Is there such thing as a victimless crime?

I'd say definetly not. It can be as big of a crime as murder or it could as small as being rude but it still has a concequence. At least one person will get the downside of any crime. If you steel somthing , for exaple, the victim is the person that you stole from. If you murder someone, the victim is the person who died and also their family and friends. They are the people who get the concequence. Even if you only flick your friend as a joke and even if you do it ever so softly, they are the victim because they are being flicked.
So , is there such thing as a victimless crime? Tell me in the comments.

Yes because robbing banks is a crime but it has no victim . Stealing is a crime but it has no victim . So there is proof by saying there is a crime with no victim . : )
What about the person who has their property stolen? Are they the victim?
Well ... yes
