I think it is safer to rely on many different allies because I have read that having many allies reduces Risk by not relying on a single nation, your country is protected if one of your allies changes its political stance or suffers an internal crisis.Another advantage of having different allies is Enhanced Deterrence is having a robust system that increases the costs for a potential aggressor as attacking one member could end up in a chain response from multiple nations.Last advantage of having many different allies is having Greater Reach and Legitimacy, which is a wide network that acts like a force multiplier and grants geographic access, shared intelligence, and greater diplomatic backing in international forums.

These here are risks of only relying on one relationship.

Relying on one relationship can bring you and your country to a Loss of autonomy which is The weaker country must often subordinate its national interests to those of the powerful ally to insure ts protection. One Last risk of only depending on one relationship or ally is that according to what I have read which states that it could lead to Vulnerability to Abandonment and this means that if the only ally decides that the relationship is no longer convenient, the country is no longer protected.

In conclusion,All of this is just strategy to survive because I would want to survive as a president and have a protected population thats why I think having many allies is best for saftey.
