We have the knowledge, skills and technologies to stop climate change. There are many things that humanity can do to stop the destruction of Earth. Here are a few:

Protesting can get your voice heard when you can't vote on anything yet or ripple aren't listening to you. The leaders of countries have a job to listen, protect and strengthen the place they look after. If they didn't notice the 1000 emails you sent about climate change, gather a protest or join one to get them to notice you. Protesting means a statement or action expressing disapproval of or objection to something. Whenever kids are not getting what they want then adults will just say vote on it or if your not old enough to vote, then protest. So thats what we should do. We should protest against climate change. The more people, the more effective it will be. It's always safety in numbers!

Reduce your electricity

One of the most reasons to why climate change, is the electricity being used. 25% of the global greenhouse gas emissions is electricity and heat production. One way we could reduce our gas emissions, is by getting your electricity from the wind and the sun. Wouldn't it be nice to weaken the big climate polluters that burn fossil fuels like coal, oil and gas? Well, you can, by switching to a green energy provider which is often cheaper than the other energy providers. Even though a lot of our electricity now comes from renewables, the UK still powers up on a lot of climate-wrecking gas. Just by unplugging appliances and turning off the lights can help save the planet. Every light counts!

Reduce our paper waste

By reducing, reusing and recycing, we can stop the deforestation going on in our planet. Recycling helps protect the environment. Recycling reduces the need for extracting, refining and processing raw materials all of which create air and water pollution. As recycling saves energy it also reduces greenhouse gas emissions, which helps to tackle climate change. Recycling is one of the best ways for you to have a positive impact on the world in which we live. Recycling is important to both the natural environment and us. We must act fast as the amount of waste we create is increasing all the time. Reduce, reuse and recycle!

Drive less often and walk or use public transport

Petrol and diesel cars give out tonnes of climate-wrecking emissions. They are also known increase air pollution. Driving less will also increase your health rapidly from the day you leave your car keys at home. If your a child, you can still advise your parents to leave the car behind. Why not walk or cycle to your destination? And if your so tired, what about the bus? Collectively, cars and trucks account for nearly one-fifth of all US emissions, emitting around 24 pounds of carbon dioxide and other global-warming gases for every gallon of gas. There isnt much i have mentioned in this paragraph as i have saved alot of points for another paragraph about taking the plane. Stop driving and your health will be divining!

Become healthy

Meat plays a big part in the co2 emissions that are reased into the air. Even the dairy food productions is one of the biggest villains here. Eating meat often is not very good for your health either. Eating less meat or goon on a no meat diet can prevent the thousands of people going to hospital because of having too much meat. This charges the NHS lots of money. Try researching about food that are not being flown across the world to get to you but food that is good or your health and good for environment. When you eat better, you know better!

Dont take a plane

There are millions of destinations am thousands of interesting sights that dont even need you to look at a plane. Using the train is also partly about using punlic transport as public transport is good for the environment. Planes are deadly and disastrous for humanity as they produce tonnes of carbon emissions. There isn't much to say about this as it's practically the same as the paragraph I wrote before about driving less often. In Europe, there are mamy exotic and beautiful places you could go without taking a plane. Taking a plane is more expensive and is not very good for the environment. Taking the train is quicker and greener. Take the train, not the plane!

There hasn't been much I mentioned here but, it's not about the quantity but the quality. So I have included very strong points and reasons instead of writing a lot of stuff that is unnessasary and no one is bothered to read it. This may sound a lot like the website I used but I tried my best to write it in my own words. Go check out the website as they have a lot of derail and have links to where you can go to help. There are also other things the website mentions about climate change!
