The climate crisis is our present and our future, and we owe it to ourselves to work and design a future with a safe climate today.

Do you know what climate is? Well, if you didn't know that, climate is the average measurement of the temperature, wind, humidity, snow, and rain of a place over the years.

Climate crisis looming!!

How are our societies around the world affected?

Science clearly shows the increasing frequency and severity of Al-Hilla weather phenomena

Besides, it shows a lack of knowledge.

Climate affects different people in different ways, and even if emissions stop today, climate change will affect the lives and livelihoods of young people now and in the future. This is particularly the case in low-income countries with rapid population growth where large numbers of young people are concentrated.

Young people around the world are the guardians of the future and therefore have an important role in shaping that future.

What are the challenges of taking action on climate?

Barriers faced by young people in participating.

In all regions, young people continue to inspire the world through their passion and creative innovation in tackling the climate crisis. However, there are barriers that prevent young people from taking climate action as much as possible. These are four barriers, including:

Sense of urgency, knowledge, technological tools and voice.

A sense of urgency: For many young people, there is a great sense of urgency when it comes to wanting to tackle climatic times, but others lack awareness of the state of the climate

Feeling the need to take urgent action now and immediately.

Access to information and knowledge: In many places there is not enough education and training on climate change. Furthermore, many schools are not required to include climate change in their political curricula.

Enabling environment i.e. Technological tools: once young people are ready to take action, they lack a soft environment to translate their energies and ideas into action.

What is the role of youth in working to prevent climate change?

"mitigation"

Youth have a big role in this because there are a lot of youth movements, and it is a broad and continuous network to provide a great opportunity to affect climate change on the ground and also bring new ideas for young people, knowledge and technological know- how to influence this crisis.

We all know that climate change exists today and that young people will be the most harmful in the future. However, young people are certainly not passive victims of climate change.

In the past few years, there has been an important shift in how young people are viewed. Millions of young people around the world have expressed their concerns about climate change. Young people are being listened to more than ever.

in my opinion:

Young people have attracted public attention and greater demand than others for climate change. Indeed, youth participation is not only young men and women who are critical to global climate action, and there is a significant and significant opportunity for young people to participate in it.

What does the youth bring?

Energy, passion and creative solutions.

Social movements through new forms of advocacy.

Access to unique tools and technological innovation.

awareness/

Understanding the effects of climate change:

In my opinion, in order to tackle the climate crisis, we must first understand it, because raising awareness through education is the foundation upon which the key roles of youth are built:

Educating themselves to take meaning climate action Young people must first enhance their ability to understand climate change and the risks involved in climate change.

Also, educate others. When young people have a good understanding of climate change and its effects, they can inspire and educate young people and other people in their communities and countries globally to take action to adapt to climate change.

In my view, young people can make a significant contribution to reducing the climate crisis that surrounds them.

Also, by considering climate-related threats and impacts through a holistic approach, climate action can be made an important factor contributing to crisis risk reduction.

What is your view on young people? Is their participation in solving the climate crisis important and have an impact? or not? And why?

My view on the young people that they have to finish what our past generations begins from solving problems and crisis such as the climate change. So if we don’t stand beside our young people and encouraging them the climate change will rises and it maybe kill countless lives.

You mentioned that you will stand with them, but how will you stand with the youth and help them solve or reduce this historical and global crisis?

        Firstly to use Social Media

We all know that social media has power. These platforms can work as tools to help educate more people.

The youth can use the online presence to the planet’s advantage. An easily-digestible post with accurate information can do wonders. If youth don’t have time to create that content, the youth look for social media accounts that promote sustainable living and discuss environmental topics. From there, youth can follow these accounts and share their content.
Secondly to recommend Books and Movies

The youth also could try recommending media that helps their friends to learn about climate change more tangibly.

Watch something like “Our Planet” or “Before the Flood” for your next movie night. You can also lend reads such as “The Uninhabitable Earth” to your loved ones. These resources offer a more accessible and intriguing way for people to learn about climate change.

Reading is also a great way to help people of all ages challenge their thinking and learn from other opinions. Reading more will help us all understand more about our place in the world.
        At last Contact Elected Officials
Our elected officials have more authority than anyone else. After all, they write and sign legislation that becomes law. By contacting youth to do their best as a constituent to raise awareness about environmental issues

If anyone has an issue you should contact local and state legislators via email. They might already have a solution.
Those simple propositions that maybe help them solve or reduce this historical and global crisis.

My view on young people is okay, I mean young people are modern, they know a lot about technologies and they are more productive. I think their participation in solving the climate crisis is important, because climate crisis is a trend on social media, so some people are posting about climate crisis, young people are more willing to be independent and they are less afraid and more confident. Youth are also valuable contributors to climate actions. They're agents of change, entrepreneurs and innovators. Young people are scaling up their efforts through: education, science or technology and they are using their skills to accelerate the climate change.
But firstly everything depends on the person is he/she smart or not really, lazy or active and interested in it or not... So, everyone is different, in my point of view people who are interested in that, they can make a change.
Lastly, their participation is important, and have an impact. Well, the new generation might be productive (in my opinion).

