Does the use of technology make new world records less impressive than those of the past?

Modern technology has been a large part of new inventions. It has made a very big impact on the way sports are played now, such as VAR, the hawk eye in Tennis and in the Winter Olympics.
I feel that it gives a good advantage in some sports, sometimes it is described as an video assistant referee (VAR) which has a positive outcome when the referee is not sure about the decision he or she is making.
Technology has a far greater impact on sports as well but there is a negative thing about technology as well as giving an unfair advantage t is not always technology or is sometimes an unfair advantage can come from an unfair budget such as a division 2 team against a Premier League team it might be an advantage because the Premier League has more money. Some countries can afford better equipment such as better skis, sledges, or aerodynamic suits in the winter sports to help them get the Gold Medal in the Winter Olympics.
When playing in the Sunday League we played a far more experienced team . U-11 we played a team when we had exceptional circumstances where we were playing with only 7 kids which was our players fault and I also noticed they had better boots.
People use technology for recommendation not only that but other sports such as tennis but can also be used for the greater good such as aid and medications which make technology helpful for many people who use it. But with that, it can also widen the gap which is no good for people who are competing against the people using money/technology. Personally I think technology is a good idea but only for some useful things but also can be a great advantage for competitors. However in my opinion I think that you need to be very careful with technology.
