Does giving international aid sometimes cause more harm than good?

The question that we are anwering today is kind of controversial. People have many different opinios about it, but there is something that we need to know: no matter where it comes from, everyone deserves help when they need it, but, does it help or damage when it is international?

Giving aid helps to make good alliances with other countries, and this aid can even save lifes of a lot of people or a country from a very difficult situation like a war or a natural disaster.

On the other hand, giving aid to another countries can be the reason that a big conflict starts. A country can start a conflict because doesn't want other countries to give aid to a "enemy" country, and giving this aid could be so harmfull.

There is also coutries that doesn't use the given aid in the way that who gave it meant to, and this can cause a big loss for the doner country that can lead to another conflict.

As a summary, the aid is not the cause of harm or good, the real problem is how the receiver coutry use it or how do other countries react.
