About this lesson
Across the world, a generation of young people known as Gen Z are taking to the streets to demand change. In September 2025, thousands of young people in Morocco, Peru, Madagascar and Nepal joined protests calling out corruption and a lack of funding for public services.
But how powerful is this generation’s voice? And is their message being heard?
