Does giving international aid sometimes cause more harm than good?

morning,today I will be talking about international aid and why it is important. international aid is when richer countries give money,food,mediciene,or help to poorer countries that are fighting against serious challenges such as a wars or a sickness.
A reason international aid is good because it can help in lots of ways like if there is an problem and lose access to food and money so international aid can send some supply.most people may disagree to my opinion because they belive giving international aid causes more harm than good.
International has more advantages than disadvantages because it can help anyone and can get there is a fast amount of time.another reason is that it can help countries develop in the long term .money that is carefully managed can be used to build schools ,train teachers and improve healthcare.These support children and families over mant years. For instance,when children recive good education,they can gain skills that help find jobs and support there communaties.
However,as I said there are most people who do not agree with me because they belive if you give supply to a countrie if there in a war the countrie who dient get any supply might get angary then start to hurt you. Also if you give supply you might think they will give back but if they don’t then you will get angary .
