If all ages are influenced by misinformation, should there be any age limits on voting?

Lowering the voting age - Standpoint image 3

Voting means when a human being votes on another human being who is volunteering to be prime minister or president and people in the United Kingdom have been considering to give 16-17 people the right to vote, so keep reading to learn more about this large and political (kind of political) opinion.

Firstly, in my opinion 17-50 would be the best age group for voting, now before you throw insults, I think that 17 year olds are more mature than 16 year olds, as 17 year olds are to closer to a mature and legal adult, meaning that they are probably able to make smarter and more mature choices, instead of silly choices like partying, I’m not bullying 16 year olds, but I’m just saying they probably wont care about voting for a Prime Minister, and probably care more about they’re friends.

Secondly, the age limit should NOT go to 90, as technology evolves into a higher and enhanced level, AI (Also known as Artificial Intelligence) that is soon probably be able to mimic humane voices and even might be able to easily replicate the human body, face of a person who is volunteering to be Prime Minister /(President) to make them look like they are doing something bad or even illegal, to give something called an allegation. And make the elders think its real.

Thirdly, 16 year olds are more easier to be manipulated by adults into thinking a controversial Prime minister /(President) and get bullied for it. Overall, the age should be 17-50.

Although, I do understand some 16 year olds are mature and some older people know the difference between AI and real life, but I have no solution for the 16 year old maturity problem, so I completely respect that, but maybe add an AI quiz and ID verification to check who passed and who didn’t pass the quiz.

In conclusion, there should be an age limit on voting, as both ages have issues.
