Which problem do you think is the hardest to fix due to gender inequality?
Me personally, I think motherhood penalty is the hardest problem to fix caused by gender inequality. One reason is because if you let the mothers off work you could lose a lot of money and there could be less workers doing stuff for the customer and they would have less money to keep the place they work at clean and then less money for products. Another reason, is that mothers may have to quit their jobs just to take care of their kid. That means they wouldn’t have enough money for baby food, diapers, and wipes. And due to this reason some mothers may put their kids up for adoption and 73% of mothers consider abandoning their children. When my mother had my baby sister the hospital bill was around 43,000 dollars. It's been 1 year and she still hasn’t finished the payment and she also got fired from her job for missing too much work. That's why I personally think the motherhood penalty is the hardest problem to fix due to gender inequality.
