A country first responsibility should be its own citizens , but it should also help people in need around the world when possible For example during the COVID-19 pandemic countries like the United States first focus on vaccinating their own citizens before sending vaccines abroad.this shows that government usually prioritize their people safety and well-being . Some people argue that countries should only focus on their own citizens before resources are limited . However when a government first duty is to its people, helping others during global crisis can saves life and support international stability
