In my opinion, I think technology makes new world records less impressive. What if you took a month to beat a record without using any type of technology and someone beat your record in a day using technology? How would you feel?

If you took a long time to beat a record without technology and then someone beat it in a quarter of the time you took by using technology you would be upset. Because using technology helps you become better at what you are doing, you would most likely win For the people not using technology, it would be harder to beat other competitors. People may be sad if they never win, and they might quit, causing less people to play the sport.

There may be some people around me that think using technology is fine even if other people don't have it. I think they would disagree because they might be one that has a good record. They would not want to lose the record.

Does the use of technology make new world records less impressive than old ones? In my opinion, yes, it does make them less impressive. Technology makes it easier to beat people, and it can make sports unfair and less fun.
