SOLVING'' then "LISTENING" . I have to listen from different media about the matter. How they are reporting on the matter. Then I will go for some creative way to unveil the news .so that my news attracts most. So "CREATIVITY" is in third. Then I will go for "SPEAKING". So that people can reach up to my news......

Although for a journalist, all the above mentioned skills are extremely important. But we have to understand that people exposed by the Pandora papers or previously the Panama papers have committed crimes by hiding information regarding their transactions to avoid paying tax, or hide money laundering. And when you are chasing crimes, even a a journalist, the most important skill you need is listening. You have to be capable of differentiating the facts from the lies and you have to hear what everyone says. Nothing and no one is insignificant when you are chasing crimes. Reporters, journalists, secretaries, assistants, drivers you have to hear what they have to say. You just have to be all ears and you'll be able to see-through the lies they feed the people and be successful.

I have chosen Problem Solving, because just showing people what is going on is never enough. The people at the top will either create a new situation or bury the situation by bribery and other underhanded methods. But a Problem Solving journalist will not only look at the situation as it is, they will find out what should be done, and how to avoid these kind of problems in the future.

Creativity is also important, because people will pay attention to new methods of journalism which will make people informed of the situation.

Speaking is also important because people at the top will generally try to keep the situation under covers and the journalists shut. But if the journalists are able to speak out, the mass can know about the situation.

Problem Solving is the most important skill for a journalist investigating the Pandora papers.
Investigative journalism is a type of journalism in which journalists investigate a particular topic such as serious crimes, political corruption, or corporate wrongdoing. An investigative journalist may spend months or years researching and preparing a report. Investigative journalism is a major source of information and investigative journalism is often associated with the Pandora Papers. Because investigative reporting exposes crime and corruption, it is not surprising that those involved are the most reluctant to speak out. In front of that, how do you deal with concerned sources who want to make a statement without registering it? Matt explains, "It's very important at the beginning of these conversations to be firm in the phrases you use when speaking." What are the requirements for unregistered speech? “It means that you don't mention your source in your report. That is, in this case, you don't tell others who your sources are. I spoke to many people anonymously, because if you reveal their identity to others, the speech becomes public. It is very important that you keep transcripts of what was said and that Make sure you have the email addresses, home addresses, and phone numbers of important sources.

I think that all skills are important for a journalist, for example: that the journalist is characterized by "secretism" because in such work it represents a lifeline for everyone who works on it, just as the journalistic community cooperates across oceans, the intelligence and security community around the world may cooperate to keep these secrets under the rubble, Far public opinion, and also that the journalist is characterized by participationAnd collective cooperation, because this is a value that is unfortunately lost in our Arab world, and this value is an element of professional empowerment for journalists, through the exchange of different experiences in the arts of investigative work, such as money tracking and laundering, organized crime, arms deals, and smuggling of shipments, and also to be characterized by courage in such These things are because they happenSome problems such as persecuting media organizations or journalists and taking revenge on them, and also being curious so that he can collect the largest percentage of information, and also being honest because in such matters are very sensitive and dangerous as well.

You choose the adjective of respect,
Because respect is the basis for success in public life and professional life, every media person must respect the point of view of the other party in the dialogue and listen to him until the end of the conversation, not to interrupt him and get angry at him and argue with him. And respected expresses his point of view. Respecting the guest expresses the tact of the broadcaster and his creativity in listening and dialogue, and gives the channel a good reputation with its distinguished media.

I have chosen "Speaking" as the most important skill.
It goes without saying that language and communication are among the most essential skills for journalists in gathering and delivering information across platforms. Successful communication depends not only on what is said but also on how it is said. The ability to convey your message concisely and assertively while also listening to others can have a tremendous influence on how your story could develop. Besides, the journalists have to face the pressure of opposition from the media spotlight or influential personalities and other repercussions. In order to make the whole world understand their perspectives, the journalists have to explain the whole thing without provoking exasperation from any person, group, organization, or nation.
Investigative journalists have to keep themselves on their toes when trying to disclose confidential information to the general public. Besides, they need to communicate with each other to obtain information and earn credibility from reliable sources. In every turn of communication, such as interviewing the locals or some individuals to gather and compile information, they need to be smart and use their communication skills. That's why I think speaking is the most important skill for a journalist to have.

The listening process contains five activities related to each other, and they are often done in the order that will be explained, and as you read these activities or steps, you must reflect on their importance, and see how to raise your skill in each activity or step, and that if you can do that Significantly improve your listening and communication.

Below are the five steps and activities that explain what happens while listening.
1- Sensation: It is listening to the message and taking some notes, and this reception can be distorted by extraneous sounds, duplication or lack of attention. Therefore, you should focus on the message only and neglect other extraneous things that distract thought.
2- Interpretation: any analysis of what was heard. While listening, you give the meanings of the words according to your personal values, beliefs, thoughts, expectations, and needs. The background of the speaker may be completely different, and here the role of the listener appears in determining the meaning intended by the speaker. Try to increase the process of interpretation. By focusing your attention on non-verbal meanings.
3- Evaluation: that is, forming an opinion or impression about the message, i.e. paying attention to the speaker’s remarks, separating the truth from personal opinions, and it requires a great effort, especially if the subject is complex or has emotional aspects.
4- Remembering, i.e. storing information for future reference.
5- Response: that is, the response to the speaker. If the message is between two individuals or a small group, the main response is verbal, while if you are a listener in a large group, your main response may take the form of the following forms: applause, laughter, silence.

    types of listening
These types differ in terms of purpose as well as in the degree of feedback or interactions that appear between people.
    (1) Listen to the content
The goal is to understand and retain the information delivered by the speaker. Your role here is to identify the main points of the message, to keep in mind an outline of the speaker's remarks, and then to review what you have learned.
You may want to write some notes or points, but try to reduce this process so that you can focus on the main points, in this type it does not matter whether you agree with the speaker or not, the important thing is that you just understand.
    (2) critical listening
The goal here is to evaluate the message on several levels: the logic of the discussion, the strength of evidence, the validity of the results, the importance of this information to the listener or the organization in which he works, the speaker's intentions and motives, the main points of the message.
Since gaining and evaluating information at the same time is a difficult process, you must postpone your judgment when the speaker has finished delivering his message. You must also judge the speaker's credibility. The best way to do this is to understand the nonverbal signal.
    (3) listen to feelings
The goal here is to understand the speaker's feelings, needs, wants, so that you can understand his point of view regardless of whether you share his opinion or not.
You have to stay away from giving advice and not judging the feelings of the speaker and help him to express his feelings, you just have to make the person talk.

    Poor listening and its problems
There are many reasons for the poor listening process, dear reader, and perhaps not paying attention to what is said is the most important obstacle to listening

In my opinion, obviously all the skills are so much important for a journalist.

Firstly, the use of imagination or original ideas to create something is known as CREATIVITY. Journalist creative thinking, to discover and generate new associations during this search and analysis of information, contributes to the generation of new stories. Journalists are known to seek opportunities to develop new creative skills with which to discover information. Applying these skills enables journalists to maintain control over their work and emerging forms of investigative journalism demand new creative search and association skills.

Secondly, Speaking is the most important of all skills. When it turns in an organized way then it goes to a next level. It allows a journalist to form connections, influence decisions, and motivate change. Without communication skills, the ability to progress in the working world and in life, itself, would be nearly impossible. Public speaking is one of the most important and most dreaded forms of communication.

Thirdly, Problem Solving, PROBLEM-SOLVING is a mental process that involves discovering, analysing and solving problems. The ultimate goal of problem-solving is to overcome obstacles and find a solution that best resolves the issue identifies some key parts of the process. Those with good problem-solving skills are a valuable and trusted asset in any team – these are the people who think of new ideas, better ways of doing things, make it easier for people to understand things or help save customers time and money.

Fourthly, Listening, Focused listening — in which newsrooms make efforts to listen to their underserved or disengaged audiences — demonstrates that a news organization cares about people like you. In the examples we’ve found, such projects are an important foundation for establishing trust. The first step in any good relationship is hearing one another.

I think the main ability for a columnist is critical thinking. First and foremost, lets cause to notice the circumstance here. Unexpectedly high profile classified data of private arrangements of property and other illicit exchanges have quite recently been disclosed. Presently clearly writers need to get their hands on them for exposure and furthermore for making individuals mindful of what their beliefs are really doing behind their backs. From this entire situation however we can comprehend that only one out of every odd one of these arrangements is ill-conceived. So how would you discover who's blameworthy and who's not? How to do you glance through somebody who's attempting to outline another? How would you break through the secret of discovering who are the geniuses. I feel like I'm making somewhat of no joking matter with regards to it, however that is the point. You can't discolor a guiltless ,man's personality or his picture. Which is the reason you need to think prior to distributing or making the public disdain these people. That is the reason I accept that writers need to address their riddles and discover their guilty parties prior to distributing anything in any case. This is the reason columnists likewise need to have a touch of investigator abilities inside themselves. Which is the reason it is my firm assessment that Problem Solving is the main quality needed in examining the Pandora papers.

Here is an extra test you set for ourselves and I, and in the wake of acknowledging the demand, my interest as an understudy drove me in this fascinating rivalry that expands my data and assembles my thoughts, which I had never tried to see such page abilities that influenced the reports of Pandora Papers. I looked for with most extreme work to study, peruse and get news-casting and its part In uncovering these papers, I read a great deal and took in a ton and was flabbergasted by a ton, however after my unexpected I understood that imagination is the first and most significant expertise needed by editorial work, as numerous columnists keep up with the radiance and gloss of this ability that recognizes the writer from others and the writer where he composes advances and that innovativeness has arrived at the ownership of ability Experience, information, information, different culture, profound consideration, thinking, fast mind and knowledge, and this is the thing that numerous columnists have in their work inventiveness in uncovering Pandora's papers." The discourse and the way of talking express the degree of the papers' persuasiveness and scholarly brightness in talking and editorial class. The way to progress and the information on picking the right words in the perfect 'where in the Pandora Papers uncover the information and conversing with the people groups and the media in a proper manner that looks to arrive at that data essentially to all friendly classes effectively, ease and simpler seeing third 'the ability of tuning in as the writer has the listening that It is an adaptable expertise, and since it is one of the abilities that gets extraordinary consideration, with this ability you can have the option to redirect your thoughtfulness regarding the individual the columnist is meeting. Acquiring further data about the subject, since listening mindfully spurs the speaker to dive further into the point and give increasingly more significant data. Also, here in the Pandora case, the degenerate were paid attention to and their perspective was not adequate to them for their execution of assessment defilement. The critical thinking expertise is an ability that looks for the capacity to discover viable answers for the different issues that face us in useful or private life. The suitable time that guarantees that misfortunes are kept away from or limited however much as could reasonably be expected

    Much obliged All...

I have chosen the skill of listening. I think that listening is the core of journalism in general. In pandora papers, it is even the main skill to utilise. Listening to all the information related to pandora papers, and interviewing all those who know information about the pandora papers and listen carefully to what they say will help the journalist to understand the whole issue of the pandora papers. After this, the journalist will find it easy to make people understand all about the pandora papers.

Here we come to creativity! After listening, the journalist role is to be creative in publishing news about the pandora papers. Only by being creative people will understand this issue.

When you are creative, it is easier to speak and communicate with people. A creative speaker will be more influential.

A journalist who listens will be able to understand the issue of pandora papers and put it creatively for people to understand it in an influential speaking skill. After that, it will be easy for the journalist and the people to solve the problem of the news story.

In a nutshell, I think that listening is the main and most important skill that will lead to gain all the other skills.

So my order for the skills is:

    Listening

    Creativity

    Speaking

    Problem-solving.

