If all ages are influenced by misinformation, should there be any age limits on voting?

Lowering the voting age - Standpoint image 3

Missinformation is a growing issue in today's society, as it affects almost all the population. It affects either the young people and adults. Therefore, today I'm gonna talk about if age limits should be imposed if missinformation affected al the population.

In my view, there shouldn't be age restrictions on voting because if all the citizens were influenced by missinformation, all of them would have the same idea of what they imposed to all that people, so there would not be any differencies between them.

Many people could think that there should be age restrictions, conversly, this is not right. A recent study from UNICEF had demostrated that teenagers are able to vote if they recieve aome education, so why couldn't they vote if they have the same information as their parents, all of them afected by misinformation?

All things considered, despite the issue of misinformation, if all the young people recieved a good education regarding politics, they could be able to vote, and they should be allowed to do so.
