Does giving international aid sometimes cause more harm than good?

Should the government shrink our aid?

The government is planning to lower international aid from 0.5 to 0.3%.However I am against this from happening because I have loads of reasons why it should stay how it is or get over what we have to this day

My first reason is that if we give less international aid, it might make become a more worser country and we don’t want to lose our improvements that we just got over the years and also the history of our country. To become a nicer place we must start over with a good and more better place for us and the world .

A other reason is that if we help more countries we‘ll keep things simple for the world and if that does happen no one will try to invade us or start huge conflicts .That is another option to making the world a even better and even more safer place.

Finally we can give more aid so we can pick a side that’s better for us to stay out of big conflicts so that we wont get involved in such big fights and again that is a new reason to make us a more safer place .