The most interesting skill for any distinguished journalist is creativity in my opinion. Journalism is one of the most creative professions you can find, but how does imagination and creativity fit into the journalistic process!? With regard to the acceleration of time and the increasingly shaky news, newspapers must be active and constantly moving to be able to record the facts as they occur, and to interview eyewitnesses at the scenes of events.
Challenge: For me, my order is to 1-listening
    2-speaking
    3- Creativity
    4- problem solviing
Whereas, usually the journalist listens and learns about the problem or issue, then speaks to express his opinion, then creates and searches for evidence to confirm his opinion, especially if it is a contrary opinion.
Finally, it solves the problem or the issue as it is in the Pandora papers, where after investigation and collection of evidence and statistics, the truth and papers are published in cooperation with the government to solve the problem of public corruption.

How can a journalist be creative and a good influence??
First, with the advancement of technology, there are many sites on which several channels and pages are built, so the journalist can be able to 1 interact on social networking sites, including “Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, a website and many other applications. There are many news and media organizations that seek To hire young journalists to share their knowledge on social networking sites with others
This happens by subscribing to social networking sites and using them in the correct and appropriate manner for this profession, and that the content is suitable to attract news organizations
2 Develop writing skills: There are many ways in which a person can develop his writing skills, including “taking care of his daily writing in some blogs, increasing the skills of writing rules using the spelling application, and training in checking and checking articles and editing them in private, and text forms can be used to increase accuracy.” Man’s writing skills by simulating and coordinating models in different writing styles and other formats in a unique way for the writer. Also, the successful journalist must train on his writing very quickly and accurately by setting a specific time for writing and he must abide by it and then make references by people he trusts and their writing and journalistic skills, and a person who does not have good writing skills can improve them through private lessons in developing writing skills
    finally
3 Passion: A person’s passion for the work he does is considered the basis for the success of working in a job that was, in addition to the fact that journalism requires the journalist to have a sportsmanship and passion at work and to be a very good writer and speaker. Therefore, the journalist may sometimes need to expand his intellectual horizons and openness. Because working as a journalist may meet dozens of people a day, he must be patient and remember his passion for the profession, and the journalist must have the passion to talk about new topics that carry modern, interesting and interesting ideas
Possession of passion may be the talent to overcome any difficult situation that a person goes through, and he may face difficult situations. The journalist throughout his day must be patient.

        Yes I can do it
I agree that the journalist should be a creative person in his work who can deliver his message to people and reveal some hidden facts, although the journalist should not publish what people do not want to disclose if these matters are personal and do not harm anyone's life either. These things or these papers called Pandora papers, which are used by wealthy people in their work, the journalist must be successful and skilled in revealing facts that harm the lives of many people and can cause them suicide and mental illness
I think I found the value association of the units to get the message across better

I have chosen creativity because for doing research in the cases like Pandora Papers or any big events most of the time a journalist needs his /her creativity to find out the informations from a source . It is the most important thing that I believe and the reasons are a journalist have to find and express his findings such a way that more people can get attracted to it and the news got richer one.
Secondly the problem solving is the most important because to find problem they might got into problems either they can be political or any thing but they have to overcome those problems by his own intellect
After that listening is important cause we have to listen to others and think about their perspective .many a time to publish a news we have to listen the mass people because we have to know that how influential the news can be for the society or we can know the individual's perspective.
Lastly speaking is important and this is because we have to speak to influence people and by speaking we can gather their attraction to us and we can motivate them to do believe us or do anything.

I think that the skill of listening is the most important feature that he should have because the representation of Pandora papers needs listening and cooperation in order to obtain as much information as possible. Journalists were able to obtain 11.9 million documents during group work and good listening. Also, listening is not always by listening to journalists only, but also by doing interviews and research. The best way is to know the opinions of the local residents and respected stakeholders and to listen to their views.

    Extra challenge:

It is really a challenge to order these four skills! It is really hard because I think that the four skills are interrelated and integrated with each other. One lead to the other, and each one is important and supports the other one. A good journalist, I think, should make every effort to have all of the four skills together. She should listen to every single detail about the pandora papers. She should put the news story in a creative way so can people can understand it, for example 'cartoon'. Also, she needs to speak well, accurately and should pick words carefully. Words should suit the audience it's targeting. A journalist should also have the skill of problem solving. When a journalist is able to solve a problem smartly, she will be able to cover it properly and convince people of it.

The most important skill I have chosen for journalists is problem-solving. As a journalist, the problem is assured. Because journalists are on a dangerous path. They go undercover, sneak into secret hot spots, and confront high-ranking figures to discover news. Therefore, the ability to solve problems can help you a lot to get out of trouble.
The second most important skill would be creativity. Being creative is close to having a superpower. A person's creativity helps them think differently, act differently, and behave differently. They can be innovative and unique in their own way in each area. Pandora's role is great news and it certainly affects many great people like politicians, executives, businessmen, influencers, etc. To fight these powerful people, journalists need creativity. You will need to find unique ways to reach people with this news, escape enemy clutches, and also capture more of these secrets. By using creative ways, work becomes fruitful and troubles can also be avoided.
The third most important skill is speaking. Speaking can help a journalist reach people more clearly. The more interesting the news, the harder to believe. With this ability, it is easier to get people to believe. This ability can also be useful for extracting information during interviews. So this ability is also very useful.
Last but not least: listen. Listening is one of those skills that can help a journalist learn stories. Similar to press conferences and interviews, this ability can help identify some things that the person may be trying to hide. Listening also helps add value to the news. Journalists can use it to make their news more informative.

I have chosen the skill "listening". My reasons for choosing this skill is because for representing a combined paper like Pandora paper the journalists need to work together by listening to each other’s perspective. Being a good listener is one of the most important qualities in the case of a journalist. It helps them to understand people’s emotional state and solve complicated cases collectively like conducting interviews and pull together all the information and sources needed to write a well-rounded news story. On the other hand, to collect and gather the data 'journalists had to take interview with the locals, officials and other involved people to listen to their perspectives . And for this I think, listening skills would be most important for a journalist investigating the Pandora papers.

Reading of job opportunities. Reading me is more stable in the face of crises and pressures. Reading from their output and my understanding of things. My reading is part of the outside and effective in my work team. Reading makes me fluent in conversation with others. Reading makes me more accurate, smarter, and intuitive. Pandora Documents?
I had never heard of it before, but my mind began to think of this word. So I searched for it, and the most important thing I knew was that it was the most prominent leak of financial documents witnessed in the past decade.
And I think that the most important skill that a journalist should have to investigate Pandora’s documents: Creativity, the journalist must be creative, so that he is aware of what surrounds him and creativity will lead him to the solution, so comes behind the skill of creativity, solving problems, and then comes the skill of listening, which the journalist will listen For several sayings and opinions on this subject, and then comes: talkIt is the last skill that the journalist talks about his opinion on this problem and his arrival to the solution.

    1. I believe problem solving is the most important quality for a journalist investigating pandora papers.
    2. My reasons for choosing problem solving are mainly concerned with the fact that it requires a great deal of analysis and problem solving to properly investigate and glean out the truth from lots of information. If the journalists are not good problem solver they might miss many important details and sometimes may publish wrong information about someone's transaction or other important details.

In my opinion CREATIVITY would be most important for a journalist investigating the Pandora papers because journalism is absolutely a creative endeavour.

1.My reasons for choosing this skills are that I believe the journalism industry needs new approaches to storytelling, news stories around organizational structure and workflow, and bold experiments in revenue streams. On a smaller level, creativity is core to team morale and job enthusiasm, things some of us might be lacking. And in case of The Pandora Papers investigation,it unmasks the covert owners of offshore companies, incognito bank accounts, private jets, yachts, mansions, even artworks by Picasso, Banksy and other masters – providing more information than what’s usually available to law enforcement agencies and cash-strapped governments. As this news is associated with the high profiles and powerful owners in the recent time, only collecting information or finding the real faces in this situations would not help rather solutions should be found for this grave issue. As it is not one of the usual affairs,so the usual solutions wouldn't be applicable for pandora paper affair. To expose the involved high personalities I guess creative measurements are needed to be taken making the job done wiyhout creating casualties. If they use creativity to solve problems that might prevent us getting the ‘camera’ in that position in the first place, to find the people with newsworthy stories regarding the paper leakage to tell, to adapt when we can’t find the information we want, or it doesn’t say what we expected (in fact, factual storytelling requires an extra level of creativity given that we can only work with the truth). And by this we could get the actual view of the news story of PANDORA PAPERS.

2.After CREATIVITY,i guess the skill that should come next for the journalist investigating the news would be PROBLEM SOLVING .Because after using the creativity skill the journalist should take measures to go for action to implement the solutions that have been found ,otherwise there wouldn't be any outcome of the active journalism. As it helps you determine why an issue is happening and how to resolve that issue,it would be last step of a news report success. The Pandora Papers is a leak of almost 12 million documents and files exposing the secret wealth and dealings of world leaders, politicians and billionaires. The data was obtained by the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists in Washington DC and has led to one of the biggest ever global investigations, being such a burning issues it definitely is in need of some real problem solving.

3.LISTENING SKILL would be next in my list for the journalists as they are advised to practice the art of active listening, or consciously attending to the words being spoken by the individual or the victims of any issue such as the ones of the PANDORA PAPER SCANDAL. That means they must focus on both the elements of speech and expressions, and also concentrate on the intent and implications of the words, as well because Millions of leaked documents and the biggest journalism partnership in history have uncovered financial secrets of 35 current and former world leaders, more than 330 politicians and public officials in 91 countries and territories, and a global lineup of fugitives, con artists and murderers in the PANDORA PAPER and listening to the true witness would be a key to get to the solution in this case.

4.Lastly what comes is SPEAKING SKILL as the whole point of speaking skills is to be able to sway people's opinions and find about the desired news which is most required for a journalist. As after all the hardship of finding news for PANDORA PAPERS being addressed as ‘A haven of scams’,it is necessary to present the actual points to the outer community by the journalists. And also in my view it doesn’t matter if you’re a broadcast Journalist, reporter or magazine journalist, any journalism role requires top-notch verbal and communication skills. This will be needed for interviews, finding new sources and working in a fast-paced newsroom.

I guess i have mentioned the points in my mind regarding the requirements of the PANDORA PAPER JOURNALISM REQUIREMENTS SKILLS.

    Pandora Leaves???
I was curious when I saw Mr. Tom that he published this publication on the Pandora Papers and the journalist and after reading many books I learned that the great interaction with the Pandora Papers reveals their importance to the general public and not just to journalists, the peoples knew how some leaders, leaders, businessmen and celebrities hide their wealth in havensTax, how companies can use infringement. To add secrecy, the problem-solving skill can reveal hidden rules and change the rules of the game.
I think that solving problems for the journalist is the most important, because this will allow the journalist to understand current things and gather information, and because a journalist who specializes in solving problems will go through all odds and easily reveal conspiracies or hidden information leaks, and most importantly here that he distinguishes between all the small details that you can talk about, as it is, noConfidential information can only be collected when the journalist has problem-solving skill.

An additional challenge he presented to us was:

The most important skill is problem solving. As I said earlier, its importance lies in the journalist's ability to find effective solutions to various problems encountered in work or private life, and in a timely manner to ensure that losses are avoided or minimized as much as possible.

The second skill: listening, good listening helps in public speaking, as it contributes to understanding how people negotiate, and how information is presented, which leads to gaining the ability to analyze the good and bad ways of speaking and listening that put a person in place. On the other hand, accepting the thoughts and feelings of others regardless of one's view of the subject and listening affects all other skills, and is the natural entrance to learning and the right way to gain understanding and thus production.

The third skill: Speaking is a means by which the journalist achieves himself through interaction with others. In his speech, the journalist renews the opportunity to highlight his skills, clarify his ideas, and gain confidence and reassurance. Speaking is an intellectual activity that reflects the journalist's level of culture, intellectual depth and mental maturity, in addition to his ability to present, explain and coordinate speech.

Fourth skill: creativity. I do not think that it will come after them because creativity helps to develop self-confidence, because a creative journalist deals with many positive and negative situations, and is prone to failure many times. When a journalist does not follow an idea or feeling, he cannot express what he wants to say and express his feelings and thoughts in an inappropriate way. Where journalistic creativity helps to discover itself.

