What Is Brexit?

I would really like to know your feedback, I hope you enjoy it!

On Thursday 23rd of June there was a vote deciding if the UK should stay in the European Union. Leaving the European Union won by 51.9 % to 48.1%.The EU is a political group of people involving 28 European countries, it has it's very own currency which is used by 19 of the member countries and also it's own parliament. The UK is expected to leave the EU on the 29th of March even if there is no deal with the EU goverment or not. Politicians want to get a deal quickly since they want to make sure when we leave it is easy for businesses to get stuff such as food from plantations in other countries. If we left without a deal the UK would suffer; food chains have warned of less food shortages of fresh food and the NHS have been gathering lots of different medicines just in case supplies from the EU are delayed.

At the moment, Theresa May is trying to get a new deal with the EU goverment and MP's are holding quite a few votes on possible changes to Theresa's deal; also including a bid to provent a no-deal leaving.MP's are not happy about the deal because they think it would leave Britain stuck to the EU with no say over are rules. If babies are born after that particular date to humans that have agreed these rules will be included in the agreement.

Do you want to leave the EU?
