Women can do the same thing that men can do if not better

Written standpoint on women in space

The topic I chose is One small step for women, one giant leap for humankind. The big question I chose was which problem caused by gender inequality is the most difficult to fix. Personally I think Male-led Developments would probably be the most difficult to fix. Most everyday items we use are made by males fitting for males to specifically fit their preference/ body type. Another example is like seatbelts in cars they use male like test dummies to see whether it helps you in a crash, which is not a proper way to do it since males body’s are flat and a woman's body is more outward so 1 they are not that comfortable and 2 they may not fit right. My friend disagrees with me because they believe that stereotypes are more difficult to fix. They say this because stereotypes have existed since the 1900’s and it would most likely be hard to get rid of them now since we couldn't even get them away then. However I think that it would be easier to fix stereotypes because they have been around for so long. The times are changing and people are becoming more open about themselves and expressing that girls can do the exact same thing boys can do if not better. Male-led developments like uniforms and steering wheels have also been around for quite a while almost everything that is manmade. Since almost everything in this this world is made by man standards it would mean we have to start now to fix it which is gonna be really hard.