I thinkThe most important skill for a journalist is creativity Creativity works on developing capabilities, organizing human energies and refining skills, which makes creative people live a life in all prosperity, prosperity and sophistication. Creativity also increases self-confidence, consolidates old relationships and forms new relationships, and creativity helps to think strongly to be innovative. Rare and distinguish the journalist from others, this has many journalists in the creativity and innovation of their work in the detection of Pandora papers.
Secondly, the most important skill is listening. This skill has a lot of interest. Listening is based on the importance of news and getting a lot of information and working on the importance of news.
Third, the problem-solving skill is a skill that works to find solutions in different problems. A problem must be identified and solved and responded appropriately In the leaves of the Bandra, secret data and information for bad countries appeared. This is a problem. We are working on solutions that satisfy all!!
Finally, it is the most important skill. Speaking skill. This skill is very interesting. Speaking the journalist may help to convey the news clearly, so it is very important.
    thank you.

    Extra activity:
I rank the skills in order of importance

First: the skill of listening and its advantages mentioned earlier.

Second: The skill of creativity. The journalist with this skill is distinguished by the accuracy and beauty of his news and stories that he publishes. Some journalists lack this skill, so you see that some lack this skill. There is no demand or interaction with their publications, so they think it is important.

Third: Speaking: Those with this skill are distinguished by the beauty of their presentation of information. They have an interesting way of telling news stories that people find popular.

Fourth: Problem solving and this skill is also beautiful because journalists are usually at the heart of the event.

I think that if the journalist had all the qualities, the most important of which is listening, he would have been able to communicate what he wanted of news and information with ease, and also find the viewer attracted and understand the story beautifully.

I think that these four skills must be present in a journalist in order to be a successful journalist because all of these skills are interrelated. It is possessed by the journalist who wants to work on the Pandora Leaves case to hear the evidence that these transactions are suspicious and hear the opinions of others and try to contextualize them in the appropriate manner for people
Secondly speaking, this is the basic skill for every journalist, because a journalist must be able to speak fluently to convince others of his point of view and convince them of what he has heard of evidence and proofs and convince them of what he has written using the skill of creative thinking and convince them to solve this problem that he created with the help of problem-solving skill. The issue of Pandora's Leaves is to have this capacity to be able to convince the world that its information is correct and not suspicious, and to convince people of its solution and the danger of spreading this type of financial corruption.
Third, the problem-solving skill: The journalist must find a solution to every problem he poses so that what he writes is persuasive and clear to the reader and the listener.
Fourth, the creative thinking skill must have unusual and out of the ordinary thinking in order to bring people to his class and to convince them of him and his opinions, especially if he is working on a difficult issue such as Pandora’s Papers, which needs creative thinking. Presenting innovative solutions and persuading them
I think that the trait of boldness and curiosity should be added to the skills of the journalist who works on the Pandora Leaves case, who has the curiosity to know and expose more of these suspicious conspiracies to the world and have the courage to stand before the world and say that it is true and not false exposing this type of financial corruption

The skill I plump for as the most important one for journalists is PROBLEM-SOLVING especially in the case of making reports for a case like PANDORA PAPERS which was more or less a crime investigation (as per the journalists) and investigations were assumed to be done undercover as secret documents were mentioned as leaked.

When working on a project where there involves a lot of investigations and undercover activities, then the investigators require to be skilled in handling issues. They need to go for the best strategy possible to find the truth out so that nothing is missed out or nothing untrue is in their hands at the office for perusal.

If the journalists are skilled problem solvers, they might find it easier to solve the problems and also avoid the obstacles smoothly while keeping themselves on the safer side and also broadcasting the real golden news to the public.

There is no doubt that the journalist must have all the skills, but from my point of view, creativity is the distinguishing characteristic that can be known by the distinguished journalist because it gives the opportunity to show skills, develop capabilities and obtain opportunities that may make him a well-known star and leave a mark in the world of journalism where he sees something With a different eye, interprets it and reads it to everyone with a new creative look.

I have preferred listening, as I consider that for starting any investigation, the most vital step is to assemble resources from different evidence. Without possessing the appropriate knowledge and information regarding any issue, the procedural formalities can't be advanced as lack of info causes wrong and biased verdicts. A quality listener will be able to accumulate all the facts very patiently as a result it will enrich his stock of information and will help him a lot to proceed further.

My order from most important to least,

    1. Listening
    2. Speaking
    3. Problem Solving
    4. Creativity

The main motive behind my preference is for tiling up resources it required an attentive mind to listen to people and then speaking to verify the news that they are going to expose. To keep the authenticity of resources these two steps are inevitable and unavoidable.
For making a decision he/she must be shrewd enough to stand with motion firmly and for that critical mindset up and problem-solving mentality is indispensable. N0 investigation can't be termed as a success until it finds its way to a solution and be exposed to the mass so that they can be well aware. Now there will be a complete outcome of an inquiry now it turns into the job of a creative mind, with the creativity he/she will spread the message to the common people in the medium of maybe writing, seminars, workshop, through newspaper printing, mass media, social media, etc.

I think the most important skill for a journalist that will help in the case of Pandora Papers is Problem-solving.

The reason behind it is, as we know with the skill problem solving a journalist can exactly find out the actual problem and can give a proper solution, to what can be done with the problem; so with this skill, a journalist can hit the exact place where it should be and he can also come out with a proper solution about what can be done to it and how to represent the problem and solution to the world so that the thing comes under the light. For these specific reasons, I have selected problem-solving as the most important skill in the case of pandora papers.

I have chosen the skill "Listening" which in my belief is an important quality for journalism having a clear prospect in my perspective.

My reasons for choosing this skill are very much simple and straight-forwarded. Before jumping over the skill at first lets be very much clear about journalism and what does it actually need. Journalism is mainly the act of casting out the news in front of mass people in different news platform. The main gist is to publish the news. And to become a journalist what one needs is a “rabbit’s ear” which can listen to the farthest news and bring out the facts by digging down holes. And, I think by now all of us have got the main perception about my selection of topic which is important for journalism. A journalist should always have his/her ears open , so that they can collect and find out any sorts of news that can bring the people benefits. I really support all the other qualities like speaking, creativity and problem solving skills. But what I am to do with all those if I don’t have the proper knowledge to work with. That’s why, a journalist should be very much skillful in ‘Listening’ so that he/she can properly dig themselves in those truths and facts and bring out the best for the civilians. Secondly, journalists are the controller of national and international order. What they publish can bring the whole world upside down. So, whenever, they are going to publish any high profile news , they have to be very much sure about that news otherwise, their one small mistake can lead to the initiation of world war III. So for this reason, according to my belief, listening properly is a very much important skill required for journalism.

Which would be most important for a journalist investigating the Pandora papers?
I think listening is the most important feature that a journalist should have because if you don't listen you won't be able to apply any of the other three skills. You speak about what you have LISTENED carefully to, you can't even think of solving a problem if you don't LISTEN to what the problem is, if you don't listen properly you could spread false information about a particular governor, president, etc and they could sue you. In order to think creatively, you need to LISTEN to your ideas or ideas of others.

Extra challenge: Can you put them in order, from most important to least, and explain your order?

Listening - Problem Solving- Creativity- Speaking

You need to listen to information, once you have listened properly a problem almost always arises. When this problem comes journalists need their problem-solving skills. As they are solving this problem, they need their creativity to overcome any brick walls (dead ends). Finally, after they resolve the problem, they can speak about it eloquently and confidently.

I have chosen that the most important tool a journalist should use in communicating information is creativity.
Among the reasons that prompted me to choose it: Achieving a degree of excellence and creativity in formulating the media message attracts more recipients, and is characterized by the ability to influence them, to achieve the desired goal of the communication process, which leads to attracting more advertisers, and the related profit. ... However, the phenomenon of creativity in journalistic work is one of the least subject to scientific research.
About the challenge, the correct order of these skills is as follows:
1-creativity ؛ Because it helps in developing self-confidence, because a creative person deals with a lot of positive and negative situations.

2-Listening ؛ Because it helps to understand words, take information more accurately, and write the important ones .

3-speaking ؛ Because it helps to practice all kinds of linguistic activity, expressing what is in the soul, or what individuals see, getting used to logical thinking, speed in thinking and expression, arranging ideas and linking each other.

4-problem solving ؛ Because it helps to address risks, determine the relationship between cause and effect, and predict what may happen in the future based on past experiences and current events, as these forecasts can be used to reduce potential risks. ... seize opportunities to innovate and make new things, then take advantage of opportunities in the environment and exercise control over the future.

The journalist's creativity skill is one of the most important skills that must be achieved in Pandora's papers, and because the journalist's creativity skill includes creativity in listening to express opinions on the topic and creativity in listening for honesty in conveying news and events.
Events in the way he speaks creatively and in appropriate words, and through his creativity and creativity in listening, he can express his opinion and solve problems, and because the distinguished and creative journalist is the one who writes articles and news in a sound language and correct rules, so that readers accept the article and are convinced of the writer’s skills. No journalist can succeed without having the ability to speak and write with tact and creativity.

    Extra Challenge-

All four mentioned skills hold a very predominant place for themselves when it comes to journalism. But still, I would make an order of them and would also show an inter relation in between them.

    1. Creativity: Even before investigations or any proceedings are started regarding making news, creativity is needed. Through creative ideas, journalists make strategies on how to proceed all over their journey of making a piece of news. Here, PANDORA PAPERS. Creative ideas would give them an opportunity to monitor and study an objective from a whole different type of perspective making it facile for them to avoid negative circumstances while decorating their plan in a positive manner.

    2. Speaking: I choose SPEAKING skill as the 2nd most important attribute as a journalist. After finding out creative ideas, it is really important to spread information about it to other journalists out there working as his/her co-worker. And when an idea is presented in a top-notch manner, the listeners find the best incentive to involve themselves with the speaker.

    3. Listening: When a new idea is presented amongst a group of people or journalists, it is a very important necessity to be a patient and welcoming listener. Such listeners always receive the best part of an idea which helps them to involve in it from a comfort zone. Moreover, when something is discussed, the good listeners and easily come up with some positive customizations and also help in finding issues with the idea. This helps massively in proceeding in the case.

    4. Problem-solving: After listening to a new concept and researching something, an issue might arise very expectedly. And this is where skilled problem solvers show up as a light in the darkness. High skill in fast problem solving helps journalists in finding the best alternatives of their paths. Paving on a comfortable street would surely boost the energy and confidence to push on while investigating. While making big breakings which mostly include leaks and hidden pieces of information, the journalists require to be sure at the utmost level so that no incorrect data is passed on media which misleads people on a big margin.

Creativity is the skill which I think is the most fundamental skill for journalists to have while they find out and publish news about the PANDORA PAPERS incident.
Currently the Pandora papers incident has caused a huge commotion among the journalists around the world. To uncover the information about the powerful people making both legal and illegal transactions, having offshore bank accounts, hidden properties and other unfair activities to avoid paying tax journalists must not make the wrong decisions that might endanger their career or even their personal matters as very powerful and high-profile figures are involved. Journalists must have a clear idea about the most safe and proper way to investigate any news because if any small mistake is made the whole world might get into a sudden anarchy. Only creativity can help a journalist to chose the best method to present news that will keep both the public and the powerful people in check.
In the Pandora papers case journalists need to carefully analyze the enormous data and calculate what they need to revel to the world. The gravity of this issue is not light and journalists are taking a huge risk while they work to publish authentic news. Also they have to be mindful of the matter that not every single transaction that has been leaked is illegal. Some are unfair and seem unethical but still they are legal. There is another issue which is the debate weather the journalists are doing the right thing or not by doing this. So in this case not only publishing news but also shaping public opinion is important job for journalists. All these obstacles that are blocking the path of the journalists can only be destroyed by working with creativity.
Creativity is the sole ingredient that makes journalism different from normal news gossipers like us.

In my opinion, the most important skill for a journalist to investigate the 'Pandora papers' is PROBLEM-SOLVING.

