My topic is doctor shortages . It's important to me because a lot of people loveed ones had to go through dying in hostpitals tapping the reed button over hoping to be assited , i wouldnt wish the on anyone . The people affected by it is the patients who come that need assistance but cant be helped because of the amount of d0ctor shortages that their are . Some say their a global problem and i toatally agree . Something needs to be done about this , My opinion and doctor shortages are global problem stated online that they need to be offered more money , it state doctors are leaving because they arent getting paided enough and because of retirement , burnouts and other related sterssors .