I agree with you, as I said earlier on the subject.
But are you one of the young men/women who are working to reduce this global phenomenon and are working to educate people, or are you not working on that?

        For sure I do!
During winter time, where I live, we often have heavy rains. So, I post about it on social media, and tell people what to do during that time. I am not working on to educate people, because it is not in my interests. But, I wish that all people could be well educated.

If we are talking about youth and their role in climate change, then I can say that their role is so great that if it is ignored, we will not be able to win until after going through a lot of human and material losses, let me explain to you how important their role can be

First: inventions and innovations, they will make a technological difference that is environmentally friendly, as they at this age have already known a lot of things , so they will see the environmental problems that have occurred and will come to their minds solutions, inventions, if young people are encouraged in order to bring out their creativity, they will do,Therefore, in the beginning, the government should encourage young people and raise a lot of environmental problems, and this is how young people will be encouraged to solve them, because he saw that there is indeed someone who believes that he will make a difference in facing a global issue such as this.

Second: Young celebrities, they also have a great role in raising awareness. For example, there is BTS, EXO, and Blackpink, they are all young and have made a positive impact on the individual, Where there is a band BTS that supports teenagers to love themselves, and during the Corona period, they released three songs to support the world in this dire period ,So they can also support the world in the face of climate change and help the public come up with their creative ideas One of ARMY's creative ideas is that they used the BTS meal carton to turn it into things they use in their day, and this is a wonderful individual progress in recycling, There is also Black Pink that is already working with Climate Change, so I see that using young celebrities to support people to take a step forward in the fight against climate change is an essential step in raising awareness,We have to take advantage of the young environment in which we live, instead of paying high sums of money for awareness raising, and using these sums for the sake of poor peoples, and also to provide money for international conferences to provide accommodation and housing for the participants, as this means that we will not ignore important opinions and theories

Third: Youth and Environmental Books. If we educate young readers and writers that they really have to write a book because they will be able to convince global peoples of it, they will be encouraged to release their written creativity in global issues ,And they will attract many readers, such as the book of the former Vice President of America, Mr. Al Gore, which achieved global success, and of course their books will make a difference by raising awareness, innovation and coexistence with a green environment.

Fourth: Voluntary work and youth. If we establish environmental organizations that receive volunteer workers, this is how we will educate young people, using their abilities to disseminate climate news and scrutinize it,Also, this could help in developing the organization from a national organization to a global organization, sharing its ideas with the whole world, and of course the organization will share the theories of different peoples, In other words, youth volunteering will help in raising awareness, "so that if they become aware, their families will be raised" , and also don't forget that they will help share different theories which is to give each person an interest in their theories that will support individuals to work for the climate and the world

Young people have to ensure that the environment is still sustainable for the coming generations. Besides, we live in the internet and social media age and youth are very familiar in using technologies.
In my point of view, young people can actively participate in reduction and solving some climate crisis. They can conduct raising awareness meetings or/ and establish climate forums or clubs to educate others and highlight the key environmental issues. I think this will enhance and increase the understanding of these problems and their effects.

A very crucial point has been put on here in this post which is youth participation. Yes, I myself also agree with the fact that youth participation will bring better results in making decisions. The problem here in my country is that the young people here in my country are pushed down from expressing their opinion when it comes to making decisions. To be brutally honest, taking opinions from young people may be the last thing people would do when making decisions. And I think my country isn't the only country where this problem prevails. For this, I'd like to add something here that is instead of waiting for the young people to pass on their opinions the associated organizations should approach the young people from their side to give them a better space for expressing their thoughts. Because not everyone gets the scope to express their opinions for maybe some personal or social reasons but when they get approached they'll have that scope or to be more precise the free space where they'll be able to express their own thoughts without any sort of hesitation or fear of criticism.

Future changes square measure expected to incorporate a hotter atmosphere, a hotter and a lot of acidic ocean, higher ocean levels, and bigger changes in precipitation patterns. The extent of future temperature change depends on what we have a tendency to do currently to cut back gas emissions. The a lot of we have a tendency to emit, the larger future changes are going to be.

I will say that the role of youth is very important in climate change. Do you know the reason for the decline of our country in many areas, which is the migration of young people abroad, and this is what clarifies the importance of youth, that young people are adept at spreading any new habits and technologies and are able to adapt and contribute to combating climate change, for example For example, air pollution causes health problems for manyPeople, young people have been trained to monitor air quality and use the data they collect to demand corrective action from their government. Empowering young people to monitor air quality is a first and influential step to provide them with the information they need to claim their rights, and the Secretary-General urges the world’s youth to invest their energies and bright ideas in shaping a safer and more viable planet, “Voices of Youth” provides inspiring views, stories and perspectives to young people from all over the world. the scientist. It is directed at young people and for young people. In response to the depressing headlines regarding the importance of youth, the "Voices of Youth" community is living proof that young people make a difference every day. Do you know why we were late in solving the climate crisis is that we ignored the views of young people, but young people did not give up and showed themselves through social media Some of them created a YouTube channel and put forward their viewsAnd what he did to solve this crisis, and from him he spoke with famous human rights associations until they staged protests so that the voice of young people and their importance in solving the climate change crisis reached the world, and they succeeded in that.