I think so because these types of cases are full of mysteries, and problem-solving ability is very much needed. The journalist will have to observe and analyze the reports very carefully so that he can find connections between them and link them. Good problem solvers are experts in predicting results. This is important because when the result is predicted, he will find ways to approach that result. As a result, he will be able to find out more and more about the 'Pandora papers'. This skill is more important to investigate the 'Pandora papers' than to find the result.

I think that the journalist must possess the skill of speaking well to be able to inject information and secret facts that were discovered by Pandora and the money and real estate owned by the government and presidents in the past for themselves without distributing them to the people and they preferred the property for themselves and for the journalist to prove to people what was happening in the past, information and conditions in an old time.

About the challenge the correct order of these skills is as follows:
1_ I chose to listen. The reason is that a successful journalist must listen to the viewer's opinion so that his words do not get mixed up when speaking.
2_ Here I chose to speak. The reason is that when the journalist listens to the viewer's opinion, he can speak well and understand what people have said.
3_ Here I chose the skill of creativity. The reason is that the journalist, when listening to people's opinions, can speak creatively. The skill of creativity in speaking attracts the viewers' attention and focus on what the journalist says.
4 _ Finally, we can say that the problem-solving skill lies in listening, speaking and creativity. If the three skills are combined together, the journalist can understand and solve people's problems.

    1. I have chosen the skill of listening

    2. My reasons are that a journalist should listen to people and what they say but he should be patient with what they say and then he should talk
And he must be a good speaker so that he can convince people that there are famous people who own secret properties. Some prime ministers hide their Czech use of investing in companies of foreign companies. There are many deals that some presidents are involved in, but in my personal opinion they can give these money that they work with deals to poor peoples. In their country so that they can live the most beautiful days without poverty.

    3. About: The correct order of these skills is as follows: 1. Listen then 2. Speaking Like I said above that a journalist should listen to people and then speak up, and then 3. Solve problems by detecting people who make deals instead of giving money to poor Sheari and overcoming poverty, then 4. Creativity The journalist will be creative in his words, revealing the mistakes of some presidents and overcoming them.

I think that the journalist must possess the skill of speaking well, and the press must have fluency in speech and complete confidentiality in all news so that he can publish it and be protected by the Press Foundation
about the challenge. The correct order of these skills is as follows:
1 I chose to listen: It is a process that gives the listening person a clear interest in what the speaker is saying, as listening depends on many and complex mental processes, due to the need to combine thinking and hearing together
2 I chose creativity: it is a time when there are some workers and you don't need to innovate, you just need to implement instructions accurately
3 I chose here to speak: it gives priority to content and meaning in communicating information through speech in different types and forms, and it can be used according to the level of comprehension
4 Finally, we can say that the problem-solving skill: when he understands people's problem and takes the truth and credibility and tells it to the viewer.

I think the most important quality a journalist should have is "talking".
So that he can describe and convey the news clearly.

The most important skill I've chosen for journalists is:

1- Creativity: Being creative or having a creative mind comes close to having a superpower. A person's creativity helps him think differently and act differently. It can be innovative and unique in its own way in any field. Pandora Papers is huge news and definitely affects many big personalities like politicians, leaders, businessmen, influencers etc. To fight against these powerful people, journalists need creativity. They need to think of unique ways to reach people with this news, to escape from the clutches of the enemy and also to understand more of these secrets. Using creative methods, the work will be fruitful and problems can also be avoided.

2- Problem Solving: As a journalist, the problem is guaranteed. Because journalists are going down a dangerous path. They go undercover, infiltrate red areas full of secrets, and confront the notables to reveal the news. Therefore, problem-solving skill can help them a lot in getting rid of problems. But since this skill covers a narrower field of creativity, it comes in second place.

3- Speaking: Speaking up can help you reach people more clearly. The more interesting the news, the harder it is to believe it. Make people believe that it will get easier with this skill. Also, to obtain information during interviews, this skill may be useful. So, this skill is also very useful.

4- Listening: a skill that can help a journalist tell stories. As in conferences and press interviews, this skill may help capture some of the things a person might be trying to hide. Listening also helps increase the value of the news. Journalists can use this to make their news more informative.

I have chosen creativity as the most important skill for a journalist to investigate the pandora papers.
Because in case of the pandora papers, it might be legal or illegal that has to be understood by the jopurnalist. Otherwise if the journalist produce a fake news that will hamper the peoples' reputation. By creativity, he can understand which offshore is the money laundering or which one is the legal. And to bring it out in the light, he has to solve the problem with creativity. A small piece of wrong news can hamper the people all around the world. So to solve the problem, he has to be creative at first which I think.

I have chosen 'creativity' as the most important quality for a journalist . because - to prepare a report, lots of things are to be investigated - who are involved in the event, who are benefited from it, whom it affects, background of the event, aftermaths and so on... so , to sum all these up, a journalist must be creative to figure these out to create a crystal stand point regarding the event.

after creativity , I place 'listening' as the second most important quality for a journalist. because, when a journalist is creative enough to figure things out from an event, he has got to listen to different perspectives , logics, facts and opinions regarding the event and by comparing them using his creativity , he can come to a clearer picture .

then, after listening, it is the problem solving capability that a journalist should have. I place it after creativity and listening because provided that one has creativity and listening skill, he can now easily figure a thing out of a mess -- using his creativity ,comparing what he listens .

and last but not the least it is the speaking. I place speaking at the last not to mean it is less important but I just found the rest three more important. strong speaking capability helps a journalist to seek for secrets hidden in the minds of people, to extract information that may be a turning point for a certain event.

In this article, we will talk about the most important basic skills that journalists have, and every journalist must be armed with them, and the first of these skills is “passion”, which makes the journalist interested in excellence in the field, and the importance of passion is that it will make a person well aware of the skills required to succeed in his work, and what is available from them. He has to develop it, and what is not available to him to acquire.

The second skill is "professional standards mastery", the third skill is "continuous training and development", which means that you constantly learn everything new about the journalistic field. The fourth skill that makes institutions interested in hiring you is related to your proficiency in your native language and at least a second language with it. The sixth skill is related to The journalist’s ability to build a huge network of sources, and the seventh skill, according to Al-Hawari, is mastering photography, and mastering the use of a professional camera, or even a Mobay camera.

1 I think that the most important skill is creativity, and it comes first. Because when a journalist is creative, he can think and be creative in his work as a journalist, solve problems and be successful in everything.
Pandora's Papers is huge news and definitely influence many big personalities like politicians, leaders, businessmen, influencers etc. To fight these powerful people, Pandora's Papers is 11.9 million leaked documents containing 2.9 TB of data published by the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ) starting from October 3, 2021.

2 I think that (listening) comes in second place after creativity, because through listening, we may hear more than people intend to hear. People and through it we publish the position and also not be
The journalist caused the death or suicide or something else.

3 I think that the problem-solving skill comes after listening, because through listening we solve the problem. As a journalist, the problem is guaranteed. Because journalists are on a dangerous path. They go undercover, infiltrate red areas full of secrets, and face off against VIPs to unearth the news. - I think that the most important skill that a journalist should possess is the skill of creativity.
My reasons: Despite the large amount of information and analysis that the journalist gathers, the journalist must be creative, because by presenting the stories revealed by the Pandora Documents in a creative way, it will make the largest number of people interested in the documents and look at the ideas. Without creativity I don't think it will attract others.
About the challenge: The correct order of these skills is as follows:
    1. Creativity: Without creativity, you are nothing because creativity enhances all skills and creativity is the main part of solving problems in life and is part of the basics of science. It is necessary for a journalist.
    2. Problem solving: a journalist should enjoy it because Pandora's Papers are a lot of puzzles, analyzes and ideas that need someone to solve them.
    3. Listening: because it helps to gain deeper information about the topic, because listening attentively motivates the speaker to dive more into the topic and provide more and more important information. Listening to the person speaking shows how much you want to understand his point of view.
    4. Speaking: The journalist must be a good speaker so that he can convince people that there are famous personalities who own secret properties.

Now, after I researched in depth about journalism, how they work, and Pandora's papers, I discovered that the most important thing a journalist should have is "flexibility."
I think that negotiation comes in second place, because the more the journalist negotiates, discusses and engages with people to convince them in an easier and faster way.
I think that professionalism is the third skill, because a journalist must be organized in his work and embellished, because if not, he will fail in his attempt to reveal Pandora's papers
And I think that integrity is also important for spreading news, and if you are not honest and truthful, how will people believe?

To research about the pandora paper, the journalists must know what should be done immediately after gathering any kind of information or knowledge. Otherwise, all the research and gathered information might not get useful.
and the least important skill in my opinion is speaking. Yes we know speaking wisely and nicely for journalists is very important, but to rank all the skills importance wise, speaking looks the least significant to me.

I think that the journalist should possess the skill of speaking well, the skill of speaking sometimes possessed by a person from instinct, or it is learned and acquired through self-education, and the speaking skill is either written or in the form of a novel, and each type has its own skill, and the development of this skill depends on practice. .
about the challenge. The correct order of this skill is as follows:

1: Listening: a complex skill in which the listening person who is speaking pays all his attention, focuses his attention on his speech, and tries to interpret his voices, gestures, all his movements, and his stillness.
2: Creativity is the ability of a person to use mental skills to find new ideas, out of the ordinary, which is the ability to create and find new and innovative ideas. Creativity is not a genetic behavior, but rather a behavior that can be learned and developed in individuals, which is the skill of finding ideas and solutions to problems, provided that they are rare and unique ideas.
3: Problem solving skills are one of the basic skills that employers look for when hiring job applicants. business interest.
4: speaking skill is a productive skill that requires the learner or speaker to be able to use sounds accurately and master grammatical forms and a system for arranging words that help him express what he wants to say in speech situations.

I have chosen 'listening' as the most important skill for investigating the pandora papers because I think that the investigation requires interactions with the accused. While interacting or interviewing the suspected person, the things that person says can be very crucial to determine their relations with the Pandora papers. It might provide hints and if any journalist has good listening skills, it would be easy for him/her to track those hints and disclose the truth.
Now, I would like to try to arrange the 4 skills from my perspective of arrangement:
Listening: It is already discussed above.
Speaking: Similar to listening, while interviewing persons related to pandora papers, a journalist can use tricky questions and statements to find out the hints he may provide afterwards. The reason why I listed listening above speaking is because I believe, finding out the hints from individual speeches and statements of the suspects is more direct and smoother compared to finding it by approaching the person.
Problem Solving: Now while investigating, it's obvious, the journalist will face some problems during finding the path to those hints mentioned above. And thus, this is where problem solving becomes very important.
Creativity: Last but not the least, creativity is also essential because this quality might pave the way for a journalist to find out intelligent ways to solve very difficult problems faced while investigating anyone or anything related to Pandora papers.

I think the most important skill that a journalist who investigates official newspapers like Pandora's papers should have is "speak", speaking is an essential skill in every field of journalism, it is also important for a journalist. Where journalists provide detailed information to the public and have helped maintain its standing in front of the new media. Apparently, the journalists talked to each other and presented a whole bunch of secret documents such as "Pandora's Papers" and the leak exposing the secret foreign accounts owned by the prime ministers. So speaking skill is more important for a journalist investigating Pandora's Papers.

About the right order challenge is
    1. Speaking because it helps the journalist to reach people more clearly.
    2. Listen because it helps to catch hidden objects
    3. Creativity It helps to think differently and act differently.
    4. Problem solving because it helps them a lot in getting rid of problems

I think that the most important skill that journalists should have is creativity, because if the journalist is creative, he can present the smallest news in a wonderful way that people admire and then the listening skill because it motivates the speaker to delve deeper into the subject and because the listening skill is of great interest to journalists and then the problem-solving skill because it seeks the ability Journalist to find effective solutions to various and all problems

The most important skill that a journalist needs in the subject of Pandora is the skill of listening
The reader may underestimate this skill
But it carries with it the ability to analyze and scrutinize between the lines and movements
In interviews, the journalist needs to listen, determine the tone of voice, and extract and elicit facts through listening
And then the skill of creativity in interpreting speech, movements, gestures and body language, and the creative journalist is the one who can be distinguished by this skill, which in turn gives the opportunity to show competencies and talents.
And then the problem-solving skill that gives solutions according to what he has done and what he has achieved
Finally, speaking, where he pronounces what he has reached in a way that attracts the reader and presents the facts with evidence and proofs on a plate of gold to the reader.

