Does the use of technology make new world records less impressive than those of the past?

Does technology make new world records less impressive? I believe yes because technology can help the person do something that they can’t do without technology.
For example, a world record can be the biggest LEGO character ever made. Technology can do this easily. By using a 3d printer, you can make LEGO blocks easily. Another example is that it can make a perfect copy of the item the person is trying to make. Like an airplane. These printers can make an airplane that is more aerodynamic
Second, world records back then were impressive. Technology wasn’t as good as it is today. People back then had to do things that didn’t require technology. Now, new world records are not that impressive due to technology. People can now use technology to do things for them, and that can turn into a world record.
So, for all the things I have stated, this is why I think new word records that use technology are not as impressive as those in the past.
