Persecution Crisis

Do we want to live a world where not everyone is safe? Where somewhere in the world children are being forced to leave the only home they've ever known? Do we want to live in a world where we have a roof over our heads and they don't? Do we want to live in a world where we worry about what dinner we have and they're worrying whether they will be safe for the night?

You may disagree but I know that I certainly don't! I want children to have: food, clothes, roof and the security that we have. But the real question is what differnce can we make?

After people questioning Aung San Suu Kyi's ability to forfil her promises to the desperate Myanmar, no one knows a certain future for them. After her 15 year battle, is it fair to take the only thing she's earned away from her without a second thought? Yes, she hasn't succeded her promises but with people persecuting the innocent people of Myanmar she seems the only option.

However, she's faulsley accusing terrorists because of her mistakes and unactiveness. I do believe she could make a differnce but she's just not reaching her full potential and achieving to the best of her ability. Can people really wait for her to do something? Or will it be to late?

I would love to hear some feedback from other people as to whether they agree or not with my point. I hope it's valid and I'm excited to go further into this crisis.

Thank you fro your time,

    Hi resilient_accordion,

    Thanks for your post!

This would work better as a COMMENT underneath a POST which already exists about Aung San Suu Kyi.

This way you are adding to a discussion that has already been started on an idea, in this case Aung San Suu Kyi's role in the crisis.

POSTs are for brand new ideas which no one is talking about already or for your Final pieces at the end of the topic.