In my opinion, the future is going to become technology-based. So the speedy skills that are needed are mostly related to technology.

    1. Creating stories based on digital animations: The video and audio add more depth and more convincing. Not only can the smartphone be relied upon, but the quality of the final clip reflects the extent of the effort expended to produce it. The number of watching and publishing videos, audio, and photos has increased continuously in recent times, which made news companies specialize journalists to create stories using multimedia
    2. Collecting news from social media: Global newspapers have started to use Facebook and Twitter as one of their sources of information, and the journalist needs a high ability to obtain reliable information from social media and verify photos and videos online, in addition to To communicate with eyewitnesses professionally.

    3. Knowledge of basic coding: Knowledge of the basics of programming languages such as HTML and other CSS contributes to creating infographics and histograms that are completely different from those created using old standards, and also makes the story clearer by developing new interactive story ideas.

    4. Open-minded investigator: New trends keep on running and the most important fact is to embrace the new trends and move along with them. It requires an open mind as not everyone can accept everything normally.

    5. Proper elucidation and analysis of data and statistics :
The high expertise in data analysis reveals hidden stories that did not appear when reading the data superficially and enhances journalistic objectivity, and the open data movement contributes to this by making huge information available to the public.

I choose CREATIVITY as the most important skills In the news industry, we're short on resources — there's only so much time, labor, and money to go around - and in desperate need of new ideas and techniques. Thankfully, such limited resources can aid creativity rather than hinder it. “Although ‘creative constraint’ sounds like an oxymoron, one way to spark creative action is to constrain it,” write Tom and David Kelley in Creative Confidence: Unleashing the Creative Potential Within Us All. “Given a choice, most of us would of course prefer a little more budget, a little more staff, and a little more time. But constraints can spur creativity and incite action, as long as you have the confidence to embrace them.” It's easy to dismiss creativity as a luxury, but we can't wait for the news to slow down or for that substitute writer to be hired. New methods to storytelling, new ideas for organizational structure and workflow, and ambitious revenue-generation ventures are all needed in the news sector. On a smaller scale, creativity is essential for team morale and job enthusiasm, both of which some of us may lack. We, our teams, and our audiences all benefit from creativity.

The next skill that I am gonna choose is the PROBLEM SOLVING skill. As the institution continues to enlarge on what it means to report, the nature of journalism is ever- shifting, with fads and subjects coming in and out of popularity. Some themes get ingrained in the brains of journalists, influencing their daily news reporting habits and, as a result, academic research topics. Solutions journalism, which is "rigorous reporting on approaches to societal problems," is one such method (Solutions Journalism Network, 2017, n.p.). This type of reporting fits into the contextual function of journalism, which seeks to add information beyond the immediate issue at hand, or to go beyond the “who, what, when, where” that often defines the problem, and focus on “What are people doing about it?” (McIntyre, Dahmen & Abdenour, 2016). In the sector, solution-based reporting is gaining traction.
A recent poll of American journalists found that contextual journalism functions, such as solution-oriented journalism, are popular (McIntyre et al., 2016). After learning about solutions journalism, respondents expressed positive feelings about it and claimed they would be more inclined to use it than other contextual genres (McIntyre et al., 2016). Furthermore, about 3,000 journalists have received formal solutions journalism training (Solutions Journalism Network, 2017). And educators are starting to teach it as a result of millennials' desire to make a difference. (Loizzo, Watson & Watson, 2017; Solutions Journalism Network, 2017; Thier, 2016). This type of reporting, by its very nature requiring journalists to consider the impact of their work, has brought to the forefront debate about the role journalists play in a democratic society. Solution-oriented reporting pushes journalists to think about the social responsibility of the press and question whether they consider society’s best interest in their daily thought processes and habits. That’s why I choose Problem solving as the second most important skill in journalism.

Thirdly I choose the SPEAKING skill. Speaking is, without a doubt, among the most important skills for journalists in acquiring and conveying information across platforms. Communication success is determined not just by what is said, but also by how it is said. The ability to communicate your message succinctly and assertively while also listening to others can have a huge impact on how your tale unfolds. While good interviewing skills will get people to tell you interesting stories — whether they're tight-lipped, jargon-spouting experts or ordinary people who aren't used to being interviewed — the best journalists are also those who use their empathy and understanding of the plight of those impacted to channel their raw emotions and open up.

Lastly I choose the skill LISTENING. Journalists are instructed to practice active listening, which is paying attention to the words said by the person with whom they are talking. That implies they must concentrate on both the aspects of speech and expressions, as well as the words' intent and implications. It necessitates a high level of attention as well as the capacity to block out background noise or irrelevant information. To put it another way, the journalist must learn to pay attentively with a singular focus. But in the sector of journalism creativity and problem solving and speaking are more important than speaking. Because by only taking interviews or communicating with others not having any creativity and problem solving amd speaking in his/her works a journalist can’t even make news which will be accepted by the audience.

I'll choose Communication Skills at once cause it'll will include speaking or listening both of'em.
Language and communication are among the most essential skills for journalists in gathering and delivering information across platforms.
Investigative journalists must be able to communicate important information in a way that is clear and concise.
Aside from requiring excellent written communication skills, this profession involves interviewing sources, so verbal communication is equally important.

I have chosen “problem-solving” as the most important skill.
In the case of Pandora papers, the journalists got the raw data about the offshore transactions. But to come to a solution they had to convert the data to information. And then it became a journal. It’s their problem-solving skill that helped them arrange those scattered files.
I think that the second most important skill is “creativity”. It doesn’t matter how interesting news you have if you can’t present them to people in an attractive way. We all have seen that how excellent idea it is to deliver the concept of offshore companies through cartoons.
The third one is “listening “. The journalists heard a kind of rumor that some kind of offshore thing is going on and then they started the investigation. In this case, listening to the rumors has given them a good result.
Then comes ‘’speaking’’. As the journalists have all the skills mentioned above, now they need the quality of speaking to convey this news orally through conferences. By being good speakers the journalists can convince people to believe what they have found out
I think all these skills always influence journalists in a good way.

Well, journalism is a weighty profession in our society. So a journalist must have some specific skills which can help him do his job sincerely. And we are specifically talking about listening, speaking, creativity, and problem-solving skills here. These 4 skills are like the roots of a tree to a reporter. It's not possible to fairly compare the 4 unique skills. I am trying at least to draw a little margin among these based on their importance:

Listening: This is a simple yet significant skill. Most of us would simply ignore this skill due to valid reasons. But trust me; this skill can be a real game-changer in your life! The ability to listen is a really great skill. When you can listen to someone patiently, you can find a lot of more small detailed information compared to when you are not a good listener and are speaking carelessly. Even a small bit of information can prove itself really extensive.

Problem Solving: Obstacles are quotidian in a reporter's daily routine. And thus comes the necessity of problem-solving skills. The whole world is the work field of a reporter. He has to face really odd situations and tough situations daily from where it's nearly impossible to extract information. But when he has the ability to solve problems easily, he can create a scope to collect information within the situation easily. Reporters often get themselves into troublesome places too. With the help of problem-solving skills, they can straightforwardly come out of the situation.

Creativity: Creativity plays a really noteworthy role in a journalist's career. Wherever there is creativity, there is progress and development. Creativity in journalism creates huge scope to collect much more information in a minimal time even in critical conditions too! But creativity can't be valued over LISTENING and PROBLEM-SOLVING skills because journalism is a very tough profession.

Speaking: Speaking is an art. And the value of this art is eternal. But due to some valid reasons, speaking skills might be less important in journalism. Still, speaking smart is of course a really wonderful and useful skill too. There are lots of times when journalists have to speak for themselves and speak smart to collect salient information too. Speaking ability proves itself really useful when reporters are to present something beautifully to everyone too.

All of these 4 skills are the prime abilities must for journalism. But the is another dominant skill over these 4
jacks. The power of the skill: OBSERVATION is immense. Observation power might reach a journalist to the prime doors of truth. A journalist has to face numerous situations daily. Talking to someone isn't really possible in all cases. A journalist has to extract hundreds of information about the condition just from observing the people, environment, and rigidity of the situation too. Observation power is a really underrated ability. Not only journalists but everyone with much observation power in a society always reach further heights in life. From my point of view, the Pandora Papers were even collected by the journalists who could observe better than others and could drag out the truths.
Hence OBSERVATION skill might prove itself much more practical than any other skill to a functional journalist!

What is creativity? "The use of imagination or original ideas to create something." Creative peoples have the sharpest brain amongst all. They can seek attention, remove attention or drive the public views accordingly they will. I choose creativity.
For a person who wants to investigate on a certain topic, he needs to come up with new thoughts, new ideas to catch a certain lead in his investigation. If we look from normal human psychological point of view, it is evident that for any investigating journalist to create a hype in the news industry he needs to be creative enough to think where to start and how. The Pandora Papers is a huge issue but when one can't be creative with this issue, the importance will be automatically lost gradually. Every people don't get into depth of every topic. The starting is the summary to them. The Pandora papers is a huge news and it obviously affects many big personalities such as politicians, leaders, businessmen etc. To handle these powerful people, to reveal them the journalists require creativity.

I think that the most important skill is listening, because we must listen to the speaker so that we can solve his problem or talk to him. The second skill is to speak creatively, that is, you speak and express your opinion, not like any opinion, but rather a creative opinion that others hear and benefit from. The third skill is solving problems when we listen, we can talk and when we talk Creatively, we can solve problems, but with different ideas for everyone, which is rare and distinctive. I think that the problem-solving skill is a skill that everyone should have because it is a very necessary skill, and when we need to solve problems, we need to listen, talk and be creative.

I think the most important skill for a journalist investigating Pandora's papers is creativity.
Being creative or having a creative mind comes close to having a superpower. A person's creativity helps develop self-confidence and act differently in all situations. When a person is creative, he is able to find better solutions to problems in all areas of his life, instead of dealing with the problem in an ordinary way. He can deal with creative images and help him adapt better to unknown things such as Pandora's papers. And deal with them, as Pandora's papers are huge news and affect a number of personalities such as politicians and presidents. Journalists need creativity to reveal hidden secrets using creative methods.

The second most important skill is problem solving as a journalist. The problem is guaranteed because journalists are on a dangerous path. The problem solving skill can help them a lot to get rid of problems by making important decisions to reveal these huge secrets, it comes in second place.

The third most important skill is listening. It is a skill that helps the journalist uncover huge stories and also helps him pick up some hidden things.

Listening increases the number of people interested in news. Journalists can use this to make their news more interesting.

Finally speak up. Speaking is a skill that helps the journalist provide detailed information to the media audience. The more interesting the news, the more difficult it is to believe it.

    I chose to speak
A good journalist must have the ability to communicate meaning and speak fluently to persuade people to launder money. Bandura's documents also revealed the involvement of a prominent donor to the Conservative Party in Britain, in a very large scandal calling for corruption in Europe, as the BBC investigation revealed that he contributed to the campaign. The Prime Minister of the country (Boris Johnson) awarded Muhammad Al-Amirisi. 525,000 pounds since 2018, but the 61-year-old denied any wrongdoing or money laundering.
About the challenge: The correct order of these skills is as follows:
    1. Speaking, to convey meaning
    2. Creativity, to unleash the imagination
    3. Listen, draw lessons and share lessons
    4. Problem solving, to make a rope of understanding.

