American Election - Final Piece

Can you tell me a bit about yourself?

My name is Steve Jobs and I am 43 years old. I currently work at Microsoft and I am the owner of it. In my opinion, climate change matters to me because tonnes of plastic is always wasted into our oceans, which is destroying our oceans and killing our marine life.

How do you feel about tomorrow’s election?

I feel happy about tomorrow’s election because as I live in California, my state is worth 55 electoral points which is the highest possible number of points. And also Trump and Biden had an argument which didn’t help anything at all recently.

How powerful do you think your vote is?

I think my vote is very powerful because my vote counts as 55 points and my state votes Democrat.

Why should people vote tomorrow?

I think people should vote tomorrow because if they didn’t then there wouldn’t be any election or anyone to become president. Also, it gives everybody over 18 the chance to choose their leader.

Can you explain why some people might not vote?

Some people might not be able to vote because of their age and they might not know about politics.

What about the presidency? Would you ever run for president? Why?

I would run for president because I would like to stop people building a wall between America (United States or USA) and Mexico. The thing that matters to me the most is climate change and if I was president, I would make policies that will help our planet. Also I was born in America and have lived here for 35 years.
