Visual Journalism: More Reliable?

As journalism are dominating the world right now and gaining a lot of attention, we have to consider talking about it. As we all know there are different types of journalism... Audio and Visual one. But we have also to consider the reliability of this journalism to stay on the safe side and make sure yo get the correct news. But is visual journalism more reliable than audio one?
As we all know, what provides the reliability of the news is the evidence, without evidence the probability of getting fake news is so high, and this evidence can't be provided by the audio journalism, but it's so easy to be provided by the visual ones as providing pictures of the issue. However, that doesn't deny that audio journalism is beneficial and mostly reliable especially when it comes from trusted sites and channels.
"People should believe what they see more than what they hear", the eyes can't lie, for that visual journalism is the preference of a lot of people, because the feel themselves safe about whether the news is true or not.
On the other hand, what is the most preferred is the mix of audio and visual journalism which are mostly provided by tv shows and are the most reliable news that can be ever gotten.
What do you think, is visual journalism more reliable than audio one? If you think not provide some reason about what you think audio Journalism is more reliable.

I don't think that visual journalism is more reliable than the audion one and here's why: nowadays you can notice a variety of fabricated videos and news, as they have the technology to do that introducing as a visual journalism so that attract your attention where you can't doubt with the trust. For instance, as a recent fabrication was spread regarding Johnny Depp & Amber Heard's court where they post a video entitled Jason Momoa flirting with camille in front of everyone. I believed in it, as it was a well fabricated video but then my friend proved to me it was fake. Then, you can infer that in audio journalism it's impossible to do such acts, which mount the responsibility of audio journalism producers to present the most trusted news as they can be directly caught.

You make an important point, trusting_pear. Another word for visual fabrication is "deepfake", and good visual journalists often spend a lot of time debunking them. But I'm not so sure about your other point, ie, that it's impossible to manipulate audio to create fake information. What makes you think that?

I agree with you on one thing that is the credibility of the news
This should be in the work of the press and the dissemination of news
If this condition is not present, it will negatively affect society, leading to the disintegration, destruction and lack of progress of society. If the press adheres to this condition, it will positively affect society, leading to the progress of society.
So it is important to have credibility in the news
