Does giving international aid sometimes cause more harm than good?

I think that i agree with what I am doing because I am only trying to help the community learn how to help each other.
Reason one on why I am supporting this: I am supporting this fact because people needb medical health to help live their lives
Reason two: This because some contries might need help with founding example:
money and resources.
Reason three: I am also supporting this because other contries deserve to be lisened too not just the richest ones.
People who would disagree with me example:
People who would think no you are not wrong but at the same time wrong.
Someone who might disagree might think:
Not all aid is right.
However I think they are wrong because sometimes things go wrong and not everything is right and i agree with that but people who are doing medical health, roads and all that will have the reasourses from the goverment.
