So if your next aim is to spread far and wide is it going to move at rate at which technology is going?
1. If you wasn't a preterm mother yourself, would your actions now be different than how it is.
2. Is the main reason of you being the CEO of this foundation, you having a preterm baby
Mrs. Fayudatu some things I want to ask you are when technology offers many solutions, how do you decide which ideas truly benefits the people you help?
what problem has technology not been able to solve for your community, and how have you addressed it?
how do you balance technological ideas with the real everyday needs of families you support?

Did you ever feel discouraged, like from families that may reject you because they think that you are undermining their capacity to take care of their children?
Did your professional and social support ever fail you or those you are supporting?
I would ask her:
1. "How were you able to recover from the trauma and stigmatisation of having a premature baby and be able to support other women from the same situation?"
2. "Do you believe the social media can be able to grow your foundation?"
3. "What is the advice you always give to the women who are with this same situation and are traumatised?"
4. "What other goals would you like to achieve through this organisation and what is the next big step in you want to achieve through your foundation?"
Except from supporting the family is there any further interest of your work?
Do you train teenage parents who went through adolescent pregnancy?
If I could meet Fayduta, I'd ask her how she found the courage to own her experience as a preterm mother into a foundation that now supports so many families. I'm really interested in how she balances the emotional side of work with the practical challenges of running a non- profit, especially in communities where neonatal resources are limited.
Her challenge made me think a lot about what real support for preterm babies should look like. I'd love to ask her what she believes young people can do to raise awareness or reduce stigma, and whether small actions like school campaigns or community education actually make a difference. I'd also know what changes she hopes to see in neonatal care in the future and what keeps her motivated when work becomes overwhelming.
hiiiii!do you think that with ai it could help a little with the work that you do
Have u ever been discourage about what people say about have a preterm baby and how did you over come that fear
If I could meet Fayudatu I would ask here the following questions:
1- What inspired you to start the Balmaisha Foundation after your own experience as a preterm mother?
2- What are the biggest challenges families with premature babies face in Northern Nigeria?
3- How do donations and community support make a difference in the care of premature babies and their families?
4- What goals do you hope the Balmaisha foundation will achieve in the future for neonatal healthcare and family support?
1. If young people or babies died tomorrow, what problem would you find harder to solve?
2. What are some big mistakes activists make when making a change?
3. In some years to come, what role do you see us teens play in your foundation and what do you think will change if us GenZ ran the foundation?
4. If you are expanding, are you going to expand with technology?
Here are some questions I would ask Fayudatu if I ever had the opportunity to meet her:
How does the tech you use make an impact on the effects of your work?
Have you ever felt like your organisation should not be non-profit?
Have you ever felt like your work isn't being taken seriously?
Does your own experience as a preterm mother help you understand what mothers and families are going through whilst in discussion with them?
Do you feel proud when you see that a family has benefited from the organisation's help?
Would you like to expand your organisation? If so, where would you go?
Would small fundraisers such as school cake sales or maybe clothes drives make a difference?
Have you ever thought of using social media to raise awareness of your cause?
Can the work you do be done without the use of the tech?
I would also be intrigued by her answer to practical_ibex's question:
If your next aim is to spread far and wide, is it going to move at the rate which technology is going?
1. What qualities do you think a good leader needs when helping families with premature babies who may feel frightened or overwhelmed?
2. Have you ever had to make a very difficult decision for your foundation? How did you decide what was right?
3.If you were given unlimited funding for one year, what big change or project would you focus on first to help even more babies and families?
4. What practical steps can students like us take to truly support families with preterm babies, instead of just raising awareness?
Hi Fayudata
How can we ensure the sustainability of this project so that we can pronlong the duration of the project from short term to a long term one using the local resources?
Don't you think that this project should be rural-based since these rural communities are the most needy instead of focusing work on urban ones?
What were you motives when you decided to volunteer? How can this be like a role-model for other people to support?
Do you think there will come one day when we can do without aid?
Hello! I would like to ask you what inspired you to make that organization .Do you think that technology will be helpful for your job, how do you use it?
Hello, I would like to ask ,what do you do in case a preterm mother does not want to keep her baby because of the difficulties she will face?
