Can technology make sports more equal, or does it only widen the gap between competitors?

The Winter Games
Talent or Technology?
Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen ,today I will be talking about if technology improves the sports and if it makes the sports more fairer. I believe that technology should be used to make it fair in football or tennis but in skiing they used it for cheating .
In football they use VAR , it stands for video assisted referee and it is used to help the referee in decisions human eyes cant see. They use it for decisions like offsides, fouls and to check if it is a goal or not. VAR was first introduced in 2018 World Cup that France won. The accuracy of correct decisions rose for 82% to 96%! I strongly agree that in football tech should be used.
Formula 1’s halo keeps the drivers in place. It is a metal ring the all drivers must have. Anything could happen without the halo because they can seriously get hurt and crash. The driver’s safety is more important than the fan’s excitement. I strongly agree that Formula 1 should use tech.
Tennis’ hawk eye camera footage is similar to VAR. They use it to see if someone got a point or not. Just like VAR, it is used for things human eyes cant see. it can replay footage and zoom in and out. It was first introduced in Wimbledon 2025 August. I strongly agree that Tennis should use technology.
During the Olympics, some Norwegian skiiers were disqualified from competing because they were using carbon fibre in their suits. The carbon fibre in their suits enabled them to use aero-dynamic in the air. The owners of Olympics disqualified them for cheating and I agree aswell. I strongly disagree that Skiing should not use technology.
I believe that technology should be used in some sports and not In others
