Climate Change

Climate change is the defining issue of our time and we are at a defining moment. From shifting weather patterns that threaten ford production,to rising sea levels that increase the risk of catastrophic flooding, the impacts of climate change are global in slope and unprecedented in scale. It’s all about rising temperatures, melting ice, rising sea levels, stronger storms, tornadoes, more frequent droughts, more intense wildfires, and other impact will be felt across the planet.

Examples:

Climate change is creating a refugee crisis ,Greenhouse gas concentrations are at their highest levels in 2 million years and continue to rise.

The study, published Jan. 30 in Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, provides new evidence that global warming is on track to reach 1.5 degrees Celsius (2.7 Fahrenheit) above pre-industrial averages in the early 2030s, regardless of how much greenhouse gas emissions rise or fall in the coming decade.

What are positives and negatives of climate change?

Firstly, tougher climate laws would encourage the transition to renewable energy sources.By imposing stricter regulations on carbon emissions, governments can incentivize industries to adopt cleaner energy alternatives. Also, studies show that, up to a certain point, crops and other plants grow better in the presence of higher carbon dioxide levels and seem to be more drought-tolerant. But this benefit is a two-edged sword: weeds, many invasive plant species, and insect pests will also thrive in a warmer world.About the negatives of climate change-it can be hotter temperatures, more severe storms, increased drought,A warming, rising ocean, not enough food.If it all will happened the peoples, animals, plants everything will DIE.Another drawback often mentioned is the potential for an unequal burden on developing countries.Stricter climate laws may place additional financial and technological burdens on these nations ,potentially impeding their growth and development.

-In conclusion,I am concerned about the future of our planet. I firmly believe that tougher climate laws are necessary.