I think that the quality of creativity is important for the journalist, since if he wants to reach the keys to solutions to an issue, he has to think creatively about the possible possibilities,And if he arrives at solving the mystery, he must publish it in a creative way, so that the public can be attracted to the issue and know it, and when it wants to know the opinion or the solutions offered by the public for this problem,He has to find creative solutions such as: Programming a communication program that connects global issues such as global conversation, but will include all age groups not only school students
And creativity is related to the issue of Pandora Leaves, where when he collects evidence, how he will reach it, this will be through creativity in possibilities, so he will reach more than one possibility and will search for the most reasonable and start the search, And then he will think about how to reach the main story when linking the evidence with each other, and then he will think in a creative way that attracts the attention of the audience, And a way to be able to know the public’s ideas through it, for example: creating a fund in each town in which people put their theories and solutions to the problem of money laundering

I think that there is a skill better than all of these skills, the most important of which is the skill of discussion, as the journalist must have the skill of discussion because it is important when the journalist receives any guest with him in his meeting to discuss him in. A topic must be known, etiquette and methods of discussion, so that you can attract the viewer by the way your discussion, which you are doing in respect of the guest, and the viewer can listen to the discussion with all comfort.
From my point of view regarding the challenge, the first most important skill is
1_ Creativity, as creativity results in many great and many useful and beautiful effects, such as beautiful and enjoyable activities or beautiful recitation, and your enjoyment of a creative mind brings you closer to possessing a supernatural power. It was announced by the International Federation of Investigative Journalists On October 2, and its publication began on October 3, 2021, the Pandora documents work to reveal the leaks of secret foreign accounts owned by 35 prime ministers, presidents and leaders of countries, in addition to the accounts of 100 billionaires with famous personalities and a number of business owners. The International Consortium of Investigative Journalists described this disclosure as The largest so far, and it includes documents, pictures and tables extended from 14 companies in the financial services sector in Panama, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates. The source of this leak was when it was announced
The second most important skill from my point of view is
2_ listening, which is a skill that can help the journalist know stories, as in conferences and press interviews, and also helps in picking up some of the things that the person tried to hide, and listening increases the value of the news.
The third most important skill in my opinion
3_ Problem solving because journalists usually face many big problems because they walk a dangerous path, they go to dangerous areas and unsafe areas for the purpose of transmitting news. Therefore, this skill helps them in overcoming and avoiding these problems that afflict them from their work.
    last but not least
4_ Speaking helps the journalist to reach the goal. The greater the number of people and the more clearly the news was, the more interesting and exciting the news was, the more difficult it was to believe it. And this skill is often at hand.

1- (The skill of employing logic), the journalist must observe, analyze and draw conclusions based on plans, facts and evidence to arrive at new, new, truthful and honest information. The press is to disseminate the information to the fullest.

2- (Self-confidence skill), a self-confident journalist advances life vigorously without hesitation and does not care much about people who are characterized by failure or otherwise. He is strong-willed and is not easily defeated, through which he also faces psychological wars.

3- (Communication skill), this skill is very important because it is the main entrance to the media. It also shows thinking in the subconscious mind through original participation in writing or recitation. It also increases self-confidence. When the journalist communicates with the community, he increases his information by increasing his His ideas and strategies in information and this is what is needed in the work.

“Problem solving skill” The journalist feels depressed and anxious when psychological pressure falls on him because of the search for facts, which makes the journalist live in a state of anticipation and waiting. With people you would not have caught the attention of the journalist, so he must be alert and have this skill.
As this skill makes the journalist believe and self-confident that in the depths of himself he is able to solve problems. I feel that this skill contains more than one method of excellence, through that it contains other skills as well as the skill of openness, which is an important element for solving problems, as it must The journalist is able to look at things from different angles and think about alternatives when necessary, and there is only a person who is curious to accept and is keen on his job, and also contains the listening skill that pulls the rope. Effectiveness on the side of misunderstanding and from disputes and problems, and the struggle of problem solving is important because it makes the journalist able to make decisions regarding the dissemination of information and also has a benefit as it causes sharing, social interaction with everyone, the ability to search for new information.

"Problem solving" skills would be the most important skills for a journalist investigating the Pandora papers. It is such a skill that is essential in every cycle of everyone's life. It is equally important for a journalist too. But, it is the most important skill that an investigative journalist should must and must have.

Problem solving is a very important skill in any type of investigation. Investigators searches for clues to gather evidence. They interview people, verify information, conduct surveillance and gather vital facts for cases. Thus, they get involved in solving a case or attempt to understand an occurrence further. So, it is very important for these investigators to figure ways to connect a series of events and progress toward the conclusion by solving the case. They need to be very skilled and professional in problem-solving for this. According to Wikipedia, "Investigative journalism is a form of journalism in which reporters deeply investigate a single topic of interest, such as serious crimes, political corruption, or corporate wrongdoing. An investigative journalist may spend months or years researching and preparing a report. "

Investigative journalists are sometimes called upon to work on people from the government and other high-profile individuals, such as during the Pandora Papers investigation. So they encounter many challenges on the way, like life threats, political pressure, protection of sources, censorship, etc. It's important that they have problem-solving skills to overcome any difficulties or challenges on their way. They should be quick to find the problems and find solutions.

As I see it,, the skill a journalist must have to investigate the Pandora papers is 'Problem-solving'. It is such a skill that is essential in every cycle of everyone's life. It is equally important for a journalist too. But, it is the most important skill that an investigative journalist should must and must have. Journalists are sometimes called upon to work on people from the government and other high-profile individuals, such as during the Pandora Papers investigation. So they encounter many challenges on the way, like life threats, political pressure, protection of sources, censorship, etc. It's important that they have problem-solving skills to overcome any difficulties or challenges on their way. They should be quick to find the problems and find solutions.

Secondly, I have to choose 'Creativity'. Creative journalism refers to a journalistic story than has been enhanced in a creative way by the journalist, possibly with an intent to mislead or with an objective to cause an event to happen that otherwise would not. Creativity isn't only needed to invent things. But, it has the same importance in case of investigation. The journalism industry needs new approaches to storytelling, fresh ideas around organizational structure and workflow, and bold experiments in revenue streams. On a smaller level, creativity is core to team morale and job enthusiasm, things some of us might be lacking

Third, 'Listening'. Listening is important because rumors and fake news (so-called) are sometimes important to investigate. The journalist must listen in order to obtain information and understand what is being verbalized, as well as to use listening as a tool for learning about a subject being discussed. For example, people that interrupt a speaker are demonstrating good listening skills.

    I have chosen "LISTENING."

I think for presenting a news about the leakage of almost 12 million documents the very first and the most important thing a journalist needs is "INFORMATION". If I say precisely, it is "VALID AND AUTHENTIC INFORMATION." Because all the gathered information are not always true or are from reliable sources. The skill of "LISTENING" will not only enable a person to get the information by listening to others but will also allow him to find out the Validity of information from all those gathered data by calculating the percentage of the information about a particular topic from various sources. And the collection of these valid and authentic information will ultimately lead him to the presentation of a reliable, informative and correct news about Pandora Papers.

Journalism, being a profession that gives you many challenges to face requires you to have a lot skills. No exception, for the investigation of the Pandora papers, it required the journalists to have some skills as well. To me, all the above given skills are important for the journalists who leaked the Pandora papers. But for the sake of the given challenge, if I am to list the skills from to most important one to important but less than its previous one, I would list the important skills in the following order.
At first, to me the most important skill that helped the journalists in the Pandora papers, is problem solving. If we think and give it a closer look, we will see that the journalists had to give a lot of effort to investigate the Pandora papers. If we talk in numbers, we will see that the Pandora Papers are 11.9 million leaked documents with 2.9 terabytes of data that the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists published, beginning on 3 October 2021. The leak exposed the secret offshore accounts of 35 world leaders, including current and former presidents, prime ministers, and heads of state as well as more than 100 billionaires, celebrities, and business leaders. The news organizations of the ICIJ described the document leak as their most expansive expose of financial secrecy yet, containing documents, images, emails and spreadsheets from 14 financial service companies, in nations including Panama, Switzerland and the UAE. All these, indeed took a lot of time, a lot of hard work and a lot of effort to investigate and publish to the world. Initially, it all was like a problem to the journalists and with all their ability to solve problems, to think and to act, they could solve the problem. Before publishing, it required to be solved at first. And the journalists did that well. In this investigation, to me the most important skill required was problem solving.
The next important skill to me is listening. After gather all the information about the papers from different sources, it required to collaborate and combine all the information so that it gets validation. The journalists had to listen to other journalists, at the same time they had to give importance to others opinion in order to come to a conclusion regarding the investigation. Listening was indeed important for this.
Ranking 3rd, I think creativity was important next to listening for the journalists. They all had to arrange and publish all these amounts of documents in such a way that the world gives them their attention. It required the creativity of all the journalists to do this in the way it has been done. And without their creativity in publishing and arranging the Pandora papers, people might not have given so much attention to the investigation.
Last but not the least, the skill that was important for the journalist was speaking. The journalists, after doing all these investigations, arranging and publishing them, if they had not spoken about what actually they did in front of the people, normal people might not have understood the investigation properly. The journalists themselves had to speak for their work and their investigation and they did it well. It was a skill indeed important for the investigations of Pandora papers

The most important skill to me for the journalists is being creative. Because by having a creative mind anyone of us can do something unimaginable . we can act differently , behave differently and think differently by just being creative. Creativity gives us a unique perspective of view on any topic. Pandora papers is a huge topic and obviously affects many powerful personalities such as businessman , influencers politicians, leaders etc. And we need power to fight against them. in this case creativity will give us the super power To fight against these powerful people.

I think the 2nd most important skill would be listening. Listening is such a skill that can help anyone to know about different ideas and news . this skill might help to know some things that those persons are keeping secret. Also, listening helps to increase the value of the news. Journalists can use this to make their news more informative .

After that the 3rd most important skill is problem solving. As a journalist, he must have to face a lots of problem. Because they go against high personalities to find secrets and to expose them. Therefore, problem solving skill can help them a lot to bee safe and uncovered .

Lastly , I choose speaking. Speaking can help a journalist tell everyone and reach to all people. I have choose it at last because without previous skills there is no value of speaking. Speaking helps to express the thoughts of our mind . Making people believe will become easier by achieving thee skill of speaking combined with other skills .

By influencing these skills any journalist can uncover and enlighten all shades in front of him.

I believe from the above four key skills, if we put them in order, from my point of view, the most important skill is creativity because as stated creative people an come up with ideas what might be going on and come up with their ideas and if u don't understand what's going on then we cannot definitely find the problem in the situation, and also not come up with something about what can be done in that situation about that matter being a journalist. So I believe as a journalist having creativity skill is most important.
Then I believe being a good listener in necessary because if you don't listen to the matter then how would you learn what is wrong, where it is going wrong and to get a solution or to decide something that should be done, one needs to get and understand the whole situation. That's why I believe being a good listener is important as a journalist after being creative.
After that I believe problem solving skill is important. This skill is important because to get into a decision or to do something about the situation, one have to get the situation, where the main loopholes is and then come up with something logical and creative that will work for the situation rather than creating new problems. So the problem solving skill is also very important.
I believe after all the skills, speaking skill is very important because after one learns about the situation and gets it and then thought about what can be done, one needs to spread it to others and then learn about their perspectives and thoughts. For that speaking skill is really important for speaking your perspective in whole so that you can also learn about their minds.

All the given skills are necessary but, I would like to place honesty above all those four skills.

Tons of reporters are creative, good at listening, a good orators, and problem solvers. But can these 4 qualities make them a good reporters?
Already so many inovative students have mentioned their stances, either they chose a specific skill above others or they said that all four are equally important. I know they are really important but my question is are those skills enough?

Creativity: It can be used to innovate illegal things and bring out ideas which are harmful for humanity and people can use their creativity and innovation for gaining their personal desires and money. Forexample "All the Prime Minister's Men" the report given by Aljazeera on Bangladesh created so many unnecessary controversies.

Problem Solving: I have heard many saying, Villains use their brain more and can solve problems much quicklier than others.
Now if a journalist use this skill for gaining more money, defaming another country, won't it be really unethical and create more adversities?

