Do you think technology would make sports fair or widen gaps between competitors?

I think technology creates an unfair gap between competitors. Some teams could make bad decisions like choosing expensive and advanced technology for the team they want to win, which is common. Technology would be unfair since some can buy or bribe for advanced technology.

Other competitors may not know about this which is technology fraud. True skill wouldn’t be shown nor its potential. Audiences may think one competitor is greater or worse than the other due to technology. Some people who do this are highlighting cheating. Someone who disagrees with me might think technology is good for sports.

However, I disagree because it wouldn’t be fun with cheating that shows no skill whatsoever. My standpoint could make an impact to prove to others that technology isn’t good for sports and can widen a gap between competitors. To sum it up, technology ruins the purpose of showing skill since it's cheating and an unfair program.
