Tiff oversees the design and delivery of Topical Talk and other programmes. She’s focused on developing what we do to deepen the impact on students.

PROGRAMMES DIRECTOR

Olivia supports teachers to get the most from the programme. She ensures the resources, teacher training and support are the best they can be.

HEAD OF CONTENT

Katie leads the content team, who make our current affairs schemes of work, resources and workshops for young people.

TEACHER ENGAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT LEAD 

Steff helps to remove any barriers for teachers delivering Topical Talk in their schools and enables them and their students to become champions of the resource by providing bespoke CPD and events.

EDUCATIONAL CONTENT LEAD 

Maddy makes our current affairs schemes of work and resources for young people.

PROGRAMME LEAD 

Isabelle supports our Topical Talk Communities so that we see the greatest possible impact. She also helps teachers to engage seamlessly with our programmes - from Prizes to Festival.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Kim is our creative designer who brings our teaching resources to life with inspiring layouts and visuals. She also creates the design for our events and marketing materials.

HEAD OF OPERATIONS

Molly is our operations manager; she's a brilliant organiser and keeps our charity running smoothly.

HEAD OF MARKETING

Loretta helps to raise awareness of our programmes and boost engagement, increasing our impact and reach so more young people can benefit from Topical Talk.

PROGRAMME OFFICER

Manni provides support across all areas of Topical Talk. She's the first point of call for teachers and makes the rest of the teams' jobs easier.

HEAD OF DEVELOPMENT

Keya leads generating new funding and partnership opportunities to help us grow our support and reach thousands of more young people.

HEAD OF PARTNERSHIPS

Harriet manages and oversees our partnerships to help us utilise our network and create exciting opportunities for young people.
