Women Need a Big Leap Into Equality!

Which problem caused by gender inequality is the most difficult to fix?
I believe the Motherhood Penalty is the most difficult to fix. There are widespread places across the globe that have it. Many of these places would be difficult to find. Hidden in many companies and buissnesses around the world, it would be very hard to track down.
The first example I have is that many women in China fear having children. Sadly, the effects of having children in China is huge- women are not paid fairly, and sometimes even bullied by the people in their workplace.
The second example that supports my opinion is that women are faced with stereotypes about their children and other things that are commonly associated with them. The first woman in space was interviewed before she went and had to face the questions, "Who would be doing the cooking?" and, "Would she cry?". Sadly, stereotypes and the motherhood penalty soar from Earth and into space, even to this very day.
One person who would disagree with my opinion would be a senior male member of a space agency. He would disagree with me because he would not want the Motherhood Penalty and other forms of sexism associated with his company.
We are all human, no matter what race, gender or colour, you should be given fair pay, treatment and respect.
