Foreign votes: The rights of people in different countries

Brexit has become a HUGE problem. It's going to be legally sceduled on 29th March 2019, and now Theresa May is trying to pull a third vote on the Brexit deal. But there's one thing that really confuses me: why aren't people in different countries(outside the EU) able to vote? I mean, I know it's supposed to be about the EU, but the Brexit deal will have a big impact on the UK, so I think that the government should hear what everyone should say. Also, it's unfair on the people who can't get out of their country to the UK. For example, a person from a poor country wants to go to Britain to vote about Brexit, but doesn't have the money to book a flight. And for the people who say "It's only for the UK, it doesn't change anything if a person in a different country votes." it makes me think: "That's a bit unfair." and it makes people unhappy too!

Thanks for your post. Can you think about what the challenges might be, voting about issues to do with a different country if you don't live there? Why might this not be allowed?
Voting issues with for country isn’t allowed because It just isn’t right. For example somebody in another country or maybe continent voting for the future of Brexit...They wouldn’t really know much about it
