International aid : good or bad?
International aid is help given by one country to another country. It can be money, food, medicine, or other support. International aid is very important, but it can sometimes cause problems if it is not used properly.
Aid helps countries during natural disasters, wars, and health problems. It saves lives and supports poor people. It also helps build schools, hospitals, and roads. In this way, aid can improve people’s lives and help a country develop.
However, aid can sometimes cause harm. If a country depends too much on aid, it may not try to solve its own problems. Sometimes the money is not used correctly because of corruption. Also, some donor countries may try to control or influence the receiving country.
In my opinion, international aid is good if it is planned well and used honestly. The best way is to give aid for long-term development, not only short-term help.
