If all ages are influenced by misinformation, should there be any age limits on voting?

When I think about misinformation and the conflicts we see around us, my perception is clear that the problem is not about age and its about influence. In my society, Many people argue that young voters are easily influenced, But the truth is, misinformation does not check someone's age before entering their mind. Democracy should not be about power but it should be about who protects the Peace.

For example, recently one famous film star had entered into politics in our state and their fan club often follows them blindly. They admire the character they play on screen and assume the same heroism exist in real life. From a 5-year-old child to 50-year-old uncle, People admire that star but the Applause for cinematic power does the prove the ability to govern with peace and wisdom.

This shows something important : Democracy becomes dangerous when emotion replaces evaluation. When the moment we vote for dramatic power instead of thoughtful leadership, peace slowly begins to lose its place in democracy.

We also see globally, how misinformation can create unrest. In countries like Iran, protest have escalated into conflict because people feel unheard, misrepresented, or manipulated by narratives. The recent protests in Iran were linked to political frustration in governance.

When society stop listening and start reacting, Peace collapses and power struggles begin. Power may look strong in the moment, but peace is what truly protects lives, builds trust, and secures the future. Power can command a crowd, but Peace command a conscience. So, it's about people's mindset over age where Peace holds the progress.
