Equalizing Gender Inequality Problems

Written standpoint on women in space

My favorite topic was "One small step for women, one giant leap for humankind". The big question was: "Which problem caused by gender inequality is the most difficult to fix?" As said before, the most difficult I feel would be to fix are stereotypes. Reason being that it is so intergrated in our society. For example, according to "UniLang", languages like Somali, Arabic, Persian, Xhosa, Hausa, Kurdish, Pashto, Punjabi, German, Russian, Turkish, Wolof, Italian, and Polish are masculine languages."The masculine is usually employed by default to refer persons of unknown gender and to groups of people of mixed gender", according to Wikipedia. The stereotypes also extend to long ago. According to BBC, women were NOT allowed to join the Roman Army; only men could. These stereotypes even go as far as religion. The bible says in 1 Timothy 2:12 "I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man; she must be silent." Although there are other problems like the "Motherhood penalty", Male-Dominated industries, and Male-Led development, stereotypes is the the most common therefore the hardest to reverse. Also, you can't spell "Women" without "Men"(it's a saying).
