Which problem caused by gender inequality is the most difficult to fix?

Written standpoint on women in space

' In India some industries like construction, mining and heavy machinery are less likely to have women as workers. Many people in India believe these jobs are too physically demanding for women and that they aren't suitable for doing physical work.' - male-dominated industries- Topical talker from India

In my opinion, the most difficult problem to fix is the sadness that gender equality has caused women because of all of the sexist and racist comments from many men.

The first example that supports my opinion is the pay gap between mothers and fathers: mothers earn 24% less than fathers per hour, meaning they are presumed as weak or unsuitable to earn enough money . The second example that supports my opinion is that 25-52 aged women are only employed in 52% around the world, meaning that in many places across nearly half of the world, they don't believe women could be fit for the job because 'they don't have the same amount of strength or courage'. The people who could possibly disagree with this opinion are male-led companies or men in charge. A reason for this could be that they know what has caused trouble for women but choose to ignore it.

Women should work wherever they want to whether it's something it's something men usually do or not.
