Will this be a positive or negative turning point for Syria? For the past 12 years Syria was in a civil war, and has finally come come to an end. Syria, is now a countrty with absolutely nothing, and who knows whether this is good or bad for Syria.
After 50 years of the Assad family being in charge of Syria they decided to leave towards the end of the civil war which meant that the rebel leader had to take charge of the country- since the Assad family left Syria and went to Russia. Since the Assad familt fled Syria, Syria has been under construction. So, schools and hospitals and houses have been being rebuilt and hopefully Syrian's will come back to the country becasue it it being rebuilt.
Do you think syria is having a positive turning point or negative turning point? In my opinion I think this is a good turning point for Syria, because the Assad family (who would put people in prison for speaking up) have gone people are slowly starting to come back to their own country,Syria, and make it safe again. bit, do you think that the Syrian's should get a new rebel leader or if they should keep the rebel leader as the 'president'.
The people who would diagree with me is , The Assad family because they are no longer in charge and in a different country and the people that were under the power of the Assad family would disagree with me becasue they can no longer be in charge or in the goverment of Syria.
Thankfully Syria is coming back together to a safe country and hopefully will not go back into a war. SYRIA IS BACK!
