Competitions happen...!

Hello dear reader, today my topic will be about companies fighting each other and how companies take over the world...!

At the outset, I will say that from my point of view, competition is a healthy thing in the field of business because it motivates every company to improve its production, which is in the interest of the consumer and major companies always fight fierce battles to reduce their prices and offer a range of new offers to the consumer and provide high service Quality and thoughtful...!
_________________________________
Let's start with a report on some of the companies that fought other companies, most notably (Apple vs. Microsoft)
First (who are Apple and Microsoft)
Apple and Microsoft are two giants in the field of technology. Both companies put the whole world in our hands through our mobile phones. Behind both companies are two of the most famous minds that shaped the technology revolution (Steve Jobs and Bill Gates) These two struggled to control our new era ( advanced age) ....!
These two companies were founded in 1975 and 1976, respectively, and the two companies have grown in the whole world to become today one of the most famous and largest companies in the world....!

Why did the two companies compete and what did they compete for?!
They competed fiercely for their market shares and after decades the two companies exchanged the title of the most valuable brand in the market...!
(In my opinion, such competitions have sharp statements towards each other..!)
________________________________
Can you imagine that when these companies competed with each other, Apple was on the brink of bankruptcy, and the company that saved them from bankruptcy was Microsoft, the same company that competed with them, which saved them from bankruptcy...!
Here I will leave you with an important question (In your opinion, how did Apple go bankrupt?! And why did the competing company save it from bankruptcy?! And how did you save it?!!)
I'll leave you a question that you can answer in different ways (Why might major companies compete with each other?!!)
In my opinion, it is competing for a primary position to become a station for the world's attention and to raise the company's shares and to show the world the extent of their strength...!

In the end i want to say that In my opinion, no company lives forever, but at the same time, the managers and makers of the company do not want that
My question here is (Do you think that there is a company that lives forever and what are the things that make the life of the company longer?!!)

Here, dear reader, I have finished my topic for today. I hope you enjoyed and got useful information...

Well, there could be a lot of reasons, including:
_ Apple suffered from certain circumstances that made it reduce the quality of its products.
_ That Microsoft developed its products and outperformed Apple.
And there are also many reasons why Microsoft criticizes Apple for losing, including:
_ She felt that Apple was a strong competitor, so she wanted to bring her back to the competition, to prove again that it is the best.
She could be helping her by giving her a plan to update a device, or she just wants to provide this help , to the time that she until she needs it.

      Thank you leadership dog..
Well, in my opinion, I am of the idea that the survival of the other competitor is essential to the survival of creativity, and that if the competitor begins to crumble, instead of crushing him, help should be extended to him...!
(I think that Microsoft saved Apple because of its contempt, that is, to show the world that it is stronger than Apple and can save it...!)
And it turned out that in 1985, after a series of long events that are not mentioned here, the founder of Apple, “Steve Jobs,” was expelled from the company. Jobs was out of the company for 12 years, during which the apple deteriorated in an unprecedented way until it was close to bankruptcy. Failed products, disorderly strategies, useless products, and most importantly: a tremendous progress to rival Microsoft after the launch of the Windows 95 operating system, which completely dominated the digital computer market...!
(That is, one of the reasons for the collapse of Apple is that its founder was expelled from the company..!)
Therefore, in my opinion, if the founder of the company had not been fired, Apple would not have been at the point of collapse...!

.I liked your post very much, it was very interesting, but I would like to ask you a question: Do you think that what Microsoft did was right when you saved Apple? It is possible that if you had not saved Apple, Apple would have gone bankrupt and Microsoft would have become the world’s dominant in the technology sector. Why did you save it and Do you think it's right what Microsoft did?

I do not think that there are companies that live forever..but the life of the company can be longer in the presence of competition between companies, which has the greatest impact on the renewal and continuity of the companies’ work. And it increases demand, innovating everything new, competing for customer service and meeting their needs and desires permanently. If there is no competition, there will be an alternative and the company’s demise from the market. Competition is a basic requirement for making companies more sustainable and commercially successful, and building a famous brand for them...... Competition is a challenge to create continuous success

      aware_painting's comment 26 Jan 2022

Actually I don't agree with you!
Competition is not a necessary factor in the success of companies or a key factor for success
It may be part of the success, but it is not an essential part!
(For example, we in school do not consider competition the most important thing, but consider that studying and understanding what is required of us is the basis of our excellence!!)
And from my point of view (if you keep competing with the rest of the companies, you will continue to monitor their position throughout your life, and therefore you will get nothing but that you will be upset by the idea that they are of a high and prestigious position, and this is the first reason for failure!!)

