A country 's primary responsibility is generally considered to be the welfare of its own citizens. A concept rooted in social contract where tax payers fund government to provide security, infrastructure and economic stability, economeconomic strains and public dissatisfaction. HowHowever, this does not absolve nations of global responsibilities. Based on the topic International Aid, it act as a crucial tool for long term nation interest,stability and security. For example, foreign aid can prevent regional conflict that might later require more expensive military intervention. The most effective approach a good economy development: It ensures a stable prosperous organization that enables a country to possess the resources for foreign assistance. It acts as an investment in global security and economic partnershippartnerships as illustrated by the success of initiatives like the Marshall plan. According to the video, countries like US,UK,Germany and France had changed their currency in order for economical stability and also,it is expected to protect and defend a country in times of crisis,adversaries,disasters and chaos which prevents the country from being vandalized by any attacks or trials from other opponent countries. Therefore, the deal policy is not "either/ or" but rather as argued by many,using foreign aid as a strategic tool to foster a more stable, prosperous and secure world, which in turn secure the country's own future.
