International aid - Standpoint image

Have you ever heard of international aid? International aid is when a country is in need for help, another country helps by sending supplies they need. I believe international aid could cause more harm if countries are not putting the aid into the problem, not wanting to risk long time alliences, or not having enough money.

To begin with, some countries may be short of money, but still help. Other countries may not want to help due to the other country using the aid for somthing else. According to the Topical Talk "International Aid", it states "Finacial reports suggest funds are not reaching the schools" This statement is saying that when countries gave them aid it didn't go where it was supposed to. It also states, in the "Country Fact Sheet" that some of the made-up countries could have the risk in helping, but wasting money due to them not putting the aid on what your trying to help.

Beyond that, most of the time when you don't give aid due to chaos, your not giving aid can break up long time alliecnces. According to the Topical Talk "International Aid", other countries can suffer if they do or don't help. For example, if you don't it will give your country a bad name and if you do in some occasionas the country may be in more trouble.

On top of that, some aid can be really hard becuase either you want to help and your too poor, or you are wealthy but don't want to take the risk. According to the Topical Talk "International Aid", even if you want to help there is risk as in, being to poor, or wealthy but don't want to take the risk.

In closing, I believe international aid can cuase more harm, but if countries put the aid into the problem, risk their alliences, or have enough money: why not help?
