If all ages are influenced with misinformation, should there be any age limit on voting?
16 year olds may soon be able to vote when they are still children, but should elderly people stop voting at a certain age?
I’d consider not. Elderly people have lived a longer time so obviously they would be wiser? It is clear that if you are more elderly and wise, why wouldn’t you be able to vote? So why would there be an age-limit for the more intelligent?
Although I can understand that people might think that elderly people could be vulnerable against A.I . For example, its an A.I video of the person trying to be prime-minister doing great things like donating to charity or the homeless and helping injured animals, then they thing elderly people might believe it.
However, id hope there shouldn’t be an age limit on voting for the prime-minister. If you have an elderly loved one , you would understand wouldn’t you?
In summary, everyone has their own opinion but I’d say that no, elderly people should vote!
