What is democracy?

Benefits of democracy.

Democracy is a vote between people. Democracy is good because everyone would get their say. So sometimes this is not the case, there is a rule in the UK that if you are under 18 years old, you cannot vote. Even though you cannot vote, you still have the right to have your say in the event.

Dictatorship is the opposite of democracy, this is where people do not have the right to elect who they want to represent the country. North Korea is an example, Kim John Un was not elected. Un's family have been ruling that part of Korea for 70 years now.

Flawed Democracy

Flawed Democracy is where there is a none equal decision, that would be missing any of these things : -rule of law or -equality of the vote (I forgot the other one from my lesson).
