Should all jobs be paid equally?

Many people everyday do courages things such as a fire fighter or police, they put there lives at danger to save others. This means that they should get more money. However people who are nurses and doctors preform miracles every day but the hospitals aren't getting enough equipment or money to perform daily surgeries. These types of jobs are well known because people recognise what they need to do. There are many jobs which help us everyday but we dont recognise them. Such as lumberjacks who cut wood to make everyday resoures e.g. paper, toliet paper... We take these things for granted but we dont think think about the people who worked to make them.

What do you think? Should more money be given to people who work behind the things we love? Or more money to the people who save the people and things we love?

    Hi generous_whale,

There is a post already up discussing job wages. It will make for better discussion if you comment underneath a post that already exists on a particular discussion point rather than starting a brand new discussion with a new post.

I'd suggest looking through the editor's picks and posts recently published to make sure a discussion isn't already going on before posting. That way, you can find a discussion and get involved by commenting underneath it.

I think yes because a job is a job. There is no difference . Or is there? What do you think ?
I also think no because some jobs are more popular and important while others are simple. So I am in the middle
