Over the past twenty-five years or so, technology has been introduced in the sports world. Some people think that the use of technology in sports makes new world records less impressive than others in the past, owing to fact that it can provide facilities and advantages to the athletes. Some individuals started to argue about it but, are they right, or not ?

First thing to say is that the implementation of technology in sports does not make them less complex, or benefit athletes at all. Recent research indicates that the records achieved in the past years are attained due to athletes' effort, discipline and right nutrition habits not to the facilities that are supposed to have.

It can not be denied that technology has made grateful advantages talking in sport terms, such as the way those people trainings are carried out now or the tool they are provided with. However, the achievements they make have nothing to do with the materials they earn but with consistency.

Last but not least, thanks to technology you can know exactly your mistakes but also your rivals know your weaknesses which make getting into the athletes global top is an almost impossible task. Therefore, beating the already achieved records will not depend on technology, in fact, in some cases it is going to make it more complicated, but on the athletes skills and how talented they are.

In light of the above, technology does not male new world records less impressive. What is more, I strongly believe that the use of technology only adds to the countless achievements of human beings, it does not diminish their value or importance.
