I chose this topic because it is more practiced all around the world today.

From my own perspective nepotism is an unfair use of power towards outsiders. Nowadays people use nepotism to hire or promote a family member in an organisation. And this also an act of impartiality and injustice. And due to all this companies has suffered from great loss.

So in other to promote a better world or a better organisation we all have to:

-Treat each other fair and equally.

-Make sure sure our reward system is balanced and fair.

So if we all practice this we will promote and secure a better world.