Speaking: Words are more powerful than swords. Tongues can destroy a nation. If a journalist use this skill to blackmail or defamation, it is a right thing? If they cheat others and bring out highly protected words of individuals through their sweet talks, hampering the privacy of those individuas by publishing those information, won't it put the individual into trouble?

Listening: If a journalist listens one things and exaggarate and spread more regarding what he has heard as well as make up information through diverting what he has heard, it will be unethical.

But these skills can beused for good and can change the world. The bridge that will aid to turn this skills from evil to good is honesty. Honesty will make the journalists question themselves incase of spreading any illegal reports. Honesty will stop yellow journalism.

I think among the 4 skills mentioned above, creativity is most important for a journalist.

Journalist, a person who writes news stories or articles for a newspaper or magazine or broadcasts them on radio or television. Generally a journalist firstly collect different news on different government occasions, accidents,polit6ics of a country and different investigation. Then publish it in their own language and make the whole story easy to understand for everyone. Journalists have to understand the whole incident of any situation and research a lot on that topic before publishing it to the media. They also have to generate different ideas that how they will define the circumstances to the general people. Besides, they have to realize the psychology of general people before publishing any news. So, for all of these that a journalist needs is creativity. Because journalists must have to have widest sense for their job. And I believe that journalism can't be fulfilled without creativity. From catching the summery of any events to forward it to the people almost in every steps a journalist needs creativity.

I think the journalists also have to have speaking skill. Because not always they just write articles and stories. In some places they have to deliver speech on specific topic, they have to describe the whole incidents in live. So they must have to have speaking skill also.

Thirdly, the skill that a journalist should have among those 4 is listening.

Journalists need this listening skill for getting different of different people. Not always their brain is strong enough for many situations. So, if they possesses this skill they have a chance to get different ideas from different people. This must help them in their works.

After all, for working properly in journalism it is not enough only to have the skill of writing and speaking, a journalist have to has the skill of problem solving. When a journalist will make a report he must need a solution in his report. So, this is also important skill for a journalist.

I believe problem solving skill is more important than other skills.

The reason is journalism is not a very friendly job. In such type of job, you make a lot of enemies. And in case of the pandora papers leak, the rich people may try to harm the journalist to protect or to hide their crimes. So if such instance ever occurs, a journalist must have the courage and the skill to solve such problems.

If I rank these skills , I will keep problem solving at the very top. Than there will be creativity as it will increase the enthusiasm to know more about any case and present it to the world in a proper way. I think that speaking will come next. Because a journalist must have his voice for the world. Then at the end, there is listening. As good listener is good learner.

I think a good journalist should have all these skills . Its not possible to be fully successful with just one or two skills.

    I have chosen <skill>

    My reasons are...

Extra challenge: Can you put them in an order, from most important to least and explain your order?

Remember - all work must be your own. We will not publish work we think has been copied off the internet and doesn't relate to the questions above.

To show it's your own, try to use phrases like "I think..." and "I believe..." and "Responding to (insert name's) point, I'd like to say...".

    I have chosen creativity.

    My reasons are,
    1. The document of transaction shown in the Pandora papers are not always illegal, those are often legit and done for
any donation process for the poor again these can also be 100% legit. So the journalists have to investigate these
papers with utmost dedication and use their creativity at the highest rate because their single silly mistake can
lead an honest person to get defamed and even make them get punished. On the other hand, The person who
was really involved in money laundering can be set free without any hesitation.

    2. How much an investigation report of a Pandora paper is getting value is also dependent on its presentation. If the facts are not presented properly, the whole work would be a wastage of time. So the creativity of the journalists work as a key factor here which makes the investigation report an acceptable one.

    3. The Pandora papers are extremely sensitive documents. Even one of It’s leak can create immense dispute among the general people residing in a country. So the journalists are required to be extra careful while handling those using their utmost creativity so that even if one of these comes in front of general people, minimum panic can be ensured.

From my point of view, "CREATIVITY" is the most important skill for a journalist. To write a document for Pandora papers anonymously and to bring it to light is a tough challenge. And to perform this challenge, one must have creativity. This skill will help him not to fall in troubles caused by the rich corrupts against whom the journalist writes his articles. To tackle the obstacles in his career, creativity will be the light of his path. When he falls in trouble, he must be creative enough to prove himself innocent. "A journalist must use creativity to solve problems that might prevent him getting the ‘camera’ in that position in the first place, to find the people with newsworthy stories to tell, to adapt when he can’t find the information we want, or it doesn’t say what we expected (in fact, factual storytelling requires an extra level of creativity given that we can only work with the truth)."- Online Journalism Blog.

The next skill a journalist need is problem solving skill. Journalists have a great impact and influence on their society and community. They exposes the evildoings not only because it is makes an appealing story, rather they publish this kind of news to stop government officials, corporate executives and people in power from abusing their power. For this reason they need to face many practical problems. To publish news after tackling their personal and social problems they require the problem solving skill.

Listening skill comes next. Listening is an important interpersonal and professional skill. Journalists are advised to practice the art of active listening, or consciously attending to the words being spoken by the individual with whom he is interacting. To write articles for Pandora papers a journalist must be a great listener, he must focus on both the elements of speech and expressions, and also concentrate on the intent and implications of the words, as well. It requires a practice of years and a very high concentration level.

The skill that comes next is speaking skill. To find out the required information to expose the leak of Pandora papers speaking skill is required but its importance is less compared to the other skills, for some reasons. However, speaking intelligently is definitely also an amazing and useful skill. When a journalist falls in trouble while investigating Pandora papers, he has to speak up for himself. He has to be smart enough to prove him innocent. And to do so he has to be a good speaker.

I must say, to be an overall good journalist, to investigate in Pandora papers, a journalist must have great command over all the four mentioned skills.

To solve the offshore taxation case or the PANDORA PAPERS INVESTIGATION, A JOURNALIST MUST HAVE PLENTY OF SKILLS. And in my opinion, the most important of them all is LISTENING. Listening helps a journalist to analyze data, information & perspectives precisely. And as the investigation is all about research analysis & problem-solving, the next skill I choose is problem-solving SKILL. PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILL HELPS A JOURNALIST TO GET CLOSER TO ANY CASE WHICH IS FILLED WITH VAST LABYRINTHS & MYSTERIES SUCH AS THIS OFFSHORE TAXATION ONE WHICH INCLUDES A TOTAL OF 11.9 MILLION DOCUMENTS AND PAPERS. But that too depends on the LISTENING SKILL as the problem-solving skill needs data analysis which is a quirk of THE LISTENING SKILL. Without proper analysis & data gathering, PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILL is of no use for a journalist.

Later on, I choose creativity. Because creative thinking is important to solve problems and decipher data & information which are gathered by journalists. Creativity opens the door to every possible skill there is. So it basically works as an auxiliary skill for all the major skills there is. And at last, I choose SPEAKING. Speaking is the skill which is needed for a journalist to explain the plot, data, and information and solve problems he acquired. Moreover, if the speaking skill is bad, nobody will listen to him seriously. And if the speaking skill is good, he can manage to get more and more interest and attraction from the audience. Thus, the Pandora paper case can be solved utilizing the skills of a journalist.

    I have chosen team speaking.

My reasons are to investigate an issue this big , it requires collective effort , innovative ideas , knowledge , team work etc. but no one cannot use them efficiently if the journalist cannot organize and motivate his fellow workers . Good speaking is the skill which allows people to share their ideas and make others work as a team. This is how the journalists working in Pandora papers can unlock their fullest potential. That is this is the only skill which complements other skills.

To put them in order according to my opinion, first is team speaking , then creativity , after that problem solver and last but not the least listening .

The skill I choose is listening.
My reason for choosing this skill is because being a good listener is being a good journalist. Thoroughly listening to people helps to see-through people's emotional and political veil and gathering necessary data on such high value cases. For a journalist of that magnitude listening carefully to interviews, sources and other journalists contribute the most in creating a informative all-round article backed with proper evidence.
The Pandora Papers are 11.9 million leaked documents with 2.9 terabytes of data that the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ) published beginning on 3 October 2021. The leak exposed the secret offshore accounts of 35 world leaders, including current and former presidents, prime ministers, and heads of state as well as more than 100 billionaires, celebrities, and business leaders. The news organizations of the ICIJ described the document leak as their most expansive exposé of financial secrecy yet, containing documents, images, emails and spreadsheets from 14 financial service companies, in nations including Panama, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates.
By virtue of their patient hearing and the ability to distinguish the facts from the lies through the power of listening, the journalists of various countries were able to pull of such a stunt. And information they collected supposedly came from interviewing many high ranked officials as well as valuable sources hidden in the mainstream population. Thus listening is, according to my opinion, the most important skill for a journalist of this magnitude.

I chose problem solving as the most important skill for a journalist for the pandora case .

A journalist has to investigate a case many time to solve it. If a journalist has the skill of problem solving and creativity then he will think differently and act differently. The evidence and all other documents that are needed to solve the case are not always there. So a journalist has to solve various problem with all the required information and evidence. To get those evidence the journalist must solve the puzzle. Journalist face unexpected situation .they need to come up with an effective solution. If a journalist can not identify the source of the problem then he cannot solve the problem. A journalist will face pressure ,in this situation he or she needs to handle the situation before the situation deviates.

so a journalist must have the problem solving skill.

    I have chosen "Problem Solving"
The reason I am choosing problem-solving is, for a journalist investigating pandora papers it is a must. The Pandora Papers reveal the inner workings of a shadow economy that benefits the wealthy and well-connected at the expense of everyone else. Millions of leaked documents and the biggest journalism partnership in history have uncovered financial secrets of 35 current and former world leaders, more than 330 politicians and public officials in 91 countries and territories, and a global lineup of fugitives, con artists, and murderers. The Pandora Papers investigation is larger and more global than even ICIJ’s landmark Panama Papers investigation, which rocked the world in 2016. So uncovering this type of big secret needs excellent problem-solving skills. As they have uncovered a secret that is associated with so many powerful people of the world, they would have faced many problems. To avoid those problems they need problem-solving skills. Journalists can solve all the labyrinths they will face in investigation with the help of problem-solving.
    EXTRA CHALLENGE:
    1. Problem-solving: As journalists have to solve many puzzles while investigating. So with the skill of problem-solving, they can easily solve those puzzles and shine in their life. With a great sense of problem-solving, they can easily connect all the information and process the news.
    2. Listening: If a journalist is a great listener, they can make the news by hearing information from others. Good listeners always remember everything they hear. So it is also necessary to be a good listener.
    3. Creativity: They should make their news creatively so that readers are attracted to read the news.
    4. Speaking: Journalists should be fluent speakers. Because they need to attract their audience with their speaking skills.

Problems are nothing but wake-up calls for creativity.

For me, I think “Problem Solving” is a good skill for a journalist. A good problem solver can create a solution for the problem and creativity is nothing but creating original ideas for the problem. In the case of pandora papers, the biggest problem ICIJ faced is to publish it to the public or not. There were many reactions of the countries about this issue where most of them was negative. If the problem was solved before publishing by discussing the issue with the countries, it would be solved easily.

I’ve chosen “Speaking” as the the third important skill for a journalist. These leaked informaitons are top secret and sensitive. So, any lack of information or explanation might cause a big riot. In this case, speaking skill is most important.

“Listening” is not less than any other skills. But as these informations were leaked as a file, not as a speech, listening skill not that much effective in this issue.

We got four skills there, all of which highly benefit a journalist to investigate on any issue. When it comes to the fact of Pandora Paper , in my opinion, it is impossible to deny the presence of one than the other. All the four skills are very deeply interconnected to have a thorough investigation and a remarkable outcome.

