Strikes are situation or action or a tool for workers to protect themselves, strikes are important because it serves as a workers last hope or resort to make their organization change their working conditions. Without strikes government and organizations will impose unfavourable decions to workers, some people think that strikes are necessary to protect workers rights and others believe that strikes can be harmful to business and economy.Strikes can help both in society and country by promoting balance between workers and employers, so in conclusion i will talk to government officials to enforce and make sure that organisation like(ILO) will help in workers getting their rights which will not affect economy and bussiness world.