In my opinion, I think that the most important thing that a company does to become strong and independent is when I searched and asked a lot about the reason for success, the answer was (a realistic goal) or we can say (a great innovative idea)!
Let's take the example on Amazon!
Amazon was nothing but a small bookstore!
But when she decided to set real goals and became aware that she had a great future, she began to be inspired by creative ideas!

And the second key factor is (good staff).
This is what the company will need after planning a great idea!
Who will implement this planned idea are the work team!
But in fact, some companies do not accept any worker who applies to them!
Rather, they need to make sure that he is highly skilled and precise!
It is not easy to find the worker they need with certain qualities!

And the third most important thing is (work hard)!
After we planned a brilliant idea and found the right team too, now we need this important point!
I think that what draws the attention of customers the most is (how they are dealt with), for example, there is a team of companies that do not meet the demands of customers as they wish!
It is great for the team to have good, fast and accurate work at the same time to draw the attention of customers!
(It is as we see today that when a person buys something from a company, he will tell his friend that this company is treated very well, and that will make his friend eager to buy something from this company, and that will be a great opportunity to increase the company’s sales!)

So in my opinion, having one's own business is very attractive for a number of reasons: it makes you your own master, lets you work with great people, enables you to set your own work schedule, and gives you the opportunity to turn your passion into a business, but that despite From all of this, it is not easy.!!

The question: Why did Microsoft bail out Apple as two tech giants were vying with each other for the dominant PC position? In August of 1997, Bill Gates bailed out Apple, which at that time was on the verge of bankruptcy. While most companies will let their competitors die, this is the story when two companies decided to help each other out rather than leave one behind.

      appreciative_pear's comment 26 Jan 2022

Thanks for your comment, now I'll tell the story in a nutshell!
Apple — the iPhone company founded by Steve Jobs — is the largest company in the world today in terms of market value and sales of smart phones (iPhone) are very strong. But Apple in the late 1990s was close to bankruptcy, if it did not have an iPhone yet and was dependent on sales of Macintosh computers and even had problems with its founder Steve Jobs. Although Apple was considered a competitor to Microsoft, Microsoft - the Windows company founded by Bill Gates - decided to save its competitor Apple because of a sudden that did not occur to people's minds.!!

The shares that Microsoft bought from Apple are (non-voting) shares!
So it is clear that Microsoft's goal in buying non-voting shares was not to control them!
      But what happened?!
What happened at that time is that Microsoft was on the approach of monopoly!
That is, it was breaking the competition cracking!!
This method made Microsoft founder (Bill Gates) a very, very bad reputation!!
So much so that the court in America decided to summon Bill Gates to interrogate him regarding the issue of monopoly!!
In fact, a year after Microsoft rescued Apple, the Ministry of Justice summoned the Ministry of Justice to investigate this matter!
And this issue was very controversial and people were nervous to the point that some of the men stood at the door of Microsoft, waiting for Bill Gates to come and hit him with cream (or I don't know what) in the face!!

Microsoft's love for monopoly, this thing exists today with evidence when Bill Gates came out and said (The vaccine is a slice !!)

Saving another company is a good job, because if we rescue a company one day, it will return the favor to us one day if we fall into the same problem, and this work increases the fame and name of the company on the age of people and increases its customers

It is possible to help companies in more than one of these ways: giving them money as a debt so that the company’s condition improves, supporting it with employees, participating with it in a project, or becoming a partner with it.

In my opinion, Arab companies are important to their society and foreign companies are important to their society, because the economic situation is more affecting foreign companies than Arab companies, but Arab companies do what they can and this does not mean that Arab companies do not work and in my opinion it is possible to find a solution to the problem is foreign companies donate to Arab companies and this It will help them make people think that Arab companies have a place

I am innocent as an ordinary person, yes, because the Arab companies, their economic situation does not allow them to create events and not only to create events, as well as moral and verbal and this is what causes weakness in Arab companies ... and there is a solution to this problem is foreign companies support Arab companies verbally and morally and the economic situation and this if it becomes Thus, Arab companies will know their position like foreigners

            thank you !
And now I will tell you why no Arab company has become global until now!
It cannot be denied that Arab companies can be even greater than Amazon, but there are reasons that prevent them, which are:
1_ There are no students with enough culture or education!!
Why ? Because universities and schools in general do not give me the comprehensive curriculum on the information we really need for our future!!
2_ We do not have the necessary tools or tools for what we want to do!! Indeed, for example, if China wants to make an army of robots, it will be able, and quite simply, it is true that it will last perhaps 10 years, but in the end it will make what it wants! As for the Arabs, on the contrary, there is nothing that will help them to do what they want!
3_ Compare them to others!! This is the most realistic fact because when Arabs decide to do something, they always look at others who are a degree older than them, and this will make them feel hopeless and indifferent!