I find "CREATIVITY" and " PROBLEM SOLVING" to be the core processor having "LISTENING" and "PROBLEM SOLVING" on its both sides as input and output. The Chain follows like:
    LISTENING __ creativity;problem solving__SPEAKING

First of all, a journalist must be a good listener, for it is the way through which he or she gets the source of any information. Now the listener must not be a judging one or a biased one. Because, there is always the other side of a coin. And something which is not always clearly evident. So it is only possible for a good listener to patiently wait for the thorough process and then move for a decision. A good piece of information is the precondition of a GOOD DECISION.
Then comes CREATIVITY and PROBLEM SOLVING. CREATIVITY is actually what needed for all the other three factors. If a journalist is possessing this skill, he or she will be a creative listener, problem solver and finally a creative speaker(publisher). He or she will not maintain any traditional or structured way of investigation. Based on the current problem of "Pandora Paper", he or she will seek for some out of the box concepts to jump into the problem.
Again problem solving is another vital skill. After collecting information(listening), with their own creativity now it is the turn for solving that problem at their hand. In case of investigative journalism, reporters deeply investigate a single topic of interest. For instance, serious crimes, political corruption, corporate wrongdoing and many others. And in investigative journalism, journalists are solving problems step by step to obtain the ultimate result. And that is exactly why we saw 12 million documents there in the PANDORA PAPER, where there had been the problem solving activities done on each of the papers.

Last, yet a very crucial skill is "SPEAKING". After all the usage of the three skills, this is what through which a journalist publish his or her work. Now not all the news, no matter how much important it is, is published in way that can catch the people or concerned authority. And here exactly, the SKILL or the art Of SPEAKING comes. A creative speaker can present his news in the way it can work the best.

Ultimately, a through and qualitative investigation of "PANDORA PAPER" requires the amalgamation of all these four skills in a planned manner.

The four journalistic skills are important and interrelated, but according to me:
1 I think that the skill of listening is the first of the most important skills, because the skill of listening requires a person to be fully present, so if he listens with his ears only, he will undoubtedly lose a large part of the information; This is because some communication processes take place without words, so he who is distinguished by his ability to listen well keeps his eyes open during the process of listening to others and communicating with them. Few people. Researcher Jerome says, “No one bothers to talk to a listener who has no intention of hearing.” A good listener, with his sweet approach to listening, makes it easier The speaker has to deliver the information, because he shows his interest in what he speaks, so it is important.
2In my opinion, speaking skill comes second because speaking skill is the ability of people to speak at any time and in any situation that needs to use its own language Example: What is your job with whom you speak? If you want to become a social person, you must communicate with your friends and family and transfer your means to Knowing the rules of speaking skill, improving verbal power, and being mindful of who you are talking to and when you are speaking so that you can reach your goals.
A speaking skill that is used in many situations that we encounter daily and helps us communicate with people. A speaking skill is not only technical. Some believe that skills occur only with a loud voice, but this is wrong. All aspects of a skill that occur from tact, persuasion, appropriate morals, and a calm voice must be compatible. Finally, we must know that speaking skills It is related to many techniques that make the sound clear, attractive and controlled to provide valuable content so it is very useful.

After reading all the statements, more than one comment from the participants' opinions, I chose the "creativity skill".
Creativity involves thinking about things that no one has taken into consideration before, and that the journalist must be creative until the last time he sends it is elaborate and correct with a big and important opinion, and where I think that no one will appreciate the existence of the creative journalist until after he is gone, so the companion must To prove his creativity by finding creative solutions to problems and also I think he should be able to communicate information effectively and effectively, and also when talking about the Pandora case undoubtedly he was not thinking about this thing as a journalist, adding that there are many journalists who have They heard about this news, but they avoided it, because they thought that this was a special international news that the world had no right to know. Journalists, and thus deduced the importance of the creativity skill of the journalist to reveal hidden secrets.
I also think that the creativity skill of the journalist helps him to develop his ideas and he adds to his work a degree of excellence in the form of information and also he can influence people through this skill, through whether he can understand and analyze them before thinking about creative solutions and then deliver them and reply to communicate with the world and so on He can communicate his opinion and ideas to the world.

I think that the second skill required is "problem solving", because when a journalist wants to escalate something important in the whole world, he may go in a dangerous direction to know information and a source that not everyone knows, it is certain that the journalist faces problems, the journalist who possesses this skill can solve problems, when The journalist went with Pandora's case, of course she had a problem threatening people and society with money and good value in society by cutting his salary, firing him or threatening the family, but this journalist overcame this problem by using this skill in a smart way, so every station chief must In the media, he should do a test for the press who has him, and verify this skill, because it is possible that if a journalist is found who does not possess this skill, he may be expelled, and regained when this skill is developed.

I think that the third skill is “speaking skill.” A good journalist must be adapted to the parts of communication and speaking, and I think that speaking skill is an important skill because it increases the journalist’s effectiveness and influence in his work with others. And understanding and so that others can issue appropriate opinions and judgments related to the news, for example, in the tomato case. Then the journalist who sent this information to the world is sure of it, except when he heard about this case by chance. When he heard this case or news, he went to research and develop his information, to send it to the world, and I also believe that when listening well, no disagreements and no problems arise because of simple reasons.

The most important skill I have chosen for the journalists is creativity. Being creative or thinking in a creative way that others simply can't think about it is the most powerful weapon of journlist. If the person thinks in a creative way then he/she can collect more information or evidance without falling into any kind of problem.

The 2nd most important skill will be problem solving. Being a journalist they are always surrounded by problems. They always go on undercover or on secret missions. So problem solving will help them to come out from any situation.

The 3rd most important skill is listening. If the journalist is a good listener then he/she can hear the situation and understant it. If he/she is a good listener then they can catch the things that the person is trying to hide from others.

And the last important skill is speaking. If the journalist is a good speaker than he/she can tell the news in a effective way. That others will believe and also they will understand it.

I believe that all skills are as important as listening, speaking, problem solving and creative thinking. It is natural for a journalist to be a good listener to be able to conduct a dialogue and thus be able to solve problems in a creative way.. but in the context of Pandora's papers, I think that the skill of creative thinking was very important to be able to complete his work for months on this project to reach the facts and to put them in a context of transparency The necessary, this creative work of journalists in achieving “Pandora Papers” can be employed in a process of change that puts the profession in its most influential position....

The skill I have chosen is listening. The reason that I chose this skill is because to represent a combined paper like Pandora paper .

The most important skill I have chosen for a journalist is creativity. A person's creativity helps them think outside and think outside the box. They can be creative and unique in their own way in any field. Being creative or being creative is almost always going to get you some extra winning cards. Pandora Papers is big news and definitely affects many big personalities like politicians, executives, businessmen, etc. To combat these forces, journalists need creativity. They have to think of unique ways to reach people with this news, escape from the clutches of their enemies, and capture these secrets more.
The second most important skill is speaking. Talking can help a reporter reach people more clearly. The more exciting the news, the harder it is to believe. Making people believe will become easier with this skill. Also, to take out information during interviews, this skill may come in handy. So, this skill also comes in quite handy.
The third most important skill is problem-solving. As a journalist, the problem is ensured. Because journalists are embarking on a dangerous path. They infiltrate, sneak into secret red lands, and clash with high profile figures to find out. So the ability to solve problems can help them get out of trouble. However, since this skill covers a narrower field than creativity, it comes in at 2nd place.
Last Listening. Listening is a skill that can help a reporter with the story. As in press conferences and interviews, this skill can help capture some of the things the person might be trying to hide. In addition, listening increases the value of information. Journalists can use it to make their news more informative

I think that the most important skill for a journalist, which he must possess, is creativity, because it enables the journalist to put forward ideas and help him to understand the news, and then the problem-solving skill, because he was able to solve problems and determine what we think about the news and the most logical opinions, then the skill of listening and listening helps to collect all the important information We need and understand the news, then the speaking skill and help the journalist to speak and master all languages, learn and understand the news

The expertise I have picked is Listening. The explanation that I picked this expertise is on the grounds that to address a joined paper like Pandora paper.
Being a decent audience is critical on account of columnist as it assists with understanding individuals' passionate state and address confounded cases by and large like directing meetings, track down sources, and arrange all the data expected to compose a balanced report.
The Pandora Papers are 11.9 million spilled records with 2.9 terabytes of information that the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ) distributed start on 3 October 2021. Here the writer clearly paid attention to one another while introducing the entire bundle of spilled data impeccably.
On the opposite side of the currency to bring and gather the information writers needed to take meet with local people, authorities and regarded affected individuals to pay attention to their points of view and assessments.

I pick CREATIVITY as the main abilities In the news business, we're lacking in assets — there's just such a lot of time, work, and cash to go around - and in urgent need of groundbreaking thoughts and methods. Fortunately, such restricted assets can help innovativeness as opposed to obstructing it. "Albeit 'inventive limitation' seems like an ironic expression, one way of starting innovative activity is to compel it," compose Tom and David Kelley in Creative Confidence: Unleashing the Creative Potential Within Us All. "Given a decision, a large portion of us would obviously lean toward somewhat more spending plan, somewhat more staff, and somewhat more time. Yet, requirements can spike inventiveness and affect activity, as long as you have the certainty to accept them." It's not difficult to excuse imagination as an extravagance, yet we can hardly wait for the news to dial back or for that substitute essayist to be recruited. New techniques to narrating, novel thoughts for authoritative construction and work process, and yearning income age adventures are totally required in the news area. On a more limited size, inventiveness is fundamental for camaraderie and occupation energy, the two of which a few of us might need. We, our groups, and our crowds all advantage from inventiveness.

The following expertise that I will pick is the PROBLEM SOLVING ability. As the establishment keeps on developing reporting, the idea of news-casting is consistently moving, with prevailing fashions and subjects coming all through prevalence. A few subjects get instilled in the cerebrums of writers, impacting their day by day news detailing propensities and, thus, scholarly exploration points. Arrangements news coverage, which is "thorough writing about ways to deal with cultural issues," is one such technique (Solutions Journalism Network, 2017, n.p.). This sort of revealing squeezes into the logical capacity of news coverage, which tries to add data past the quick front and center concern, or to go past the "who, what, when, where" that regularly characterizes the issue, and spotlight on "What are individuals doing about it?" (McIntyre, Dahmen and Abdenour, 2016). In the area, arrangement based revealing is acquiring footing.

A new survey of American columnists observed that context oriented news-casting capacities, for example, arrangement situated reporting, are well known (McIntyre et al., 2016). Subsequent to finding out with regards to arrangements news coverage, respondents communicated good sentiments about it and guaranteed they would be more disposed to utilize it than other logical classes (McIntyre et al., 2016). Moreover, around 3,000 writers have gotten formal arrangements news-casting preparing (Solutions Journalism Network, 2017). What's more, instructors are beginning to help it because of recent college grads' craving to have an effect. (Loizzo, Watson and Watson, 2017; Solutions Journalism Network, 2017; Thier, 2016). This kind of detailing, by its very nature expecting columnists to think about the effect of their work, has brought to the cutting edge banter about the job writers play in a majority rule society. Arrangement situated detailing pushes columnists to contemplate the social obligation of the press and question whether they think about society's wellbeing in their day by day points of view and propensities. That is the reason I pick Problem addressing as the second most significant expertise in reporting.

Thirdly I pick the SPEAKING expertise. Talking is, unquestionably, among the main abilities for writers in securing and passing on data across stages. Correspondence not really set in stone by what is said, yet additionally by how it is said. The capacity to convey your message concisely and self-assuredly while additionally paying attention to others can massively affect how your story unfurls. While great talking abilities will get individuals to recount to you intriguing stories — regardless of whether they're quiet, language rambling specialists or normal individuals who aren't accustomed to being met — the best columnists are additionally the people who utilize their compassion and comprehension of the predicament of those affected to channel their crude feelings and open up.

Finally I pick the ability LISTENING. Writers are told to rehearse undivided attention, which is focusing on the words said by the individual with whom they are talking. That infers they should focus on both the parts of discourse and articulations, just as the words' plan and suggestions. It requires a significant degree of consideration just as the ability to shut out foundation commotion or superfluous data. To put it another way, the writer should figure out how to pay mindfully with a solitary concentration. Yet, in the area of news-casting imagination and critical thinking and talking are a higher priority than talking. Since by just taking meetings or speaking with others not having any imagination and critical thinking amd talking in his/her works a columnist can't make news which will be acknowledged by the crowd.
