Does giving international aid some times cause more harm than good?
International aid is when a country is struggling with money or other bad problems; other countries will come and help by donating to them. The country could be going through floods, war and other disasters which is why we give aid, to help fix it .I will give two reasons in this essay. Firstly, International Aid could be for defence during war when a country while they are struggling with deaths, and say you donate defence to that country, that could also make you a target to people who are against the person you just gave aid to. The most compelling reason is, if you repeatedly give aid to one particular (short term aid) they will expect you to keep on giving it to them and you will soon run out which makes it bad for both countries I can understand that aid is mostly helping other countries because you are providing things for other people that need it but some time it can put a bad look on you. In summary, Aid can be helpful but also bad to countries with my reasons above, I hope you agree with what I think as my opinion