But do not forget (Saudi Arabia) that it has the fifth largest company in the world (Aramco Company), and it is the largest oil company in the world! It was founded in 1933 and its fortune reached $7 trillion in 2010!!
Where countries come from another world to buy oil from Saudi Arabia!

      splendid_fruit's comment 06 Feb 2022

And other than the companies I mentioned (Independent_Technology)
We are the Arab world (petroleum countries!)
Did you know that we have 415 billion barrels of oil! Meaning 65% of the world's oil reserves!
And also that we produce more than a third of the oil in the world! There are many countries that depend for their economy on oil, and it is possible that without oil, you might think that we, as Arab countries, will become very poor!
I will say that your thinking is correct! It is a real thing that the Gulf countries, especially (the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia) would not have remained in this development that they are today!! But in your opinion, what if we did not have this oil?!!
The sisters would not have fought each other in the Iraq and Kuwait war, but we had not heard of the project (oil for food) that the United Nations carried out to allow Iraq to sell a small part of its oil! To be able to feed her people!!
And America would not have occupied Iraq under the pretext of (nuclear!)
The whole world was not afraid of the Arab regions in the 1973 war when the Gulf states stood with Egypt and Syria to ban oil from America!
(In my opinion, the Gulf states use oil as a threat to America!)
But what would happen if we had no oil! We would not have lost or the world would not control us, but the world would have witnessed an (agricultural revolution) in the Arab countries! Because the area of agricultural land represents 14% of the Arab world! That is 2 million square kilometers!!)
Do you know how many people will be fed if we planet in our country?!
We will fed the one third of the whole world!

        efficient_explanation's comment 07 Feb 2022

In fact, I do not agree with you at all!
(If oil disappears from the Arab world, we will become poor!)
        Do you know why?!
Because, apart from oil, we would also be world leaders with renewable energy from our bright country! And we can produce enough energy for the whole world!! All this is in addition to wind, sea energy and bioenergy. All these resources, if we use them, will not only suffice our energy needs, but we will also preserve the environment from dangerous climate change!!

And to know that he changed all this, that it would be a tourist stop for all the inhabitants of the earth!!
That is, in Palestine, Christians from all over the world come to see the Church of the Annunciation and the Church of the Nativity, and we enjoy the best climate ever!
        And overlooking the Mediterranean!
And in which there are 11 million olive trees!!
And each tree is more than a million years old! Can you imagine that?!
And also, do not forget that there is the oldest city in human history (the city of Jericho!)
And that we have Egypt, which is called (the mother of the world!) to which tourists come to see the beauty and grandeur of the pyramids!
And that there are Pharaonic monuments!
And we have the Sumerian monuments in Iraq and the gardens of Babylon, which were built more than a hundred years ago!
And the Phoenician civilization in the Levant countries!
And we have in (UAE) the tallest tower in the world! Burj Khalifa, and the beauty of the islands in it!
And also, do not forget the beauty of the sunset in Algeria!
        And and and etc...!
        ___________
Not only that we enjoy the most beautiful climates and countries in the Arab world!
But also we, as one country, unite us to show the world our strength with each other and unite us!
And have you wondered how are the youth in the Arab world?!
In the beginning, young people represent 60% of the population of the Arab world!
Their ages range from (15-35) able to produce and innovate in all fields!
More than 50% of them have completed their basic education, and 19% of them have completed their university education!
This made the Arab world the highest unemployment rate in the world!
We also need to know that (petroleum is a non-renewable energy!) meaning that it will run out one day!
And we need to know that we don't need oil at all!
We need to start giant economic scientific projects! (in renewable energy_agriculture_tourism_industry!)
To have a great impact on the world!
In my opinion, (maybe oil is important, but we are more important!)

Well, nothing lives forever, but if the company's products are worth it, there will be someone to guarantee it to last.
There are also many reasons for the company's survival for a longer period, including:
1 The company should have its own way of presenting its products and advertisements.
2 The company's products are of high quality.
3 The company’s location should be strategic, where everyone can access it, or even make a website so that all people from all over the world can access it.
