Well, in my opinion, the increase in the number of manpower in the company has a direct relationship with the increase in profits. The greater the number of manpower in the company, the greater the profits.

Also, when the number of manpower is large, there will be room to replace (incompetent) workers, if any.

Employing permanent workers is one of the companies’ goals, but it does not top the list of goals. This can reduce the number of unemployed young people, and provide them with a decent life.
