For each Project, we give you the chance to ask questions to experts in the area.
Meet Chro Salih! She's the Programme Officer in Iraq at Women for Women. Women for Women is an organisation that helps women survivors of war rebuild their lives.
As Chro said, she works in Iraq and strongly believes that educating females can change whole families and societies.
See Chro's answers in the comments below. Here's a couple of highlights:
How did you prepare the psychology of the women who came out of war?
fabulous_flight, Marka Prep. Girls School 2, Jordan
Thanks for your question. First of all, we provide the knowledge and awareness to women about the impact of the war and conflict on women and how to set up a personal goal. Women for Women provide a participant handbook so that women can do weekly homework and improve their literacy skills. They also learn about overcoming conflict through negotiation and learn how they can resolve interpersonal conflict.
Does your organization help women with physical problems or women in the streets who are suffering?

Yes, it does. Women for Women helps and supports women psychologically by providing them with stress management classes, training on how to deal with depression and how to rebuild their life due to the war and conflict (particularly for the Syrian refugee women). Also, Women for Women provide referral services to women who are in dire need of psychological support and ensuring the needs of these women are met.
